Near by most of places. The building is new, clean and organized.

Second room is having an issue with A/C not cooling.

Condominium with security and parking

Not the apartment on the picture we selected The whole place smell like urine. Very dusty and very old. Didn’t feel clean or sanitary at all

Staff answered questions without delay and dealt with all of my requests without any issues

Everything was fine.

Building staff attitude and have to wait too long to get elevator. It's creating potential cluster.

Though the room was not that bright and brand-new like shown in photos. But I still found all necessary things i need for daily life in the room. I do felt comfy, homey and safe here during my stay as well as i had good sleep/nice rest here. Besides the room i am impressed with Nice cool breeze around condominium which cool you down in summer when you sit nearby swimming pool area on first floor. Additional Sky Gartens (such OASIS) on 39th and 41th Floors are ROCK !! I can see panorama view of Pattaya from Sky Gartens on both floors...just felt amazingly chilled and relaxed. Additional i must give a BIG praise to RAIMON LAND that Patio privacy was a priority for this residential project. Balcony is designed and built to create a visual barrier for privacy for this homeowner. Besides the condominium i have found that the commutation around here is just perfect and very convenient via the 2-rowed dark blue bus (Fare 10 Baht per person in the same area/20 Baht person across area). i can go back and forth between Pattaya and Jomtien easily and do lots of activities. Worth of the money and such a decent place for Holidays and also Longstays in my opinion

Almost nothing. However the lifts makes some strange noise...not sure they are too old or need more maintenance.
