Very nice staff, location was a bit shady, but it’s Louisville, after all.

The room had a great living room and workspace area, close to shops and near the highway. My son enjoyed his time in the pool and the pet fees were very reasonable (we travelled with an XL dog) & room was spacious.

Let me start off by saying, Evan the assistant manger is a total jerk. The other staff that work under him were wonderful. The one star rating is for YOU EVAN. Don’t be so rude to your guests and then go in the back and talk about them like I can’t hear you!!!!!!! There was blood on my pillow and shower curtain. The breakfast literally was watery eggs. They were charging people $200 a night to stay in something that I could have cleaned better if I would have just took 3 minutes. Like I said Katelyn, I think the other guys name is Zach, Casey and another woman with the name starting with an M were great but good god, I feel bad for that staff having to work for such a rude person like Evan. Evan. You are the reason for the bad stay. You are the reason why we left and you are the reason we won’t be back. To top it off, I left a message for the GM and never received a message back. DO BETTER MANAGEMENT. Your staff is really trying to hold it together for you but there’s not much they can do when management doesn’t give a SH**

only negative part of the experience was $20 to park while staying there two nights. besides that everything was great.

It was ok. Could use some updating, repairs, and a deep clean. The bathroom was terrible. The toilet and shower are in their own room which could be nice but it was so small you couldn't even close the door if the toilet lid was down. It also wasn't the cleanest. I probably wouldn't stay here again since there are alot of other options in the area.

The staff is very friendly, are check in was so easy, are stay was okay. The only thing that I don't liked was the bathroom, it's to small and the ceiling needs some work, also the vent wasn't working

Nice hotel in a nice area with shops nearby. Rooms are spacious as you can expect from a Hyatt Place. Carpets need very deep cleaning to bring back to new again. Either deep cleaning or replace the carpets with hard floors to bring back a fresh feel. Staff are friendly and the overall stay was great.

Clean & loved the room set up with coych & extra area. Great breakfasts.

The location was clean enough. The bed is really hard, the room did not have enough plugs by the bed to accommodate 2 cpaps. 1 of us had to sleep on the couch. The bathroom door had to have a cut out to close the door because there was barely room for the toilet. The breakfast was so-so.

I have stayed at this facility every year for a number of years now and have always been happy with the room and staff. This year was terribly disappointing, arrived to find signs all over the parking lot stating we had to pay $10 day to park there. This is absolutely unacceptable! Does Walmart make you to pay to park in their lot to shop there??? I'm spending $1000 on a room at this facility, I'll be darned if I'm going to pay to park my car there while spending a boat load of cash in their facility. If I ever get charged to park I will NEVER set foot in ANY Marriot facility again as long as I live! Shame on this company. If you are that broke, increase the room cost, don't do something so offensive as to charge to park a car in your lot.

Terrible. The carpet in our room was so dirty. I don't know when it was last cleaned, but it was filthy. The air conditioner was noisy and leaked, so the carpet by it was wet. Fan in bathroom was broken. They charge you to park your car in their lot. Hyatt used to stand for excellence. They have fallen far from that mark.

This was the most average stay at a hotel as there could be. Nothing stood way out good or bad. Place was fine overall.

This hotel was awesome. Starting with the staff, the southern hospitality is real here. They are so friendly at the desk and welcoming. They also accommodated a few hours long mini reunion of my family in the lobby/bar area on our last night. They were available every time we needed something. The room was spotless and I was able to give my babies baths without being grossed out. AC worked great. Breakfast was great, lots of options. My kids loved the pool. Parking never an issue. Area is very safe. Overall we didn't want to leave. This will be our goto from now on when we come home.
