The staff were lovely and friendly. The buildings and facilities were clean.

The online listing shows the rooms get cleaned daily when they actually only get cleaned once a week, unless you want to pay for it to be cleaned. This causes dirty rooms and towels. Also, there was no communication about any of the facilities and policies to read. We only realised there was a rooftop pool in our tower on the last day when we were leaving which was disappointing.

Чистый, свежий, красивый кондоминимум, три бассейна, спортзал, хороший персонал, вода, электричество и уборка квартиры один раз в неделю., входит в стоимость аренды. На территории чисто, с утра до вечера убирают, моют, подметают. В квартире есть всё для комфортного проживания. Рекомендую это кондоминимум для проживания, если вернусь на отдых в город Пхукет, снова остановлюсь здесь.

Apartment was nice and well kept, and the complex has great facilities, including a gym and 2 pools. Close to a supermarket and basic amenities including laundry :)

Nothing really.

Nothing is really good here. it’s a greedy money taking place that give nothing in return. No toaster - No tea towel - No face washers in bathroom - No beach or pool towel for their own pool - No nothing. it’s a greedy hotel tat takes and give nothing in return. take my advice and stay at another property that provides a good service. money grabbing this place is. in this modern day stays they need to lift their game. No I would not stay here again. No

Dissapointing

Small room not any kitchenware has to buy our own , no toilet paper no toiletries

The condo was clean and laid out in a sensible and useable fashion

Really nice and modern apartment, clean and comfortable.

No hand soap, body wash or any cleaning products provided for the kitchen. Also no washing machine in room despite booking that. When I asked about none of these things the staff just said “oh no we don’t provide any of that, booking.com is wrong.” Eventually on the second day they brought soap etc. Checking in process was also a bit strange with staff and having to wait around a lot.
