This home was lovely and perfect for the few nights we were in the area. We loved the trees, wildlife (lots of deer and foxes) and how quiet it was there. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect setup for a family of 5. Very clean and roomy. Well decorated. I needed the kitchen space and it was perfect. Whenever I’m in Louisville, this will be my place to stay. Very quiet neighborhood and just a beautiful property that is well kept. I found myself treating like my own home. Great check in process just 5 stars all around. This was a “Staystation” type trip with family from here and Cincinnati. The house was perfect. Privacy if needed, large family spaces. Kids loved the yard. Everything is clean, modern, well-stocked and organized. Host quickly answered any questions. We will definitely use this location again for our family visits.

This is an amazing home, very pleasant, clean, comfortable home, great location for what we wanted to do...the Bourbon Trail. Amazing home with great features, nice deck to chill although it was a little cool for me but overall fantastic house. Definitely a nice rental, i would get this house again if im back in the area.

Lovely, lovely house. We had 5 adults and two grandkids. My daughter appreciated the standing mixer and I appreciated enough setting to host extended family (94 yr. old mother in law who isn't cooking any longer). Only concern was shortage of plates so we brought some from her house.

What a wonderful stay in such a beautiful property. The communication with the host was timely and perfect. The house is super clean and perfectly appointed. It has all the comforts of home. Even the little lighted tree in the family room was perfect. I was able to create a little Christmas Tree for our visit. The beds were comfy and everyone slept well. Thank you for helping me create a memorable Christmas visit with my boys. I will definitely keep this property saved for all future visits.

The property was a great fit for our Christmas family dinner. The dining room table was great with seating for 10. There were plenty of other seating options as well. We enjoyed this property and would recommend. It is close to all major grocery and restaurants. It sits on a great piece of property and is very quiet at the end of the lane.

We visited Louisville with friends to explore the bourbon trail and other sights around the area. The property was perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood, but close to many expressways.
The house was even better than it looked in the pictures! It is a large home with lots of amenities and luxury features. There are even separate HVAC controls for the first and second floor, so everyone is sure to be comfortable. Communications with the property manager were always prompt and they provided lots of good information. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back!

My son made it to Nationals for 3D archery. This palace was way nicer than a hotel, plenty of room in the house and yard for everyone to stretch out. Would highly recommend!!!!

My family of five spent four days in Louisville and would highly recommend this property! We normally vacation using VRBO and this house stands out as the best we have seen. The location is quiet and spacious, the fine details of the house are above and beyond, and the layout of the house provides great space and privacy.

My family, which included two granddaughters ages 6 and 3.5 years old, visited extended family who live near Louisville. This home was great for meals and game nights, not to mention trick-or-treating (we went to a nearby community known to the family), and sound sleeping. Everything about the home and location was perfect for us.

Excellent! A few things for the owners. Upstairs bathroom sinks and shower drain slowly. Not bad but will need attention at some point. Consider upgrading Upstairs bedroom comforter‘s sets. Other than those minor things, really wonderful property!!

Gorgeous house with solid amenities, clean and spacious. Quiet location with a lot nearby. Great kitchen to be able to prepare food during the stay, only thing I would update would be cookware as they are very small and or outdated, but that’s just a bit picky statement. Overall very satisfied with stay and would highly recommend this home and host!

Overall a very nice place. We enjoyed the family room and dining room. Having separate thermostats for upstairs and downstairs was nice. It would be nice if the smaller bedroom upstairs had a ceiling fan and TV.

Great Couples Getaway on the Bourbon Trail!
House was fantastic and totally matched all the pictures on the website. Kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with a lot of the basic necessities which was so nice and convenient. Property is beautiful and the lovely back deck was a great place to relax with friends. Grill something for dinner, etc
Great location close to a lot of restaurants and shopping, not far from Louisville proper. Brandon is super helpful and responsive - especially with questions ahead of our trip and helping us plan what to do, where to eat etc.. all in all a great trip would totally stay again!

Beautiful, clean house! Very close to restaurants and shopping. Easy quick trip to downtown. The tv in the spare bedroom upstairs did not have any connection to view anything so we moved the fire stick from the master bedroom to up there which worked for us. Highly recommended!!

Beautiful home at the end of a private road. Clean, well stocked, and great layout for a large family like ours. Great communication about check in/out. Easy access to stores and activities. Loved our stay while in town for our daughter's gymnastic meet!
