We all enjoyed our stay, the house was fantastic and in a great location as we visited the Rocky Mountain National Park daily

My husband and I treat ourselves to 1-3 VRBOs/year and have been blessed to work with, and occasionally meet, some fantastic owners. But Ryan and Becca take the cake; their communication is 2nd to none. Their home is one of the most beautiful on the lake and they truly cared about all the details. Even though there were some windy and rainy days, the house was stocked with puzzles and games that entertained both the young and old. The views are stunning, the fishing was awesome, and our week there was magical. We walked to the bridge every night and saw a gorgeous black bear, enjoyed the North Inlet and East Shore hikes where we we viewed, osprey, 2 moose, and marmots. Coming home to such an incredible house was topping on the cake. There is a master suite upstairs next to a loft with 2 bunk beds, and down stairs there is a master suite next to a room with 2 bunk beds and a pull out. Ideal for 2 large families. Having the common area separate from the sleeping areas gave everyone privacy. Do not hesitate to book this house. Pro-tip: if you like a firm mattress, choose the top story master, if you are a weirdo and like your mattress soft, choose the downstairs master. 10 stars!!!!!

This property was perfect for our group of 8. It was a beautiful house with a beautiful view. It was close to the snowmobile trails, and we had a great stay!

My family and I had a beautiful weekend at Becca’s Home. I take my family on a mountain trip yearly and we always seek out a great vacation rental. But I must say this is truly one of the greatest. The house was warm and cozy, the views at sunrise breathtaking. The town& hiking trails were a comfortable bike ride away for my small kids and the fishing on the dock while cooking marshmallows by the lake will never be forgotten. Becca the owner was The best vacation home owner i have met in my years of experience. Not sure we will come back, as there are so many places on our list to see, but it will be tempting:)

If you want the best scenery, best home, best owners and best Grand Lake experience, you will want to rent this home. We'll definitely be back. Cheers!

This home is beautiful and provides an ideal place for family or friends to gather. The beds were comfortable and the extra bathrooms made it convenient for a group. We especially enjoyed the use of the available paddle boards.

Our hosts were the best. The location is perfect. The home is beautiful and clean. We were able swim off the dock, boat, paddle board and experience the "leave your worries at the door" vacation. From the finishings to the location to the friendly and caring communication, staying in this home was a true relaxing getaway for my family. Aside from the close proximity to hiking in the park, shopping and eating in town, and fishing/boating in the lake - this home provides incredible views including sun set/rise and star gazing from the large deck. Highly recommend to anyone looking to enjoy all the area has to offer.

We had an amazing week at Grand Lake.!! This is an amazing property with beautiful views and the perfect location. Everything you would want for a mountain retreat. The hosts are so accommodating and responsive. Thank you so much for making this a great vacation. You can walk or bike to town in minutes. You can also paddle board to town from the private dock. Fabulous property!!

This house was everything we were looking for in a vacation home near Grand Lake this past summer. Space for two families; clean and well appointed; close to town; closer to groceries (and the nearby go-karts); dock for a boat. We were able to ride bikes on side roads into town. Rebecca and Ryan were super responsive whenever we had a question. We can't wait to come back again in the future!

We had a great week!!! The house and views are beautiful!!! We got to watch the fireworks over the lake on the 4th, which was amazing!!!

We traveled with 4 adults and 4 kids from 4 to 7 years old. Caught fish off the dock, paddle boarded around the lake, made s’mores at the lakes edge fire pit, walked to go carts, sat in the hot tub at night, went over to Rocky mtn national park just a few miles down away. Great week, thank you!

This house is stunning! I honestly felt like a queen in a castle. Every detail you could ask for was meticulously thought out in the house. The stairs are steep but it’s a great workout. If you have asthma it might trigger an attack going up the stairs. I don’t think you could have a better view. Sitting in the hot tub with snow coming down felt magical. When the sky was clear at night the stargazing blows your mind. It was so quiet outside at night we could hear a sneeze across the lake, lol. Rebecca was so helpful. If we needed anything she was very quick to respond. If you have any suggestions for things just ask. She has a whole welcome packet of very useful information that was super helpful. There is a resident moose that is fond of the backyard. Be on the lookout. We picked up a hummingbird feeder in town because there were so many zipping back and forth. I suggest making sugar water to fill it. They will go to the feeder even when it’s snowing. We made lots of very cool memories during our stay. I absolutely recommend staying here. You will love it! We plan on making it a place we regularly visit and stay.

I Family had the pleasure of staying at this house on the lake for a long Mother’s Day weekend. The setting is beautiful. The home is well cared for. I had two young children and two toddlers. Everybody was very comfortable. The views were incredible. We had a chance to meet the owner who went out of the way to install the dock for us. The overall an amazing experience.

We had a wonderful time celebrating New Years at Grand Lake. This property is in a perfect location with incredible views. The kitchen is well stocked and perfect for making meals for a big group. We hope to come back again in the summer and take advantage of the lake access!
