Beautiful home with everything you need! Plenty of space for a group - we had 5 couple there celebrating 40th birthdays. Backyard was the perfect spot to hangout! Location was close to town so easy to walk and avoid having to drive and find a parking spot. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

It was such a beautiful home. Well stocked with supplies for cooking. Everyone enjoyed having their own space. I want to wall paper my kitchen because of the beautiful paper in this VRBO.

Kelly was an outstanding host of an incredible property that met and exceeded our expectations! The home was spacious enough for our 10 adults and 4 children, and there were plenty of spots to gather and kick back. If we come back to Fredericksburg, this is where we want to stay!

We stayed at the Painted Lady in October for a siblling family reunion. This is a gem of a property. Very spacious, and attractively decorated. When we first entered, we had the feeling that it was even better than the pictures. We ate breakfast and dinner on the back deck as we were lucky enough to have perfect weather for it. The location is Very Walkable to the Main St shops and restaurants and there's lots to do in the area. The check in and check out process was super easy and the host, Kelly, was very responsive throughout the process. We highly recommend a visit to Fredericksburg and particularly this property.

This house was in a great location, just a short walk to downtown and in a quiet neighborhood.

This property is extremely charming and clean! The entire house was spacious and there was enough sleeping for our large crowd. The house was extremely well stocked with whatever you needed. We will definitely be back!

Our family of 9 including our 2 year old grandson, stayed here in July. It is a beautiful home and it was perfect for our needs. The converted attic space with Queen bed & private bath does have a large fan on the wall for circulation but no AC vent to bring in cool air. Great communication with the hostess; easy check in and check out processes. Would definitely stay here again!

The home was perfect! We really enjoyed the space. It was so comfortable and accommodating. This was a friends trip and we really enjoyed the gathering areas as well as the spaces that allowed a little down time. There is so much to do in this area and the landscape is beautiful.

This house is even more amazing than the pictures. We ended up with nine women for a birthday trip. The house and porches were so spacious that we never felt cramped or crowded and had plenty of room to sleep comfortably. The house was really well furnished and even had two fridges which was a life saver given we all brought our own food. Very close walk to Main Street. We already rented again for next year to return.

We had a great time staying at The Painted Lady. There was plenty of room for all of us ladies, and loved how close it was to main street. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

This house is incredible! We had a bachelorette party of 8 and lost each other in the house! We could have easily brought more people and still had plenty of room. The layout is perfect for a medium to large group. The amenities are lovely - from the welcome snacks, to the toiletries, towels and coffee pods. The butler’s pantry was a great help for the food and drinks we brought with us. There are rooms upstairs but also plenty of space downstairs if you have any folks who can’t manage stairs well. The grounds are beautiful and the house is close enough to main to walk - but we drove and found parking fairly easily. This is the first VRBO where we chose to stay at the house more than go out. Every tv had streaming options, the kitchen table sat 8 comfortably, and the large island was perfect for a large spread of food. We are all sad we had to leave already! Great property! Thank you for a wonderful time!

We really enjoyed our stay at this location! It was the perfect home to accommodate large groups and everyone was able to sleep comfortably and spread out. It was just a few blocks away from the main road and was very clean and well kept. I definitely will be returning back as this was a very pleasant and enjoyable experience with zero hassle!!

Had fun with wineries, Enchanted Rock hike and just being together. Backyard was perfect spot to gather. Everyone had plenty of personal space. Kitchen worked great for our large group. Quick walk to downtown. Some comments about stronger internet security. And hot water to the bathrooms was a bit of a challenge. Beautiful house. Would stay again for sure!

This is a wonderful home! There were 3 couples, plenty of space! Loved the Rocking chairs on front porch, hot tub in backyard. Very close to Main Street. You do not want for anything with this house. Owner was very easy to work with. Will definitely rent again if we need a large home.
