This was the perfect condo for our family of 5! It was the perfect size, beds larger than twin and everything we needed right in one place. It was so organized! The parking passes were laminated and easy to find. The wristbands were in a box to keep them in one place. My favorite was the aesthetic of the space! Nice and open! White and light colors really brought brightness to the space. It felt like we were in a luxury hotel. Working with vacasa was easy and they send you everything you need, when you need it! We never had to question anything! I highly suggest them after this experience!

The condo was as pictured, clean, and perfectly located with a nice beachfront view and easy pool/beach access, but the kitchen was lacking basic supplies and the toilets were difficult to use (2/3 needed servicing in order to flush). There were no spatulas or sheet pans in the unit and not enough silverware which made cooking difficult. The pull out couch mattress is unusable and one of the guest beds was incredibly noisy. On a positive note, maintenance responded quickly.

We enjoyed the condo. Nice bed arrangement. Great view of the ocean. There were a couple of problems. The ice maker leaked and didn’t make ice and the kitchen was poorly stocked with silverware, utensils and appliances. There were a total of 6 forks. The appliances need updating. The coffee maker barely drips and takes forever to make a cup of coffee. We didn’t let these issues cloud our trip but for the price we paid for this week these things should not have been an issue.

It was a wonderful view - we like that each bedroom had its own bathroom. It was very clean - I could smell the Clorox when I walked in and I was pleased to know it had been disinfected. There were plenty of bath towels. One draw back was there were no scissors anywhere but that minor. Polite staff in the premises and pool bathrooms were also kept clean. The starter pack was nice too so that going shopping was not the immediate need. Had a great stay and we’d come again.

The condo was awesome. It was clean and spacious, view was amazing, location was great, property was very clean. Customer service was also fantastic. They made sure everything was great with our stay every day.

The condo was clean, the bed was comfortable and we especially loved the large balcony with the high table and chairs which is where we ate all of our meals. The grounds were beautifully done with abundant of palm trees. Easy check in and check out, loved the key pad entrance so there was not a key or card to have to carry around. The palm trees and the pier made for beautiful sunrise pictures. I booked this 3 bedroom condo for just my husband and I because I liked everything about it when viewing my options. It did not disappoint and we are looking forward to renting the same condo again in the future for a family vacation where we can enjoy it with our children and couple of grandchildren. The only recommendation I could make would be a few more kitchen utensils for cooking. We did all our meals in the condo and there were a few things that were lacking.

However, after our first night stay we received a text stating the HOA saw us smoking on the balcony that night (not allowed) and putting cigarettes out on the walls which would make us responsible for any damages. This NEVER happened and made us feel a bit harassed and under observation the whole time. Not pleasant and makes us wonder if we should return or go somewhere else next time. That being said, quick access to the beach and local activities and restaurants.

Beautifully decorated and a beautiful view of the beach and pool. Easy access in and out to the beach and pool. Several eating places in walking distance, mini golf and Ice Cream Shop across the street. This was a fun and relaxing vacation with a great and beautiful accommodations!

Perfect location, quiet, beautiful decor, all 3 spacious bedrooms had its own restroom and Tv’s. Our very large balcony overlooked 2 very large swimming pools and of course our spectacular view of the beach. Our first night we were able to enjoy fireworks show right from the comfort of our balcony! There is Beach access by the pool area, Destin Harborwalk was a 10minute drive. Check in was smooth and easy, they send all instructions on how to enter free parking and how to enter your condo. Restaurants directly across the street, convenience store and over sized souvenir shops all within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again and I recommend you do too!

We stayed with 9 total people, including 4 kids and the condo was very spacious and accommodating for us all. The view from the balcony is amazing, there was always plenty of parking spaces in the garage, and plenty of restaurants/ activities within walking distance. Loved our stay!
