The bed was nice.

It was not clean. There was trash underneath the bed, bugs and roaches were in the room. We had to put the trash out, not knowing the day it came before hand. As a guest, that should be provided for us as a guest. Along with the recycling. As a smoker, I don't smoke in my own home, but I feel like I should have been able to smoke on the porch outside, as long as, I kept the area clean. Instead of in the rain. There was not thermostat to cool the room down, as it stayed stagnant in there. And the water did not get hot, but only warm and I enjoy taking a hot shower. It was also smaller than the photos made it appear. The "loveseat" were actually two chairs placed side by side and when you sat on them they slid apart. It was just not what I expected, and I was not very comfortable staying there.

Quiet and provided a lot of necessities!

Cleanliness could have been a touch better because we found some long hairs in the bathroom when we first got there.

It was private with a privacy fence & large yard. Quiet. Well kept outside& inside. The screened porch was nice even though if shared with the house, it could have been contentious. I liked the security of a key pad to get into & out of the apt. Instead of magazines a small selection of paper back books would be nice. Liked the large closet. It kept luggage, clothing & and other supplies out of sight.

There was never any contact with a real human being. Every thing was done electronically. I had to reset the WiFii everyday. The selection of tv choices left a lot to be desired. Lack of sports programs & games was appalling. Last night I saw several larger type bugs inside the light cover in the bathroom.They were alive & moving. This morning there was no sign of them. Don’t know if they got out the way they came in? They definitely were not anywhere in the bathroom. You might want to have a pest control guy come look at it. My husband had trouble getting out of the chairs, & the loveseat. It would be nice to have at least 1 chair with arms.

It is very well kept and fully stocked with all your needs. Very clean and you can tell the owners take pride in taking care of the property.

The only thing I can think of that would have been helpful is a motion sensor light inside the lanai to help see the entrance at night!
