We were utterly pleased with this home. The view and the home are gorgeous. It fit our needs perfectly. The pickleball court and basketball hoop gave the cousins lots to do. We loved the spaciousness and cleanliness of the home. Great stay. Great host. We would stay here again.

Beautiful home and property with lots of parking. Well stocked kitchen with plenty of dishes, utensils and cookware. Garbage dump site was easy to locate. Owner was very accommodating with check in time. Had a lovely, relaxing time with a day at the Lake - appreciated the beach towels.

We had 21 bodies staying together for a family reunion. We had not seen some members for 2 years and it was so relaxing and fun to catch up and have little cousins reconnect in such nice, clean and well stocked house. We were very impressed with all the extras(spices, detergents, drinking fountain, pickleball court etc) so we could spend our precious time just being together. Loved our stay!!

We were very impressed with the property. It had absolutely everything you need. Beautiful location. beautiful views and plenty of room and bathrooms for all of us. We would love to say here again.

Thos place was great for our family. The view was awesome. The kitchen was well stocked and it had everything that was advertised.

This house was absolutely gorgeous and was the perfect floor plan! Very clean, vaulted ceilings, 10 foot ceilings, open spaces and three floors with a walkout basement. We spent Labor Day weekend with extended family. We had lots of couples with teens and adult single children. The perfect set up with 8 bedrooms. 4 of those were master suites with attached bathrooms. One was a large bunk room. There were also about 15 roll away beds, large mats and cots for the teens and older kids to spread out and sleep comfortably. All 30 of us had plenty of space to sleep and eat. The outdoor deck was perfect for eating, lounging and watching the family play pickleball tournaments below. Both living rooms up and down had large comfortable sectionals that fit everyone. Plenty of kitchen gadgets (crockpots, mixers, bowls, pans, grills) With two fridges and a huge section of cupboards for food, there was plenty of space to put it all for our large meals. Stocked well with tons of board games and balls for pickleball, basketball and ping pong. The location was perfect too being just down the canyon right before you hit main street making it 5 minutes away from town and even closer to the secret gas station with the only fresh raspberry shakes in Garden City. Owner was very responsive and easy to contact. The space was just perfect. Zero complaints! We loved loved loved our time there!

Beautiful home with comfortable rooms. We especially appreciated the quality of the kitchen amenities and the variety of pots and pans, appliances, etc. Because we had family members who had traveled significant distances, having a washer and dryer available was fabulous. The sports court was a real hit as was the spacious outdoor deck. We had a fantastic time, and Corey immediately responded to all of our questions…a great experience for all of us.

This was our second stay in two years and part of our reason for coming back was how easily it accomodated our family and our different needs.

This is our third year staying at this house. We love it! We’ve been renting vacation homes in the Bear Lake area for 20+ years and this one is the best we’ve found for the size and price. If it suits your needs I wouldn’t hesitate.

This is our second time staying in this beautiful home. It is spacious inside but also has plenty of grassy areas for kids to play outside. The sport court made it even better. Perfect for family reunions. We would highly recommend!

We used this property for a family reunion. It was clean and had plenty of space for our family. It was nice to have a separate living room area downstairs where the kids could hang and be loud. The pickle ball court was a big hit and in constant use by all ages. Great spot! Also 5 minutes from shakes and small grocery store

Very nice home. Accommodated everyone very well. We had 27 people. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. View of the lake was wonderful. Pickle ball court was a huge hit. The owner was always responsive when we needed information. The home was very clean. Washers and dryers with laundry soap were very nice. The kids loved the foosball and ping pong tables were great. Just a very wonderful property!

This house accommodated our family of 28 very well. Plenty of room to move around and a nice big kitchen to cook meals. Didn't spend a lot of time outside but the grandkids liked the "real" lawn and the sports court. Loved the drinking fountain. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. Would recommend this property. Also, loved seeing the wildlife - deer, moose, and rabbit.

One of the rare things this house has is the the number of bedrooms with their own bathrooms. And the fact that the one bathroom on the main floor that isn't attached to a bedroom has a shower in it is another bonus (normally a bathroom like that would just be a half-bath). It means that when everyone gets back from the beach a lot of people can get cleaned up quickly. We used to stay in places that had 3-4 bathrooms and it took forever for everyone to get clean, and we would usually run out of hot water which does NOT seem to happen in this house so long as people go quickly. Plenty of space, beautiful deck, lots of seating, big kitchen, two fridges, pickle ball, table tennis...it really is a great place. We've been going to Bear Lake for years and it's hard (impossible?) to find a home this size, with this many bedrooms and bathrooms, that isn't ridiculously expensive. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! We come every year as a family and we all agreed, this is the best house we have stayed at yet! Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone. We loved the big deck with the beautiful view of the lake. It was fun to have that spot to gather as a family. The kids loved the video games and the basketball court. A perfect house for a family reunion!!

This was our second year staying at this beautiful clean property. The views are breathtaking. It was the perfect place for our large family. We love the 3 masters bedrooms, plenty of beds and different options for gathering areas. The basketball court was definitely a favorite. Corey was so great to work with and always available for questions! I would HIGHLY recommend this place!

The house was really nice. We all fit and enjoyed the stay. A plaque voluntarily fell off the wall and one of our toddlers was walking by when it fell and it hit her and she screamed and started to cry, but when we comforted her and calmed her down, she was not seriously hurt and all was well. I was surprised that every en-suite in the home and every bathroom had a tube and shower combo. My wife and I struggle to step into a tub shower and every other home we have rented at Bear Lake has had a walk-in shower. I would recommend the owner remodel the Master en-suite and take out the tub, as it is not needed, since there are so many tubs in the house and then older people will be mote accommodated. These two instances were the only concerns.

Perfect place to visit Bear Lake. Lots of amenities and communication. Would 100% return.

We have been renting properties at Bear Lake for several years and this was the best place we have ever stayed. The owner was very considerate and helpful with all of our questions. We will definitely stay here again!

This home was spectacular! All details were thought through, we only had 13 but it would be comfortable for a lot more with a bunk room and pull out couches!! Industrial water fountain in the kitchen, multiple washer/dryers and if you love Pickleball… it has its own private court! Excellent place to stay!

This home is clean, has many amenities that make your stay very comfortable. The view of the lake is awesome.

Big Pine Lake House was absolutely a 5 star home. Beautiful location, amazing sunrise and lake lookout, and the entire house was beautifully laid out. Our family enjoyed the sports court with Pickle Ball and Basketball competitions. The home is surrounded with nice lawn for our kids to play on and had a big deck with a large table for outside dining. The kitchen and living area was ideal for our family of 27 adults, teens and children. I texted owner for instructions on something and immediately received a helpful response. Highly recommend staying in this lovely home!

Fantastic home with lots of rooms. Finding a home with this many bedrooms and bathrooms is hard in bear lake (unless you want to pay a lot more). The extra bathroom on the main floor is a full bath which is very handy when everyone is trying to take a shower after the beach. Great layout. Two fridges. Comfy beds. Lots of kitchen stuff. Tons of parking!! Fun sport court. Grass! Arcade games in the basement. Highly recommend!

A good week for us. Plenty of room

My family and I loved this home. It was comfortable and clean had everything that we needed and room to feel comfortable. The owners were helpful and kind. Would recommend highly recommend this home.

Everyone in our group agreed that we wish we would’ve stayed longer. Waking up from very comfortable beds was awesome; and watching the beautiful sunrises across the lake each morning from the front deck was breathtaking. We could not get enough! And that’s not all. We loved playing pickle ball, basketball, ping pong and arcade games at the house. The pictures and write up are excellent, but we have to admit that It was better than we ever anticipated.

Loved the house, clean, well kept, and cozy. Plenty of room for our whole family. We had a blast! Just 2 areas that needed attention: oven and grill Thanks for the beautiful memories!

We loved that the house was so clean, fresh and new. With the good weather we spent much time outside tossing the basketball, playing pickle ball, and corn hole. Inside our littles could play ping pong, air hockey, football, scrabble, arcade games. There were ample dishes, towels, linens. Lots of bathrooms were wonderful. Many of the bedrooms had televisions but we didn’t use them. The kitchen was so well stocked with smaller appliances as well as eating supplies. The second fridge was a life saver. Our group of more than 20 had plenty of room to play, as well as sleep.. One night I sat out on the deck and identified the constellations. The sky was alive with stars. It was a great joy to be able to be together in this beautiful home.
