We had a large group of family gathering and the house was perfect for it. We loved being on the bay, barbecuing for dinner, kayaking, paddle boarding and walking to the market and beach.

My group and I had an absolutely amazing time. Kathy was wonderful with communicating with us and extremely accommodating. The house is in a perfect location to stay in or go out. The view of the bay and its amazing sunsets was brilliant. The back deck was the gathering place and held all 10 of us comfortably. I used the houses SUPs which was my first ever and it was so much fun. The main floor has recently been redon and done well. Upstairs was spacious and comfortable. Bathrooms need some updating but all in all an amazing house, location and trip.

Easy check-in, responsive/accommodating host, highly recommend staying here.
Stayed here for a long weekend, description of the house on here is exactly how everything was. Accommodated 11 guests comfortably. Host was responsive on all questions we had and made sure everything was going smoothly upon check-in and check-out. Highly recommend stay here, great location, quiet and great sunset views

The panoramic view of the bay alone makes the house well worth the stay. Just remember to rent sheets and pick up supplies (paper towels, bags, etc) before you get on LBI. Overall a great stay

We had a great long weekend getaway for Thanksgiving. It was just what our family needed. The house is set on the most serene and peaceful part of the island. The view is amazing - almost makes you feel like you are on a cruise ship, because all you see is water.
The owners were really great with communicating- making sure we were ok and needed anything. The living room layout is fantastic - I felt very much at home at this house. You won’t regret it if you rent here.

Perfect October getaway
We enjoyed 4 nights in October at this beautiful property with friends. The pictures cannot capture the vast bay view adequately. The house is spacious, attractive and very comfortable. (I even wrote down the mattress brand and model number). Everyone slept better than usual. We bought fresh fish at Viking Village and enjoyed cooking and dining there. The setting is quiet and tranquil. We enjoyed the expansive, comfortable deck beyond description. Hoping for a week next time!
