I almost hate to let the word out on this place for fear that it might not be available next time we’re looking for a place in Hot Springs. This home (because it’s so much more than just a house) was beautifully decorated and furnished with everything you need for an awesome stay. We’re accustomed to having to bring extras like toilet paper, paper towels, seasonings, etc for cooking but that wasn’t necessary in this home. We stayed over Thanksgiving week and thoroughly enjoyed the 3 fireplaces and the outdoor fire pit. The home was extremely comfortable and the location on Lake Hamilton was perfect and convenient to downtown Hot Springs and local attractions. As an added plus the communication with the owners was excellent as they were always just a text or email away and usually responded within a few minutes. Our next trip will be during the summer so that we can do all the summer action the actual lake. We’ll definitely be back!!

This house is a perfect location with the best lake view - huge windows - and a large fenced yard for the kids to play. Debbie & Larry have explained everything to a T and the house has amenities galore. We enjoyed coffee on the deck, kids played off the swim dock and in the yard, we grilled outside, and enjoyed every bit of this home! Debbie & Larry were so gracious and responsive throughout the weekend. We will be back!

Our stay was wonderful. Every morning waking up to the beautiful view of Lake Hamilton was the best. The kids could swim in the clear water of the lake or just float! The kitchen had all we needed which was great because we only ate out a few times. And the grill! My husband cooked for the family multiple times!! Win win! This home is lovely and thoughtfully cared for. Beautiful home and property!

This house was a perfect location to so much, Debbie had everything we needed great info on how to use and operate everything in the house. We loved it and would Recommend this place to anybody that’s looking for a place on the lake.

I don't think the pictures do this property justice and the pictures were pretty impressive. This home is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood on Lake Hamilton. There was plenty of space for us to spread out and relax. The home was so beautiful, clean and had pretty much everything we needed. The views from just about every room were so impressive. We ventured to Hot Springs only one day...most of our time was spent on the lake. And the location was very close to everything we needed. Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation. We all had a great time!

Wonderful lake house for family weekend! Tons of room for everyone, gorgeous gathering places, and private restful spaces. Our 20 somethings had so much fun exploring the “antique” tech found all over this special home. Just as pictured. Definitely recommend!

Lovely home and we were all very comfortable. My husband and I were staying with our 6 kids (ages 2-16) but this home would accommodate many different groups. Amazing views of the lake. We loved watching the sunset. Our kids enjoyed doing some fishing. Everything you’d want to do or need in town is a few minutes away. Owner was wonderful. We ended up with an unexpected need and she went above and beyond to help us out!

This home is so unique! It has plenty of space, beautiful views and architecture and was unlike any place I have stayed before with travel. The location was perfect to downtown. My favorite part was how clean everything was, the group I was staying with said the same thing, not once did we have an, "ew" moment or feel like we were uncomfortable. I would love to stay here again.

This is a lovely home with a beautiful view of the lake inlet and a shaded, nicely manicured yard. Fabulous porch and the best hammock ever! Very clean and spacious with plenty of room for our multi-generational family of 5. Decorated with such fun vintage items, it was a delight to be transported back to simpler times and yet have access to all our modern conveniences. Hosts were super fabulous and very quick to respond to any questions!!!! You'll love your stay at this beautiful home.

The home is beautiful! It’s in a walkable neighborhood with lake access. The owners thought of everything you could possibly need for cooking, grilling, swimming and lounging. The home has been remodeled and is beautifully decorated and comfortable. You’ll need a car or Lyft/Ubet to access downtown Hotsprings and hiking trails.

This house was PERFECT for adults or families with kids. The house was very clean and communication was great. The gate before the water was perfect if you have kids. The swim area was perfect for all ages and we throughly enjoyed ourselves. We will definitely be booking again 😊

This is a fantastic property and the owners did a really great job of making our stay stress free. Property is exactly as described. The back deck is probably even better than I realized. We sat out on the back each morning and evening. The owners have an incredibly detailed manual that answers all our questions, in addition they are available by text any time we had any questions. I will definitely rent again. One of my best VRBO experiences!

We loved our Thanksgiving trip - thank you so much for everything - it was perfect. Our boys loved fishing off the dock and we enjoyed exploring the area. The house was perfect size for our family and I liked the fences on patio and by lake for extra safety for our 3 year old.

Everything about this property and the owners was top notch. The booking process was flawless, arrival and check in was quick and easy, and the property was just as advertised. The property was clean, well furnished, and well stocked with essentials. Most important was the fact that the beds were comfortable! It’s location on the lake was perfect for accommodating our pontoon boat as we spent lots of our time on the lake. Our entire group was very satisfied!! We hope to be back again!
