Absolutely stunning views 🤩Everything was just perfect. The bedrooms are very spacious and loved the en suits in each room. The pool was amazing and just perfect temperature. Everything that you need on holiday was there, even our fridge was stocked up with water, drinks, wine and some basics to make breakfast. Great communication with Jason who manages the villa. He has booked us driver called Spyros from the airport which we used every day for days out etc Couldn’t recommend him enough, very nice and reliable. Overall fantastic stay in gorgeous place.

The photos speak for themselves but it’s is so much bigger and vast in reality. The pool was huge and the views looking out onto the ocean are superb. There was a bbq area and plenty of outside seating. It was so peaceful as there was nobody staying at the villa opposite but even if there was it wouldn’t have made much difference. Inside the villa you have an open plan lounge kitchen diner which is plenty big enough and it was a nice touch for the owner to keep the fridge stocked up with beer wine ham cheese etc. Each bedroom is spacious and has its own en suite shower room. The owner is also the owner of rescue in laganas and invited us down for a night with a free drink and reserved table. His son Niko took us out in our very own yacht tour around the island where we swam in blue caves and explored the shipwreck as well as turtle island. We also went out with him for drinks and food on another occasion and he really provided went above and beyond our expectation, a truly nice guy. I have been to many beautiful places and this is well and truly up there and this villa in one word is UNREAL! We will definitely be returning

Pool was slightly cool however we did go in a cooler and slightly unlucky week in September and the owner mentioned it is normally prefect in peak summer and additionally they were going to be adding a heating pump at some point Location, taxis were 10 minute from Kerry bay with a couple of fantastic restaurants, however it’s very quiet after dark and if you want somewhere a bit more lively you need to go 20 Mins each way but the villa out weighed any negative elements

Stunning views, beautiful and great sized pool. Outdoor space worked brilliantly and the indoor space was really well designed and thought out. 2 decent sized double en suites and 2 twin en suites. Great A/C which was definitely needed, and a well equipped kitchen. Jason, the manager/local contact was excellent, attentive and helped us settle in, particularly by looking the local taverna for our first night. I can’t recommend this villa enough!

One of the key benefits of this villa is its quiet location and stunning views, however to get those you do have a short (probably about 1km) drive up a single track private road which may put some people off (it didn’t put us off though, and it was well worth it)

Brand new complete villa with a million dollar view. Every 3 days the beds and towels were changed and the villa cleaned. Nice beds and bathrooms. The villa is really complete, everything needed was available. The pictures reflect the reality. The hosts are very helpfull, great service. We had an amazing time and for sure will book this villa again!
