The room was clean and smelled nice, but it wasn't what I'd expect from a Hilton.

The tub faucet fell off when we turned the handle, and the pillows were garbage. I opted for my airplane donut pillow, as it had more support than the pillows here. The refillable shampoo, conditioner, and lotion dispensers are, in theory, a great idea, and I appreciate the effort for sustainability. However, they have the potential to be easily contaminated, I'd prefer to have single use options.

Breakfast cost money, even though I had thought the booking.com site said free breakfast. So I was disappointed in that respect

The windows in the room were absolutely filthy. That was somewhat surprising. Other than that though, everything was fine.

There was a number of kids staying at the hotel during the same time period, late in the evening someone banged on our door so loud we thought they were coming straight through the door. We had to call the front desk multiple times because kids were running in the hall and continued to bang on the door as our door was directly across from the elevator. It was very disruptive and actually scary.

I liked the location of the hotel for what we were traveling for. I liked the ambiance of the lobby. There was a lot of parking available as well.

I thought breakfast was free but it wasn't. The cleanliness wasn't the best. Like the paint job in the rooms didn't make it feel like it was cared for which makes me feel as if it's not clean.

The location was great as it was close to the University.

All of the rooms (3) had a little bit of a musty odor and the A/C didn't work the greatest.

The outside seating areas were very nice. The breakfast was average. The room was nice and big

Beautiful hotel, the staff was amazing!

The room was nice, recent upgrades but you could see a lot of places where they cut some corners especially in the bathroom. Overall, the rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable.
