Room is really very small. there is no fridge, which I think every room should have. But for a night or two, quite correct. for longer stays, I don't recommend it, I think the apartment is a better option. But for a day or two it is quite ok.

There was a double booking, so we didn’t stay in the apartment we had a reservation for. However, the staff of the hotel/apartments handled this really well. We got an upgrade for the apartment, in the heart of the center. A kind employee walked with us to the place we could stay, helped with parking and told us a little bit about the city. All in all, we had a really good stay.

The room had some sort of larvae/caterpillars crawling around/on the bed. It wasn't too bad, but very unpleasant to have to deal with it.

the key. Absolutely perfect service! We were able to arrive after 10pm and the owners made it so easy for us to get the key from outside the front door. We were sent exact information of the address and how to get the key and where the apartment was. The room was lovely and clean too. We recommend staying here!! The host says his structure has free private parking. But unfortunately i had to figure out only at my arrival that he pretends to offer a parking spot disguised a non free parking lot at 500 meters from the apartment.

Everything was perfectly clean and tidy!

They stated in their listing that they have parking, however, they don't. I had to pay extra and park my car in the public parking. Which is near but I think that they should be honest with the paring.

We needed a place to stay for 1 night in Rijeka and for that it was perfect. The bed was super comfortable, the bathroom was nice and clean. You can collect the key from another location (walking distance but it is hilly, not easy to park either), I like that it was without fuss.

It is just a room and a bathroom so you can’t even make your coffee in there. A kettle might be useful for the guests. Also, there is no fridge and we found leftover food (cheese, ham, croissant..) in the cupboard from a previous guest.

Good location. Clean. But disappointing in many ways.

A lot smaller than it looks in the pictures. No fridge and no possibility to make coffee/tea. No lift for luggage (2nd floor). You pick up the key in a totally different location, which is not that bad if you have a car but would be a real hassle without it.
