Cozy cottage. Sleeps a lot of people The only negative would be 1 bathroom but for us no problem. I would rent it again. The lake was so clean

We had a nice time and the cottage looks as it does in pictures. The wiring hanging from the ceiling was a bit scary but no fires so all good. The one thing that ruined our trip was that we were not able to use our dock for our boat as promised. The neighborhood was sure that he had all rights to the dock and even to the water. He harassed us every day. There is a lack of communication between the cottage owner and property owner. I was given a legal document by a nice neighbor who felt we were treated unfairly considering it is a law that has been passed stating that the renters from our cottage have rights to use the silver dock. We had a wheelchair user who is 10 yrs old and the old dock was not safe for him And the silver dock was. It stated in our rules that we could use either dock. Unfortunately we will not go back due to the unresolved situation within the property owners

We live on the lake and were looking for overflow accommodations. The property was conveniently located, clean, with great views of the lake

Unfortunately, we were unable to use our stay because of some sickness. The house was a great communicator before we arrived, checking in during should have been our stay and afterward. We look forward to using this property again next year on this annual trip if it’s available!!!

This house has so much personality. The location on a quiet lake lane is ideal. And the biggest perk is the large yard adjacent and along the lake! Great swimming and fishing. Lots of places to take walks.

This far exceeded our expectations. Cottage was very clean and well equipped for our week’s needs. Great access to the lake. Property manager communicated well. Even checked in with us after a nasty storm blew through. If you’re looking for a weekend couples getaway or a relaxing week on the lake with your family… you will not regret booking this cottage!!!

Beautiful lake with sandy swimming area. We enjoyed using the kayak as well as the screened in porch!

The place was just as listed. Very cozy and quaint. The lake access was great. We were on the lake all day and then had smores by the fire every night. So much to do kayaking down the coves under the bridge and kids had a great time riding there bikes. Neighbors were all friendly and all doing the neighborhood wave. Owner was very accomadating and answered any question very timely.

Very much what i expected with the cottage. Coffee bar and welcome basket were love!y and appreciated. Amanda was quick to respond to.our questions and very pleasant. The only disappointment was we didn t have a boat Not much opportunity to.fish off shore. That is not anyones fault. Overall it was a great stay!

All in all, this property was worth the price. We were there for 2 nights, although booked for 3 nights. (Thanks weather). No real issues at all during our stay that couldn't be rectified.

True rental house. We enjoyed our time with the extra lots for games and easy access to the water, but small details could improve it. No AC on first floor. 2 holes in screens on front porch, made it unusable with mosquitoes in the evenings.

This is a great cottage with the bonus of extra space outside. We stayed mid-week and it was a very quiet area- my kids were able to ride bikes and play in the road (it’s a tiny road) without any concern. Amanda was a great host and super easy to communicate with.

Perfect cottage on Lake George! Great communication with Amanda and she had the cottage ready for us several hours early. Very clean, appreciated the welcome basket of snacks and local wine. House was well stocked with paper products, soaps, cleaners and beach floats. Quaint neighborhood with friendly neighbors, perfect place for a relaxing stay with a beautiful view of the lake from the screened porch and shaded yard. Air conditioning is only upstairs but house stayed cool for us.

Loved our short time at this cottage. Beautiful view of Lake George. Safe and friendly neighborhood. We also used the fire pit both nights.

Everything was super clean and check-in/check-out was easy. We had a great time! Amanda even came by to check on a minor problem. Which was quick and simple.

Amanda was great! very helpful when we lost power. We had a good time at her place, nice yard for kids to play.

Cozy cottage with full kitchen necessities and a living room area that appeared recently refurbished . Screened in porch with view of the lake along with a nice beach area for swimming and a fire pit to enjoy evenings by the lake.

The cottage was very quant, clean, and spacious. I loved that the beach was across the road, so it slowed the kids from running into the water without grandma or grandpa. We enjoyed a great grilled supper Saturday, followed by a cooling swim, then s’more to finish our night. Everyone stayed happy all weekend! Would do it again in a heartbeat. Owner is awesome and very helpful too!

The family and I had a lovely visit. We expected a cottage experience, but there were some surprises and things we wish we had known prior to staying there. 1. The water is undrinkable and the bathroom has deep rust stains and on the toilet, tub and sink. It was tough to bathe in bc it was so metallic. 2. While it lists air conditioning, there are only two window units upstairs. Once they got going they did cool those spaces but on some of the hot days, the downstairs was fairly warm and the windows didn’t allow for opening to create a cross breeze. 3. The bedrooms aren’t walled to the ceiling, with the exception of one that was not air conditioned. Again, we had a lovely time and the owners did a great job making it feel quaint and had clearly done some cosmetic upgrades with paint to brighten the main areas. We found some fun stops and enjoyed our trip thoroughly. The beach and water was wonderful and the neighbors were all very nice too!

Quaint cottage for a few days of family time.

We very much enjoyed our stay and the house had some really neat architectural features (we loved all the windows in the master bedroom). If you have kids this is a great location as they can just go across the street and jump in the lake or play in the sand. It was great that there were sand toys at the house available for use! Perfect spot for families if you want to relax and slow down!

Property was clean and in excellent condition, well-cared for. Plenty of sleeping space and extra linens, water toys for the kids to play with. Beach is very nice, shallow for little ones to play. Great fire pit and picnic table, kitchen is well-equipped for cooking. Even wi-fi at the lake! Easy to communicate with owner. Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable!

Excellent place for young children. Plenty of yard space and the beach was perfect. Nice and sandy, not too deep. Although the cottage needs some updates, all and all we had a very nice time.

Perfect home for a weekend on the lake. We brought our boat and 4 kids; ages between 11 and 14. Home was perfect for us all to sleep for the short amount of time we were not tubing, fishing, catching turtles, making s’mores, paddle boarding, and swimming. Neighbors are the best. Great dock and open yard next to the house. We really loved the new fire pit and access to the gas grill. Very relaxing weekend. Would recommend this house to anyone wanting to be on the lake.
