The Studio was perfect for us. Great location to downtown and LurayCaverns. The Studio had everything we needed…well stocked. Right around the corner is the Chop House Bistro. We had dinner there and it was beyond excellent. They serve lunch too. Unfortunately we had to leave a day early because of a family emergency, but our time at the Studio was fantastic.

The studio is very clean, welcoming, and well equipped. It’s very easy to get in out of with the keypad and the bed was comfortable. Our stay was very short but we would stay there again if ever in Luray.

Property like advertised. Space very clean, property manager very responsive and helpful with suggestions for eateries. Convenient to the park.

What a cute and intimate place close to everything in Luray! My wife and I visited for a wedding so we weren't at the place much but it was just what we needed for the two of us. We'd definitely stay again if we're back in the area!

Delightful little studio in the heart of Luray. Check in/out couldn’t have been easier, accommodations were clean, comfortable, and super cute

We had great communication with the host. Check in and out was smooth and easy. The studio was spotlessly clean and the location is right in the middle of town. The only downside to the location is it being so close to the very loud fire station - the host did leave a note about this as a warning which gave us the heads up :) We only heard this twice during our stay.

The area is close to Shenandoah National Park. Everything was neat and orderly. We look forward to staying here in the future.

This place was perfect for a little weekend getaway with my significant other. Everything was so clean and beautiful. There was a Keurig, bottle of wine. Everything you could need they had just in case you forgot something. I will definitely be coming back to stay here when I’m back in Luray.

My partner and I first time booking private home was amazing. I loved the area quite, clean, and scenery was beautiful. If I visited luray again I would definitely try booking dawn place again.

This studio was so cute and perfect for a weekend trip. It was right off of main st which had some cute shops and restaurants. Dawn was very responsive to messages and even provided a bunch of suggestions which was great. The studio was very cute and well stocked with all the essentials!

Perfect for solo traveler like myself or a couple. This was in walking distance to downtown stores and restaurants. It’s only a 15 minute drive from the Shenandoah National Park entrance and 4 minutes from Luray Caverns.

Very lovely little suite. Has everything we needed and it was central to what we needed. Very clean. Host was very nice. Would definitely recommend.

Convenient location and cozy studio.

Bottom line: rent this place! We loved our experience here. I read others' reviews prior to booking and can say that I fully agree with them-- very clean, very cute, very comfortable, very convenient. One thing that was missing from others' reviews is how close it is to two cemeteries (a large one across the street, and a small family cemetery in the neighbor's yard). It was of course totally okay and actually made for a peaceful sleep! The listing is thorough and accurate and we had everything we could have needed. The local scene is quaint and charming and Broad Porch Coffee is a must! This trip was a total success for us because of Dawn and her cozy place!

The place was cozy, clean and convenient. This studio was design with a little of everything from rustic look to contemporary. We loved the place. We’ve had bad experiences with the motels in Luray. We’re coming back.

Comfortable and nicely decorated. Just around the corner from the Main Street with shops, restaurants and a movie theatre. Only a mile and a half to Luray Caverns.

Absolutely perfect! Clean and inviting and the best location. I walked everywhere. I live in Charlottesville and Luray is just about 90 minutes from home. Great getaway for a few days. I would have stayed longer if I didn't have to be back to work. Thank you Dawn and Leah.

Charming location and concept but a few disappointments. Poor water pressure in shower, a bit cramped with no functional seating other than bed Initial trouble gaining access because of poor communications. Not really full value for price point.

We came in town for a Sunday wedding a Faithbrook Farm and Vineyards. We were very impressed with our “Studio House” stay. The place was immaculate, very welcoming, and allowed us the privacy you just can’t get at a hotel.

The house is so dear and it’s decorated so nicely yet minimalistic, which only adds to the pleasingness of this tiny house! Everything is very clean and all the necessities are available. Our purpose of staying in Luray was the Half Marathon, and this location couldn’t be anymore perfect! Also, the ease of walking to anything downtown is real. Minutes drive from Skyline Drive, Luray Caverns, the AT, and white-water rafting experiences (and so much more). Dawn is always available and even let us know that a local band was playing in the nearby park. Such a gem in the quaint town of Luray with plenty to offer!

We took a trip to the national park for hiking and this was perfect for what we needed. Had all the amenities we needed, super clean and a very easy check in. 5 minutes to Luray Caverns and 15 minutes to Thornton Gap entrance to National park. Would stay again!

Absolutely adorable studio in the heart of downtown Luray. This studio was perfect and far exceeded our expectations.*Location - perfect. Walking distance to local restaurants and shops.*Cleanliness - SPOTLESS. I hold high standards and have stayed in a number of rentals. This is the cleanest property I've ever stayed in.*Amenities - Perfect. The size of this studio is quiet generous and roomy! Large bathroom with window. Kitchenette completely outfitted with refrigerator and freezer, coffee maker (coffee, sugar, creamer) wine glasses, coffee mugs, dinnerware, cutlery... Dawn even had beer mugs chilling in the freezer and a bottle red wine awaiting for us. *Decor - Stylish & cozy. Loved the grey & gold accent pillows and rolling barn door. *Sleeping - EXTREMELY cozy queen bed with comfortable pillows and soft, crisp white sheets.*Outside space - there was an adorable café table and chairs outside to sit and take in the view of the mountains.Thank you Dawn for a wonderful, relaxing stay in Luray. Your Studio is just perfect and I can't wait to come back!
