New, friendly staff and killer water pressure. Breakfast good.

Nice hotel, common areas were very attractive, very clean, and courteous staff. Room was very nice and water pressure in shower was incredible. The breakfast staff was so friendly and helpful. Items at free breakfast were very good and the area was well stocked.

We had a quiet night in a very clean room with a comfortable bed and a nice selection at breakfast. The king studio had a nice sofa and a kitchen area with an island/ bar. The desk clerk was very friendly.

This is a new hotel. Loved that it had a king bed and bathroom on one side of the room and a sitting area with a sofa, kitchen, stove top, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and table area for sitting and eating. The tv was huge! It swiveled so you could watch from the sofa or turn it and watch it while in bed. Breakfast was great! Bacon, eggs, toast, you could have an omelet made. There was a bar in the hotel on the first floor and you could also order food- hamburger, pizza, etc.

No dislikes.

The breakfast is the best from any hotel that I have ever stayed in. Omelet was on point. Biscuit and gravy top of the line indeed. To make thing better it was free.

Very nice room for the price, the mattress was very comfortable and the shower was amazing. The breakfast that is included was very good. I couldn’t have asked for more. Will definitely stay here again.

My only complaint would be the door to the bathroom. It kept coming off track and was heavy.

Nice, large comfortable room. There's a sitting area with a TV and when you're ready to get some sleep, the TV pivots and you can watch from the comfort of your bed! The kitchenette is nicely equipped, too. Coffee maker in the room. Great breakfast options. We won't stay anywhere else when we go to Louisville. The beds are comfortable, and there's plenty of pillows.

There's really nothing that we didn't like. I have absolutely no complaints about this property. None.

Hyatt House Louisville East, and while my overall experience was positive, there were a few bumps along the way. Upon arrival, I encountered some issues with the front desk staff. He was not as helpful as I would have hoped and seemed to overcharge our card. He claimed that the extra charge was related to booking.com, which prompted us to reach out to booking.com for clarification. This unnecessary hassle left a sour taste in our mouths. However, the situation improved during check-out, thanks to the assistance of another front desk staff member, Chris. He was incredibly helpful and understanding, which went a long way in rectifying our initial frustration. One of the highlights of our stay was the amazing breakfast offered at the hotel. The live kitchen setup was a unique touch that added a personal and fresh feel to the dining experience. The variety of options and the quality of the food were truly impressive, making it one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had in a while.

While the hiccup at the front desk was disappointing, the rest of the stay made up for it. The excellent service provided by Chris and the delightful breakfast experience is certainly worth noting. If not for the initial issue, this would have been a perfect stay. Despite that, I would still consider returning to the Hyatt House Louisville East, hoping for a smoother experience next time.

Got in late with my 7yo daughter and was hungry. Kitchen was closed, but manager at front desk set me up with the bartender, who went into the kitchen and got the cook, who took my daughter into the dining area and found her some food, also made us 2 sandwiches even though she was closed for the night. Great people, from the front desk to the cleaning crew. Will be back!

The hotel Manager and all staff were exceptional. This will be our hotel of choice when we stay in Louisville.

Craig and Kim (bar/food) were fantastic. We spent a lot of time in the bar area - more than planned because they brought such a fun and inviting atmosphere to sitting and having a drink - and snack!!! They were definitely the highlight of our stay!! Probably the best service I have had in a long time. They were just nice people we were very happy to have met!!! And it appeared that those that were there felt the same as we did!!! Love the breakfast as well!!! Awesome selection and great hours!!! I love staying at this hotel because it is in a great location, well kept and not that I have one but is pet friendly!!! Great amenities...I will stay here every time I am in Louisville to visit my daughter!!!!
