When we arrived at the house, we were extremely pleased. The property was great, beautiful, clean and plenty of space . The location was just a minute or so golf cart ride to the beach. That golf cart was sooooo helpful!! Location also close to great food!! Overall our experience was amazing

The home was beautiful and in a great location to the beach. The property manager was very responsive and super helpful. We had the best time.

Good location, block from beach. Nice little private pool. Close neighbors who were loud sometimes. 5 nite stay with no internet the last half (due to storm and lack of response to fix). Golf cart needed air in tire that was never addressed. Staff was very friendly and helpful (where they could be). Management was very accommodating due to some of the issues we experienced.

The house was beautiful - just as pictured. It was perfect for our large family. We had to contact the property manager regarding a few things but they were quick to respond - no major issues or problems. Parking is limited for a house that holds as many adults as this one (3 vehicles) and when we inquired about overflow parking, there was none. We would certainly stay here again.

This was our first visit to Florida, and it did not disappoint! The location is great, away from The busy part of Destin and walking distance to the most beautiful beach. The house is amazing and pretty much supplied all that was needed for kitchen except groceries, which definitely saved time and no last minute trips to store for necessities we forgot to bring. I can’t speak much about host or management, because honestly we had no need to communicate ,there were no issues with home or stay. And all info needed for golf cart and stay we communicated promptly and we were able To check in early . Thank you for being such a great place for our family to make memories.We will definitely be back!

I've been going to the coast all my life, and this year may have been the bluest water that I ever remember seeing! House is beautiful, plenty of room, very tasteful design and furnishings and in my opinion 5-star accommodations and amenities! Loved having a golf cart, made it very convenient, and saved money not having to rent a golf cart. We're already thinking about next year! Thank you!

Me and my family enjoyed our stayed! So happy we went with this house, the price was good and it seemed like it was just built. It came with a golf cart which we enjoyed! Loved everything about the house no complaints. We were actually worried to get sand inside the house or get it dirty of how new and clean the place was. Would definitely come back.

The property and house was great. The location was perfect and just the perfect amount of space for the 9 of us. The golf cart was a huge bonus and the walk to the beach was truly only 5-7 minutes. We will definitely look at staying here again!

Great stay for our family. We truly enjoyed the heated pool and golf cart. The only concern I had was the living room furniture and throw pillows looks very worn and dirty. The floor rugs are also very dirty. We placed clean sheets over the furniture and the long bench at the dinner table.

Me and my family stayed at blue surf residence and we absolutely loved it. It was spacious and close to many amenities. We had some family that never been to Florida before so it was important we were in a safe/fun environment and this stay did not disappoint. The only hiccup we had was we did not have the gold cart 3 out of the 5 days of our stay but we were still close to the beach access and restaurants. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we are planning on making this an annual trip and considering this property again. We also had a surprise engagement while we were here so it was beautiful and recommend this host!

Our check in instructions were supposed to be sent by 4pm. We were at whataburger at 4:20pm still waiting on check in instructions. The only thing good about it was the location of the home! None of the amenities worked efficiently during our stay, which is the main reason we booked this home. The pool was cloudy and merky as if it wasn’t being filtered or clean properly. The pool guy who cleans the pool actually told us himself that the pool wasn’t producing chlorine as it should. I reported it to the property manager and she assured me another company had came out and said the pool was functioning properly and proceeded to tell me my kids could swim in it. So of coarse they proceed to swim in the pool because we had already paid for the heat on the pool which is $50 a day plus tax! The very next day we came outside and noticed the pool was even more cloudy so we didn’t bother getting in. At this point I had already spoke with the property manager and she really didn’t seem to care so this day I didn’t bother to call her again. So my 5 girls and I decide to just take the golf cart out that day for a little fun at the beach, needless to say the golf cart quit on us 2 miles into our ride. From completely full battery doing 18 mph to zero battery doing 4 mph on the main beach strip! We literally had to push it to the house with our vehicle. I proceed to call the property manager about the issue. No answer! I sent a email, no response. She did show up, unannounced when she THOUGHT no one was present. Told my brother who was at the property while we were out, that the batteries in the golf cart just needed water & a good charge. The golf cart had been charging since we arrived which was day 3 the day we finally decided to utilize it. Property manager filled batteries with water & we let it charge over night. The next morning I went to test it out again & it did the exact same thing. Golf cart had to be picked up by the company! The exact same day my girls and I noticed the pool was clear when we returned home so we proceed to swim in the pool thinking it was fixed. Smelling chlorine coming off the water. We’re in for a few hours and my kids started to itch and burn, black clothes/swimwear faded. She shocked the pool and didn’t tell us. The pool guy told us she sent him so shock it the same morning we got in! Spoke to the manager again she thought $200 back was enough to compensate us for an entire week with no pool use or golf cart usage.

We travel to Destin often for the beaches. This was super close to the beach. The golf cart was a nice add to the property. Enjoyed the evening rides. That being said. This is definitely a rental property. The beds were very uncomfortable. The sheets were stained. The couch was very dirty feeling. The pillows had stains all over them. The cleaning price for the unit was not worth what was paid that was for sure. We had some problems. The manager did address them in a timely manner. But as a whole we did not care for the management company. So we would never stay here again with that how we were treated in that aspect. But the house had a good location to the beach.

We had 15 people and everyone was very comfortable! The kitchen was stocked with all the pots, pans, dishes especially during our Thanksgiving break. It was exactly what was advertised and close to all the fun! And the golf cart and heated pool topped it all off.

There was 10 of us. We all slept comfortably after enjoying days on the beach and nights playing games gathered in the huge living area. Couldn’t ask for better accommodations!

So fun! Highly recommend.

Renting process was easy. The only issue we had was with a coffee pot not working and a new one was delivered very shortly after we called. Great customer service!! We would absolutely stay here again!!

We vacationed with 4 families and this house was perfect! The location was great and it was nice having the golf cart to take to the beach and to piddle around the strip in the evening . We reached out to the property owners a few times during our trip and they responded quickly each time. We had no issues during our stay. We would definitely vacation here again if we make it back to Destin!

My family and I were wowed when we entered into the rental property. It was the perfect size. Everything was perfect. We will be staying here again!

I really enjoyed the house. The beds were soft! Hallelujah!The house is very modern and clean. The golf cart was one of those things you didn’t know you need until you had it. We enjoyed taking rides on the cart at night. What I didn’t like was that the back area was so bland and dark at night. Everyone else around you has lights. And string lights. And TV’s outside and it’s just you in the dark 😩…and the pool doesn’t light up. It’s a beautiful back yard but definitely needs a upgrade. Overall it was cool. I’ll definitely book again.

House was perfect for us. Kitchen was very well stocked with plates, bowls, utensils, pots, pans, etc. (best kitchen ever compared to numerous other Vrbo rentals). Golf cart was wonderful addition that we didn’t know we needed. Decor was beautiful throughout. The location was great with quick access the beach, shopping outlets, ice cream, grocery store, etc. Pool worked but was too small. Luggage racks in each room were great as well. Arcade game was cherry on top.

The house was really nice and clean. The furniture is starting to really wear. Golfcart was a nice addition. Only real complaint is that the backyard wad really dark. The house needs outside lighting. The pool lights were not working so it was extra dark. I suggest putting up the string lighting. We all enjoyed our stay.

The house was everything we expected. Clean and plenty of room. We paid to heat the pool as it was going to be chilly out. The first two nights we got refunds but still didn't really work the rest of the week. Yes we would stay there again just would definitely make sure pool heater worked.

I rented this house for me and a group of friends just to get away and have fun. The house was very nice and clean. It still smelled brand new. We had easy access to everything! Will be booking again!

Property was very clean and nicely decorated ( dining chairs coud do with a pad to make then softer) The Kitchen was fine but defunately needs more large serving platters and dishes for sides. Bedrooms were clean but each room needs blankets in the closet as some feel the cold some dont , and there were no blankets, the beds come with a top sheet and light weight bedspread, so blankets would be nice. The outside is nicely decorated but needs a dining table and some pretty lighting, it is very dark outside. Pool was perfect and after a few hickups to heat but it all came together and we had a nice heated pool. Thank you , the kids had a good time and your location is perfect.

Great family house!!!

Very clean, very cute and tastefully decorated. Plenty of room, the bunk room was perfect for and easily heals our families 6 boys. Location was alright. We lost WiFi halfway thru an never did get it working again. A little difficult to find and the neighborhood wasn’t that great. Construction underway next door parked us in a few times… overall was a very pleasant stay.
