Apartamento reformado en pleno casco antiguo de Xativa, confortable y agradable. Cubre las necesidades basicas de todo viajero. Estancias modernas y agradables.

Poco preparado para el ruido que hay en el casco antiguo, tales como camión de basura, vecinos de alrededor, obras… tampoco está preparado para el posible ruido de vecinos de arriba, que en nuestro caso arrastraban muebles a las 00 de la noche. En general estaba limpio, pero en los rincones había polvo (para una persona alérgica esto es importante). Echamos de menos suministros básicos para cocinar (sal, aceite, vinagre…), cosas que para estancias cortas sería de agradecer, ya que de comprarlo son empaquetados grandes para pocos días.

Alojamiento precioso, con encanto, mimado hasta el último detalle. No tiene ningún pero. Limpieza de diez. Ubicado en el casco antiguo, muy tranquilo y con restauración muy cerca. Recomendable 100% Dueña encantadora y servicial

We were met by a friendly host. Our biggest challenge to get there was driving round the town trying to find somewhere to park in the narrow one way streets. Once we were there we realised the property is in a very convenient location.

The property is n to very well equipped - only one ring alongside microwave, toaster and oven. We found the drains smell from the bathroom off putting - and unusual in winter. There wasn't a kettle (but there is a coffee machine. Some of the things that were listed as amenities weren't there.

Modern bathroom but toilet wobbled! Cord on kettle and coffee machine too short to reach the plug, no coffee cups only tiny espresso paper cups... No good for a cup of tea! Minor details generally very pleasant room. Usual problem in many Spanish hotel rooms, only 1 pillow each

ideal location just of the main square, so do not hear noise from the bars over the weekend. 10 - 15 minutes walk from Xativa train station and minutes away from the centre of town. I know Xativa very well so for me an ideal location. The property itself was really comfy and had the added bonus of having a sofa in the apartment, which made it feel much larger than a studio flat. The property was spotless. My brother who lives two minutes from the apartment was very impressed and will recommend to friends who are visiting

the only down fall the British like a kettle for making tea, but there is not one there
