Great location to the beach and boardwalk. Everything is very walkable. Julie was quick to respond and helpful during our stay. We really enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend this property. Thank You!!

We had a few days to say in San Diego and the home was very comforble and had everything needed for a wonderful beach vacation - the beach chairs were amazing, toys, etc. Was within walking distance of stores, restaurants and literally steps from the beach. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

Location of property was exceptional to all amenities…the beach is about 50 feet, boardwalk about 1 block, super cute cubby hole coffee shop less than a block, amazing tacos (Mexican) and pizza less than a block, convenience store with most items less than a block. There were ALOT of vendors on the beach, the bacon wrapped hots dogs are to die for! The Condo was well equipped with serving/ eating vessels, cooking utensils- pots/pans, towels both bath & beach, lots of beach toys, great outdoor front patio equipped with BBQ , closets were ginormous in all rooms, very thankful for only 1 TV which was downstairs in living room so we had little screen time but enjoyed a movie together. My negative but still VERY Thankful, they say 2 car garage, it’s VERY narrow, I have a 2012 Toyota 4 runner and after backing into garage I could barely get out and I am small 5’2” 120 pound lady, BUT you will not find parking anywhere near! One more item , I made a mess on the kitchen floor shortly after we got there so went to sweep it up and there was a lot of hair on the broom like a ball, this was in kitchen underneath cabinets etc. wish there was a vacuum. I have a hair fetish! When we were viewing the condo the first 4 times, I believe we had a top balcony within our condo that overlooked the beach, but apparently that is another unit, so make sure you identify what unit your getting. Would I stay there again?…. Absolutely! We had people beside us and on top of us, we were respectful of each other . We would totally rent this property again!

The property was clean and well stocked. Check in was seamless and fast and communication with the owners was great. The property was perfect for myself and 4 teens. The property is walking distance to Belmont, the beach, and many restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful home in an ideal location. Perfect for our party of 4 (2 adults, a 17 and a 16 year old), with plenty of room to expand. Originally was going to be 7 of us, 3 adults and 4 kids (16-19 years old). Can't wait to come back.

Because another property cancelled on us a day before check in we needed something quick. This property was out of our price range but we didn't have a choice, people were scheduled to come in the next day from out of state. This property did not disappoint. All weekend we kept telling eachother how worth it it was. How beautiful it was. Such an easy check in and out. The place is perfect and in the middle of everything!

We had difficulty getting instructions accessing the property and the digital lock on the gate only worked from the inside. Be aware that homeless men live in the alley. There is no air conditioning but there are fans. Overall the location provides perfect beach access and parking. The Zoo, Seaworld, Oldtown are short drives nearby. There is a Ralph’s nearby. My adult children and our 2 yo granddaughter had a wonderful time. Lazy Eye coffee is a gem

The property is in a wonderful location, and that made the trip overall a good trip. It was a nicely lit exterior, safe, ample parking, nice views of Belmont Park. There were some issues with the home; the kitchen countertops are tile and have a lot of grout, the grout was dirty in some areas. The exterior garbage cans were 3/4 full when we arrived and smelled very bad; they had a fishy smell. The windows on the property, especially upstairs, were filthy; they looked like they have not been cleaned in a long time, and there were many bird droppings on them. I was almost going to clean them myself as they made me feel uneasy. Most of the beach accessories were strewn in a corner of the garage and still had sand on them and just overall presented poorly. There is definitely a noise issue from the unit above. It appears they have hard surface flooring because the noise is very loud above the Master bedroom and the second upstairs bedroom. The communication with the owners was a bit odd. I believe it's a husband and wife team. About a week before arriving, I had asked if we could bring our little dog (Teacup Pomeranian about 6 lbs), and the wife said yes that wouldn't be a problem, then 2 days before we were supposed to arrive, she called me and said her husband now wants to $100 a day for the dog or else don't bring it. If a representative of a property states one thing, then they should stand by their arrangement. I felt like they were sticking it to me; this was a way for them to make more money. If they stated it ahead of time, no problem, but they did not. We already arranged to bring the dog and what can you do two days before a trip; it's not like we can cancel. Back to the property, nicely lit exterior, safe, ample parking, great location.

The place was an amazing spot. Close to Belmont Park, walking distance to the beach and bay! Parking was a major plus! Definitely would come again.

Unit was as described and the location was great. It is a lively, busy area though so not for a quiet getaway! The only "hiccup" we had was noise from the neighbors above. This 2-story unit has a unit above which we were not aware of and we had some noisy neighbors above our last 2 nights which made for some sleepless nights. Otherwise, the place was perfect and the owners were a pleasure to work with and always responded promptly. If we come back, we will rent upstairs!

Having kids with different ages we were looking for the perfect location and this was it! Right in front of the beach, short walk to the bay and to Belmont Park. At first i was a little hesitant to book this place because of no A/C but I found out the ocean breeze was enough it was very comfortable. Very clean place with everything you need away from home. The property managers communicated very well and were very helpful if we needed anything! Our family enjoyed our stay and did not want to leave.
