Zwei echte Bäder und eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Wobei nicht klar war was verwendet werden durfte und was privat war.
Eine Grauenhaft durchgelesen 80cm Matratze mit Rückenschmerzen Garantie!
Der Gastgeber schreibt in seinen Emails dass die Küche Privarlt sei, im Video aber wirbt er damit... Sehr unklar.

Gute Beschreibung der Schlüsselübergabe.
Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig. Einige andere Gäste waren trotz der Hinweise des Gastgebers recht laut. Ein früherer Check-In war nicht möglich.

Ich kann nichts finden was Ich nicht gut Bewerten könnte. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier Absolut. Die Unterkunft war Gepflegt und hinterliess einen Guten Eindruck auf mich. Die Gemeinschaftsräume sind sauber und gepflegt (Auch das WC und Dusche) bei meiner Ankunft zumindest, aber nicht jeder hinterlässt saubere Sanitärräume vorallem bei einem Gemeinschaftlichen Bad. Es war auch ruhig des Nachts und fliegen kann niemand um gar keinen Lärm zu verursachen...:-) Den Innenhof fand Ich auch in Ordnung sogar fast gemütlich, als Raucher ist man froh eine möglichkeit mit Aschenbecher und Sitzbank zu haben und auch gleich noch vor der Türe.

Traumhaft? Die Bilder hier sind nicht vom Zimmer per se…
Furchtbar…. Um 2 Uhr morgens wird hier Pizza gebacken, Zimmertüren aufgelassen, sämtliche Lichter angemacht-/- die Zimmer haben Glas Fenster über der Tür, so dass dies für schlaflose Nacht sorgt.
Rauchen direkt unter meinem Fenster. Schlechte Luft!

Mir hat besonders gefallen, dass das Hotel sehr gut gelegen und zentral war. Die Lage ermöglichte einen bequemen Zugang zu verschiedenen Attraktionen und Annehmlichkeiten. Zusätzlich beeindruckte mich die Qualität des Services sowie die komfortable Ausstattung des Zimmers, was meinen Aufenthalt äußerst angenehm gestaltet hat.
Nichts hat mir nicht gefallen. Das Hotelzimmer erfüllte alle meine Erwartungen und war in jeder Hinsicht zufriedenstellend. Der Service und die Ausstattung waren ausgezeichnet.

Sehr sauberes und ordentliches Appartement mit großer Gemeinschaftsküche.
Ein gemeinsames Bad für 6 oder mehr Zimmer erschien mir etwas ausbaufähig, dafür sehr günstig. Etwas hellhörig, aber gute Regelung mit Hinweisen zu Lärmreduktion. Dunkler Weg über den Hof zum Appartement, hier wären Licht-Bewegungssensoren super.

Bit of a faf getting into the apartment and email didn’t make clear which was my apartment (it mentioned “zimmer 6” which I correctly interpreted as “room 6”!

NOT RECOMMENDED. The cleaning staff stole my belongings from the fridge. The property refused compensation, the issue was reported to Booking.com. I have been using Booking.com accommodation for many years now and I have never come across such an embarrassing situation.

I booked an option that says one bed room appartment but was surprised to see that the bathroom and kitchen were shared by up to six people.

Clean, good value for money, well equipped communal kitchen.
To call this property a "One Bedroom Apartment" is a gross misrepresentation. In actual fact, it is one good sized room in a large apartment. The one bathroom, which includes the only WC, is very small and serves 5 or 6 rooms. Had the property been full, everyone would have had to queue.

Everything was ok except a Person was talking all night by phone so I couldn't sleep. Also there was a lot of noise in the very early morning from the kitchen.

Good location, walking distance to the city centre, clean room, free parking, helpful host who gives clear information.
The room was clean but no decoration at all. Far from "dreamlike". I put the mattress on the floor in order to sleep because the bed would have broken my back... There are wooden planks under the mattress. I was looking for the bathroom to take a shower in the morning, finally found one that had a paper on the door saying "not for guests of Air bnb or Booking.com"... Not very welcoming.

Some of the rooms are not sound- and lightproof (window above the door facing the corridor), which can easily wake you up at night. Other guests don't always respect the quiet hours. Just having one bathroom for this many rooms can be a bit challenging.
