The home was beautiful, spacious and just as described! Our whole family of 15 really enjoyed our week. We really loved having breakfast and dinners on the large patio. The neighborhood was very quiet and a safe development to ride bike. We loved the pool and used it often. We also enjoyed doing some crabbing. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and we had everything we needed. The kids loved the foosball in the bedroom. We had 5 children, ages 4-7 sleeping in that room. It worked out great! Wendy was amazing to work with. She always answered my emails right away we so appreciated the Welcome packet with details on every room as well as helpful advice on what to bring. We would definitely come back to this property. It is beautiful!

Our family of nine spent a wonderful week at this property! It is exactly as advertised and reviewed: spacious, clean, nicely decorated and well stocked. We enjoyed the use of the kayaks in the canal and also loved the short walk to the well maintained pool. The grandchildren are already talking about, "when we come back here." Our recent, memorable family vacation with our children and grandchildren was made all the more enjoyable by this beautiful home and all the amenities in it and in the neighborhood - the wonderful kitchen, dining and family room areas so we could all enjoy being together, the pool (which Wendy pays for so we could enjoy it without additional cost), the kayaks and PFDs so everyone could enjoy the canals, the roomy bedrooms and comfortable beds to rest in at the end of a long and fun day - this home was a total delight to stay at! There were 11 of us and there was still room to spare, and everyone loved the sunroom (well, truth be told I didn't get much chance to enjoy it since everyone else was in it - LOL)! Thank you Wendy for a great week and for always being so quick to respond to a message - you set a high bar for future expectations! All week long I kept thinking of the quote "we didn't know we were making memories, we just knew we were having fun." Can't wait to come back next year, thank you Wendy!

The house was as described and had all the kitchen gadgets which was great since we cooked 50% of our stay. Communication with the host, Wendy was smooth and prompt. This was my annual vacation with my 2 sisters and the house fit all our needs especially the rooms which had an attached bath. We enjoyed our stay tremendously.

Wendy house was big enough for our family of 13. From grandparents to kids, it was perfect. Everyone had a bed to sleep in, not a couch. There was your everyday items at the house. This was our first vacation, from my parents, to all our children, spouses, to grandchildren. Everyone loved being able to sit at a table and eat together, telling stories, playing games, and enjoying all being together. Short drive to beach, and all ocean city has to offer, even 3 minute drive to grocery store! Wendy is a great host, and wants her vacationers to enjoy the house. Wendy is right, the sun room is everyones favorite room. Awesome time !!!!!!! Thank you Wendy !!!!!!

We loved the location & overall neighborhood of this property. It was a huge plus to have no amenities fee to use the pool & gym like we've experienced at other places. Spent an extended weekend here and the stay was amazing! Wendy was a pleasure to work with and was so easy to communicate with. The home is so relaxing and set up perfectly for a large family vacation. We stayed with a combo of adults and kids/babies and all were sad to leave at the end! Will definitely be looking to rent this property again in the future!

We were delighted with our stay at beautiful Hidden Bay Breeze. Our host, Wendy, was so easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions. This house was spacious and open for wonderful conversation and fun during our dinners. Speaking of dinners, the kitchen is so well equipped and had plenty of dishes, wine glasses and even plastic cups for the little ones...they thought of everything. Hidden Bay Breeze is located in a beautiful community where we all enjoyed using the pool, the basketball courts and numerous walks with the grandchildren due to plenty of sidewalks. The outdoor patio is very spacious and the grill was clean with plenty of propane. The drive to beach is about 15 minutes and the house is only about 25 minutes from Ocean City boardwalk and night life. The local restaurants and night life is within a 10 minutes of this great house. As this review indicates, we were absolutely delighted with this vacation house and can't say enough about our experience including the comfortable beds. We look forward to another family vacation at Hidden Bay Breeze. Thank you, Wendy for making this home so comfortable.

We have traveled to Delaware for family beach vacations for the last 7 years. This was the best place we have stayed. The owner has amazing communication, the location is beautiful, the house is furnished and set up for families (we could sit 10 of us at the dining room table), the extras like kayaks and crab traps and beach gear and no fees to use the pool. I could go on and on. Everyone from the smallest to the oldest had a great time and we look forward to returning.

The kids worked out in the gym, ran, biked and skateboarded in the neighborhood and enjoyed mini golf just down the road a bit. No one wanted to leave, so FOR SURE we will be back again. Everything was more than we expected. The owners were very helpful and attentive to our questions. Lovely home, clean and had everything we need to make ourselves at home for our getaway with family. The kids had a blast even though it rains most of the time we were there. We would come back again hoping better weather, go fishing, kayaking and chill more outside. Thank you Wendy!

We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights in this wonderful house celebrating my husbands 30th birthday. The house was amazing, everything was clean, the space was nice and open to accommodate my family of 7 as well as my husbands side of the family. Wendy was so pleasant to book with she responded in a timely manner and she was very sweet. The community is very quiet and nice and beautiful we loved waking up and going to take a walk over by the lake and seeing all the birds.
