We had a wonderful weekend on the Kentucky Bourbon Trail! The condo is beautiful and it's a quiet building, inside. However, the walls of the bedrooms do not go all the way to the ceiling and there no door on the bedroom right at the top of the stairs, so forget privacy if you have more than one couple, you may not want to stay here. Also, around midnight on Saturday night we were woken up by extremely loud drag racing. This went on until about 130 a.m. when we heard sirens. The mattresses were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with all the things you need. The neighborhood is great for walking to downtown distilleries and restaurants and overall we had a wonderful time!

Booked the stay for Thursday - Sunday. Place was fantastic, great location and close to the night life. Plenty of room for everyone. Overall a great experience. Would 100% recommend.

Property was as described. Really cool architecture. Within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and bourbon. Also close to the airport which makes for an easy ride to and from. Very spacious and the beds are comfortable. Creaky floors but thats a part of the "charm". We really enjoyed our stay.

Loved this property! Just as pictured. Great location. Bryan has clear and fast communication, he’s a pleasure to work with. Can be a little loud with the creaky hardwood (beautiful) floors, and the walls of the bedrooms upstairs do not reach the ceiling, and the bedroom closest to the stairs doesn’t have a door - but we really weren’t bothered much. Very clean. A great stay fir a visit to Louisville!

Just finished a stay in this apt. - and what a terrific find! Great location near the NuLu Art District and Waterfront Park. It feels like nothing is very far away. Lots of wonderful eateries, coffee houses, bourbon bars and beer pubs nearby (easy walking distance), as well as cute shops. The apartment itself was really cool! Historic building with hardwood floors and exposed brick. Beautiful decor and well equipped with everything you need. Extremely clean. The owner was super helpful with restaurant recommendations, etc. I will stay here anytime I return to Louisville!

We had a fantastic time here. The best part was Frank's Whiskey Place on the same block. The home is beautiful, stylish and comfortable. The only down side was that the bedroom walls don't go all the way up to the ceiling and one of the rooms doesn't have a door to the hallway, so privacy is lacking. Not a big problem if you're traveling with people that you're cool with.

Property is clean, spacious, and very well decorated. Location could not be any more ideal as well as it was right in between the two major parts of Louisville we wanted to visit. Definitely within walking distance of most major stops and some great food options close by as well. Highly recommend this to anyone staying in the area.

Stayed here for Derby and it was perfect. Very convenient to everything. The host is second to none and very responsive to any questions!

Whiskey Row was a little too far to walk and seemed a little unsafe.

Loved the modern unit. We had crying children which reflects horid thru the top loft. Just don't bring crying babies and this place is bad a$$. Better than pictured, fully stocked kitchen, 2 levels (no outdoor access), games, books and more. Nice location in downtown LV.

Great location for an event at the Louisville Slugger field! Cool modern industrial building. Only downfall was that one bedroom does not have a door and you have to walk past that room to go downstairs. Ceilings are open as well. Luckily it was two couples who are pretty close. If we weren’t it would be a bit awkward.

Place was large lots of room for sure. Very clean and tidy! The bedrooms were large and the walk-in Showers were amazing. A few steps to walk up but good for your health. Very Quiet Neighborhood and property. Very close to all amenities! Definitely stay here again. Thanks Bryan!

It was perfect for our family of five. Beautifully appointed, great location.

Loved the loft! Very large, airy, well decorated place in an up and coming area very close to UL Med Center, restaurants, and the river. King mattress very comfortable- didn’t try others. We were in town to find housing for my son starting his residency at UL. We walked into the loft and my other son said “let’s just take this place!” When we come back to town for visits, would definitely stay again. Only things that could be a be a negative: parking is either on the street in front - metered 10 Am-5 Pm, a surface lot behind, or in a tiny garage underneath- we scratched the full sized rental car making the turn. Also, the Queen size “bedroom” is not a closed room- there is no door, it is open to the hallway that leads to the other bedroom. On the second floor, the walls do not reach to the ceiling. The layout worked great for us, but two couples might not love the arrangement. Also, if you are used to suburban living, bring earplugs and a sleep mask, I did and slept great in the comfy king bed!

It was nice and clean. Close to attractions. Great for a weekend getaway.

Place was well kept and very spacious. Right in the heart of downtown.

Stayed here for a bachelor party and we were all pleasantly surprised. I don’t think the pictures do the inside of this condo justice! The main floor is extremely spacious and easily held our group of 8. It is also well within walking distance to many restaurants and bars. We had a great time here and would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Louisville!

From start to finish, the process of booking and celebrating my birthday weekend in this home couldn’t have been better. The place was immaculate and better than the pictures advertise. Beyond the great location, there is a warm, inviting energy in the loft and it’s apparent that the hosts take pride in providing a wonderful experience. We already have plans to book again!
