Didt like that fire detectors kept beeping took some of them off.. Beds were awesome nice an soft..

The house is super nice & big. But the owners are even greater. We had a problem with our flight & the took grest care of us. Even if the house wasn't a good (which it was) the fact that they accommodate my group with whatever we needed was just the icing on top. If your ever in Houston & need a place to stay this is the one. Again Tosha thank you so much for the comfortable stay & most importantly your Super Great customer service.

My stay here was amazing. The home is just as beautiful in person. The home was very spacious, warm and calm. I would definitely recommend staying here and each time I travel to Houston I would definitely choose to stay here.

We didn’t want to leave stayed at home

This place was wonderful. Houston was under an extreme drought/heat dome/heat warning at the time of our stay and I would have never known. This house was nice and comfortable 100% of the time. The sheets were so soft and perfect. There were lots of pillows which felt luxurios. We did not want to leave. Upon our exit, I discovered there was a HUGE backyard for playing had it not been so hot. The home is in a nice, quiet, tucked away spot with easy access to the main streets. The only regret is that we could not stay another week. Thx for the hospitality!!

The home was beautiful. The hostess was attentive to our needs. The neighborhood was excellent. The home does need some minor updates (beds were patched together and uncomfortable) and the cleaning crew needs to pay more attention(stove was dirty and smoked, there were dirty clothes in some of the draws.) I would stay with this host again tho. Thank you for having us.

Communication was amazing with the owner and they were very accommodating. Space was disorganized and cluttered (i.e. kitchen cabinets) but we were hardly there so it worked in our favor.

Could not be more pleased with our stay. Owners have great communication and the home was exactly as advertised. Have already planned to re-book this home for our trip to Houston next year. Thank you Tasha for a wonderful experience.

Property was not as described 1of the bedrooms had so much furniture u could hardly walk. Kitchen cabinets /accessories were sloppy and some broken. Outside patio was a mess. Rusty chairs wires hanging fencing falling down and trash. Very disappointed photos were misleading would not rent again

House was nice. Beds were comfortable, and house is well kept. Property is a little dated but still decent. We needed access to the washer, but it took the owner a day to respond that it was not available to short term rentals. Listing advertised a Keurig for coffee, but only a conventional coffee maker was available. We felt rushed to check out because the cleaning lady was parked outside the property waiting for us to get out.

The home is lovely as shown on the pictures. The host sent everything needed in a timely manner. Very nice neighborhood!!! Everything was a plus plus for me❤️❤️❤️

Everything as advertised. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and accommodating. Very large backyard. House is located in a cul-de-sac...so quiet and off-street parking.

We came for granddaughters softball tournament. It was awesome. Lots of space and privacy when needed. Absolutely everything you could need except a cook……but lots of great stuff nearby!

Tasha is a great host and was extremely responsive throughout the process. The house is spacious and was at really great spot for what we were looking for. The house provides great value with 4 bedrooms and large backyard. The only downside was that some of the furniture was pretty old and a little dusty. Overall, a great bargain selection for the entire family.

This beautiful gem was perfect for our family gathering. Nearby Buckee's, Kroger Grocery store, and Walmart made the weekend sweet. The neighborhood was nice and quite with attractive Saga palms, Crepe Myrtles, and Saint Augustine grass abounding. The home itself did not disappoint, and the photos did not do it justice. There was plenty of space and awesome amenities. The art and acent pieces added a charming quality. The covered back patio was large and the yard was expansive. Kudos to the owners. Loved it. 💕💚

Rental property was nice and in a good neighborhood. Loved the back yard. Too many personal items in the house for my liking. Didn’t like the fact we had to clean and put up dishes, take the linens off the beds, and take out all the trash when there was a cleaning fee included in the price. Overall the stay was accommodating for my friends and I.

The inside of the house is beautiful. I loved the kitchen layout and the decor of the home. The only issue was that there was trash in the yard and the two trash cans were already full when we arrived. We didn't mind cleaning it up after others but it left a smell. I just hope that whoever rents this home does right by the next renters by cleaning up the yard and pulling out the trash cans as the owners ask and it doesn't fall on the guest coming behind you. Also, the grass needed cutting.

Spacious home
The home was spacious, clean, and well stocked with all of the kitchen supplies one would need. The neighborhood is quiet. Instructions were precise for checking in and out. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Location location was great because we were wanted to stay close to Pearland 10 minutes away mattresses I am sorry but they need to be replaced too too soft outside of the property backyard front yard dirty sorry but it is dirty no grass cuts cleanliness inside the property it's average house need to be in much better condition thank you

Enjoyed my stay here. The mattresses were the best. Only regret is booking such a large house and only my spouse and myself showed up.

Overall, we had a great time while staying at this place. It was spacious for the kids to play and very comfortable. Nice and big kitchen and big backyard. It is in a good are and close to the city, it happened to be closed to our convention center which made it more desireable.

The property was as described and easily met our needs. there was plenty of paper towels and toilet tissue for our group, which is usually not the case. The kitchen was well supplied. A few of the TV remotes in the bedrooms did not work (minor) and one in the master had battery leakage. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

This stay was so wonderful. The owners were available to communicate with us right away if we had any questions. Definitely recommend this place. It was very clean and comfortable

My early flight got cancelled , called owner needed a longer stay she happily assist us with our longer stay. Owner is a very kind caring person. Had no problems contacting her. We are planning on making an annual trip to Houston and we will be staying here again Awesome place and awesome owner too.
