We love coming down to VA Beach. This condo was perfect for our family of 5. The condo had everything we needed (loved having the backpack beach chairs available for use). We were celebrating some birthdays the week of our vacation and the kids loved being surprised with cupcakes and a balloon when we first got there. Unit was clean and appliances were updated and working perfectly. We had a great week weather-wise so didn’t even turn the TVs on, but there are TVs in each bedroom which would be helpful on rainy days. The pool on-site is a plus for anyone who has kids that lose interest in the beach after a few hours. Location is unbeatable with such a short walk to either the beach or the grocery store and Starbucks (right across the street)!

Close to the beach, boardwalk, shops and convention center! Clean property that came with beach chairs and wagon for a quick walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend this property!

This little home-away-from-home was just perfect for our family getaway. We were looking for a bit more space than just a hotel room offers and this was just the right size. The property owners have thought of everything down to the beach chairs and wagon. They even helped to quickly rectify a situation when an important item was left behind, which was all my fault! We highly recommend this condo and Vacation Properties LLC.

This condo was awesome and soo beautiful. I traveled with my teenagers and they loved it much space for everyone to fit perfectly. I would rent again but next time we come out to Virginia it’s because we will be staying permanently, but now when family from Texas come in we know where to go. 🙂 I would recommend this condo everything very convenient.

Property was as described and met our needs for our family winter break get away very nicely.

I really enjoyed this condo. I have never stayed off the boardwalk and wish I could have moved this condo to the boardwalk. I loved that it was right next to a really nice grocery store. I loved the private balcony, but did not like the view. The property came with everything we needed and a few beach items I wasn't even expecting. We all had a very nice time!

This experience was awesome!! My parents, my husband,myself, and my son stayed here for the whole week and for the price and location you couldn't beat it!!! The condo itself was nicely laid out and decorated so beachy and cute! They had everything we needed even beach chairs and wagon we could use!!! The best part was the fruit pie that was waiting for us in the fridge!!! Thank you so much for everything we will be back!!!

Great place to stay. Well kept. If we go to Virginia Beach again we will stay here.

My stay was amazing. Walks every morning along the boardwalk! Great restaurants were very close. The building was safe, secure and very quiet.

The atmosphere was nice and friendly. Perfect spot to get up and hit the boardwalk or the beach. We would stay her again.

This property is in a great location. The smart TVs were perfect for rainy days. Everything in the condo (linens, kitchen supplies, washer, etc) were in excellent condition. We would definitely consider a repeat vacation.

Very comfortable condo with all of the amenities needed for a relaxing beach vacation. Kitchen was very well supplied. Beach chairs and towels were provided. Nice welcome waiting with fresh bakery cupcakes and waters. Really comfortable for a family vacation with large rooms and very cute beach decorating. Easy onsite parking for 2 cars. Very convenient location for boardwalk entertainment and of course the beach!

We had a great time/experience staying here! The host was amazing, and the fact that she had cupcakes and a balloon waiting for our arrival was over the top in customer service being that it was my daughters birthday it helped start off her birthday week of Summer vacation! It was very thoughtful and a great added touch! The place was very clean and had everything we needed! Highly recommend! We would absolutely stay again!

The condo was clean and met our expectations perfectly! It was close to the beach and walking distance to many eateries and the grocery store. We had a great stay even though it was the year of Covid and our week ended with Tropical Storm Isiais! Definitely recommend this property!

Good experience! We were traveling with our 2020 high school graduate son and his friend. The property manager placed cupcakes, card and balloon in the room to surprise them! Really went over the top to help us celebrate! Very clean and nicely updated room. Great tv, beach towels and chairs to use. Wonderful kitchen! 5 minute walk to ocean water and for the price, that's excellent!

Super awesome accommodations (clean, happy decor, spacious, fully stocked kitchen and linens, amazing location)!!! The property manager went above and beyond. They found out it was my birthday and left me a card and cupcakes - too kind!!! We’ll definitely go back; we had a total blast!!!
