Beautiful, clean and well kept. It was even better than advertised. Mary was a pleasure to deal with. She kept me informed before our trip and checked on us several times during. Thanks, Mary!

We had a great stay. The condo is tastefully updated, light and airy, very clean. Each of our 3 teenage girls had their own bed in the second bedroom. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels available for us to use. There was laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, extra linens and toilet paper. The pictures don't do this condo justice. We will definitely stay here again!

Condo was clean and comfortable. We appreciated how many items were provided in the room and enjoyed using the beach chairs and the grill. Would defiantly stay in this room again. Mary was also great to work with through our stay.

Great property with views and in Tower 2. Loved the bunk beds and a few small things that needed fixed (batteries in thermostat and grill) were done immediately! Great service. Will stay here again, we love Portofino resort for our 15, 14 and 10 year olds.

The Portofino Island Resort is absolutely wonderful! We were attending an awards ceremony and decided to make it a short family “celebratory get-away” for a few days. The three of us had a fun and relaxing time at the resort. The unit was fantastic and the view from the balcony is incredible ! The beds were very comfortable, everything was clean, there were plenty of kitchen supplies and consumables. Everything worked perfectly from the washer/dryer to the AC and we did not experience any problems. The amenities are out of this world and everyone working at the resort was extremely polite. The beach and bay are just steps away and walking through the resort grounds is lush and beautiful. We are already looking forward to making another trip to this same unit! You could not ask for a better host than Mary! So helpful and had great suggestions on places to go. Thank you for a great long weekend!

This was our third time staying in this specific unit in the Portofino and we will be renting again at some point in the future. The location of the Portofino is great and this particular unit has all of the amenities and great views of both the Bay and Gulf as well as the nature preserve - there is no other building blocking your view. The beds are comfortable which is a huge plus as we have stayed in other condos where the beds were not nearly as nice and comfortable. We are a family of five and the bunk room setup was perfect and did not feel cramped. The unit is clean and as advertised, all of the household items are there so you don’t have to bring them with you or get them from the store.

Our family of 5 had a great stay. It was wonderful that there was sleeping space for all 3 of our kids in the guest room. The condo was very clean and very well stocked. Excellent communication from the property manager. We will be back!

This was an awesome condo. Our daughter got married on the beach a mile from our condo. It was a great location. We were able to go to the bay and enjoy that and then also to the beach. Both were within walking distance. We had a great time. Would recommend.

Our stay at “Inexcess” was wonderful. The condo had a great view, close easy walk to the beach, access to the bay, great pools. The kitchen had good variety of pots/dishes, all the basics, and then some. There were basic spices, oils, pancake mix and syrups (others left). They had a start of k-cups, sugar, and powdered cream. You won’t need to bring cleaning supplies, trash bags, or laundry detergent…all of that was there! Mary was great to respond and provide information…even where to buy things! Definitely one of our most enjoyable trips.

We spent our spring break at the Portofino resort. It was not only a lovely view but it was a very relaxing atmosphere. Mary was one of the loveliest property managers I have worked with in all the different places we have stayed.

We can't recommend this condo enough! The unit was clean, updated, and well stocked with beach gear and cookware. Communication with Mary was smooth and check in/out was a breeze. The view from the 19th floor was amazing! Awesome view of both the gulf and bay, and we even got a fly by of the Blue Angels at our height!!

We rented this condo for a family of 5 (kids ages 16, 14 and 12). It was beautiful, spacious, and clean. The kitchen was fantastic, absolutely nothing missing to cook full meals.
Views were stunning.
We spent most of our time at the beach but the pools/hot tubs were also great.
We appreciated the indoor lane pool for swimming laps!!

This place was exactly as advertised. Beautiful views,comfortable beds and easy access to the beach and restaurants. We couldn’t have asked for more. Mary was awesome to work with and gave us tips on all the good restaurants. Highly recommend this place. We can’t wait to go back.

Repeat renters and will look to return again in the summer. We recently returned to the property and same unit in Tower 2 over the NYE break. The Portofino provides the best of both worlds for those looking to have a large condo with easy beach access as well as many of the amenities of a resort. This specific unit provides a fantastic view of both the Bay and the Gulf on a high floor. It is exactly as advertised - spacious (we are a family of 5 and it didn't feel cramped), clean, has very comfortable beds and plenty of housekeeping items are provided so that you don't have to bring them with you or buy at a store. If you are not familiar with the area, the property managers are a great resource and provide you with tips and information about the area such as things to do and places to eat/explore.

Staying at Mary’s Portofino condo made our dream vacation. It is clean, has a fully stocked kitchen, everything you need to have a relaxing day at the beach, and has the best view of any condo we’ve stayed at in Pensacola so far! From the moment of booking Mary was a great communicator, making sure we had everything we needed and had all questions answered. Will most definitely stay here again!

We have stayed in a number of units in the Portofino and this one ranks amongst the best. The unit was very clean and the view from the balcony is great - it is a high floor with views of both the bay and the gulf. The beds were super comfortable and the bunk room comfortably slept three kids. The property manager is very friendly and also supplies all of the housekeeping-type items like laundry detergent, dish detergent and trash bags etc, so you don’t have to bring that along or buy in the store upon arrival. We would highly recommend.

Loved the Tower 2 location next to spa & services. Nice view of sound and beach on 19th floor. Very comfortable beds, nice TVs in each room and dining room table.
Unit needs to be cleaned better…had to wash all sheets when we arrived since we found hairs in bunk bed sheets. The bunk beds don’t have a sheet set, only the fitted sheet and a blanket. The living room couch needs to be replaced.

Amazing Views and Beautiful Condo
We have rented this beautiful condo multiple times from Mary. Mary is an outstanding host and property manager, communications and instructions from her are always proactive and helpful. They provide laundry soap, dishwashing soap, toilet paper, paper towels and Coffee and much more! Plus a fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed. She also provides beach towels. You have full views of both the beach and the bay! We cooked out on the grill and ate outside on the patio table. Love this condo! Thank you Mary for being the best host!!!!

Birthday and Baseball
We went and stayed at the Portofino for my birthday and to see a family friends son play for the Montgomery Biscuits versus the Pensacola Wahoos. Property is gorgeous and amazing! A little snafoo checking in, but it was quickly fixed. All the pools and hot tubs were pristine. Mary, our booking agent, was amazing from the start right up until check-out. I highly recommend staying at this property.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The beach chairs and umbrella were particularly helpful. We will definitely be back!
