Just outside the mainstream of Nashville, this home was great for our stay. It was just an hour to Lynchburg and not far from Nashville. The beds were comfortable and having 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms was nice. Grocery and shopping was close. We would stay here again.

I work as a travel healthcare provider and was on call all weekend. This house was great for my family and pups to come down and spend some time with me. Great house, quiet, safe neighborhood with a huge fenced in backyard. We would definitely stay here again! The host had a nice coffee bar with a great assortment and even a dog bowl for the pups. Even though I was on call, and worked 13 hours it was perfect downtime and family space we needed.

Everything was clean. Location close to most places. In a quite neighborhood. It was nice they had paper towels and toilet paper.

Convenient to our family and friends. Far enough away from the major cities. Location was easy to get to where we wanted to visit.

The place has everything we needed for a 2 night stay! It is really great for pet owners, however we did not bring ours. The beds we’re comfortable and we both slept really well.

Perfect for a quick stay in Smyrna with family. Owners go over and above to make sure you are taken care of!

It was a good option near to where we had to be for a short period, but glad to have an option to have an animal with us and not have to find a boarding option. A few creaky floors and doors (with a quick reno to parts of the house), but that isn't a dig so much as an observation. Regardless, it was a relatively easy stay, with the only hiccup we couldn't easily figure out the front door access...not the opening part, but the locking part. I wonder if the check-in process through the app could include a quick tidbit about that, without having to go to the folder inside the main entrance. All that to say, Tthanks for the stay!

We enjoyed our stay here immensely it was as described

We were visiting colleges in Nashville for my oldest and stayed here, a little outside of town. It was a comfortable space away from the busy city but not too far away to make the commute a pain. All of us felt the beds were comfortable. I was surprised to see the hosts went out of their way to provide some household essentials we've become used to bringing with us for a rental. They provided nice toilet paper, paper towels, hand soaps, linens and towels. A very welcoming and unexpected perk:)

This property was great for 7 adults and the beds were very comfortable!

This property was just what we expected. The beds were super comfortable and the location was quite. We had to cut our trip short but we did enjoy the time we had here. Sitting on the screen porch with our morning coffee was the best way to start the day.

We were there for a soccer weekend. Great proximity to fields, food and shopping. The house was very clean and the entire process was simple.

The house was exactly as advertised. Clean with a great fenced in backyard for the dogs. We did not cook, but the kitchen seemed to be well stocked. Linens were provided and the beds were comfortable. The location was perfect for our needs as we were only using the property for a place to sleep. The neighborhood is not within walking distance of any shops or restaurants. Check in and out was easy. Overall we had a great experience.

Convenient for our needs

The home was perfect for our family. There was an electrical breaker/HVAC issue, but the owner was quick to respond and take care of the issue. We enjoyed our stay.

This is a nice property perfectly located for our long drive from Michigan to Florida. The house is nicely appointed (the kitchen particularly) and there were thoughtful touches. The hosts provided a nice little selection of munchies and beverages (thank you for the granola bar ;) The bed was super comfy and much needed. Oh...and the yard is huge and fully fenced - a great, safe runaround for dogs after a long drive.I would recommend this home for anyone traveling through or visiting nearby. Very nice home in a great little neighborhood. Everything you need is here. Close to everything but yet secluded in a nice quiet neighborhood. The beds were VERY comfortable. Loved the fenced in backyard. Love that there were no rugs. VERY VERY CLEAN!!! Owners very responsive with questions. Would definitely stay here again!

We weren’t looking to access local hot spots or Nashville, just to bring food and connect. This one level small house was convenient and clean with lots of bedrooms, and a fine large backyard and screened porch in a quiet neighborhood. Just what we needed! Very responsive hosts, fine tv access and WiFi. Very pleased.

Cooking utensils, plates, coffee mugs, etc. Even supplied laundry soap and some TP and other toiletries. The beds were SUPER COMFORTABLE!!!!It’s a nice neighborhood close to everything!! The master shower is a little tight but does the job. The other bathroom was nice as well. I would change that shower head but that’s just me.Overall, our stay at the cottage was very much a pleasant experience and would most definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice, quiet place to chill out!!
