The condo was beautiful and clean. It doesn’t say anywhere in the listing that the pool below condo is closed and construction occurring. Took my 87 year old mother to enjoy view from balcony and poll below. Couldn’t do either due to noise and pool closed. She had to stay in the condo the majority of the time.

We stayed at Torquoise Place and it was a Beautiful Condo. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. Construction was going on, so it was pretty loud. The patio hot tub was not hooked up. Overall, we had a Fabulous 2 week vacation and will definitely return.

Was a lovely month out of cold weather in January. Facility was very clean, bedding comfortable, plenty of towels. Kitchen well stocked with everything you need. We cooked a lot. Had plenty of space with 3 bedrooms, each having own en-suite bathroom and TV. Good internet access. One issue was TV. When unable to get picture, called and instead of sending someone was told multiple tries to fix myself (most I had already done). Finally sent a repairman and he found a system/building issue. This was very frustrating! Also multiple mornings had to pull box from back of TV in living room to unplug to reset. Only way to reach was standing on dining chair. Second issue was maintenance showing up unannounced multiple times. This included a Saturday evening at 6:30 to paint the front door! With three senior women it was unsettling to have knock at the door when you know no one there! Just a text to notify of someone showing sometime tomorrow would have helped. We all would return again.

Amazing location, on the ocean. Super responsive property managers. Spacious, clean, comfortable. Would go back!

We Always enjoy staying at Turquoise Place in the winter! The beauty of the beach and pro-earth make for a lovely winter getaway.

We always stay at Turquoise Place when in Orange Beach and this unit was one of our favorites. Close to elevator, 13th floor, parking spot was close to the lobby entrance on P1, and we had all the necessary items needed for a comfortable stay. The property managers were very easy to communicate with and were only a text away and answered quickly. I would definitely recommend this condo! Our favorite activity besides the beach was renting a bike and touring the state park which was within a mile towards Gulf Shores. Take a day and enjoy!!

Perfect condo for a luxury stay. The building is very nice with modern amenities. This condo is really a level above other properties. Comfortable beds and linens. Upscale appliances. The balcony is amazing and we used both the grill and hot tub. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this unit to our friends!

The unit exceeded our expectations! It was very clean, beautifully decorated and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with basically new cookware and dinnerware, as well as a Keurig! Everything was very comfortable and the staff in the building were very pleasant. Can't wait to stay again!

We have stayed at Turquoise Place in different condos for over 10 years because we love the amenities and enjoy dining in and watching sunrises and sunsets. We love walking on the beach and watching the ocean. This condo is one of the nicest that we’ve stayed in and we’re looking forward to returning soon.

Party of 8 ladies for a getaway. The condo was great! We had a great time and will be back. Beds were comfortable, condo was clean and any issues we had were taken care of with no problem. Alabama Getaway was great to work with.

I took my whole clinic staff for a long weekend getaway and the property was perfect! There were 10 of us and we had plenty of room. The unit was very nicely decorated and the kitchen was well stocked. We are already planning our trip for next year and hope we get to stay in this same unit! It was a much needed break away from CoVid!

Me, my brother, my sister and our spouses make a trip to the beach every year. It’s a family tradition. We all agree that Turquoise Place is the best place we’ve stayed. The gas grill and hot tub on the balcony was such as asset. Everything was awesome and the owner was only a quick text away when we needed a new coffee pot. It became defective while we were there. A new one was delivered! We look forward to staying there again.

Turquoise Place was perfect for our group of 10. Very clean and had everything we needed. Our favorite was sitting out on the balcony and watching dolphins. We all had a wonderful time and would come back!!

Condo floor plan was great but pool maintenance was lacking. Pools dirty w cigarette butts floating and dirt on bottom. Whirlpool broken, waiting on parts. Elevators not always working. Told we would get wristbands, but didn't. Still had a great time w family.

When I inquired about an early check in time using the instructions given, they were quick to respond and eager to meet our needs. We didn’t need anything from them during our stay but if we had, I have no doubts they would have been on top of it for us. Our children loved the resort and we’re begging to stay longer. Basic kitchen necessities were all in stock. So convenient to have a large utility sink in the laundry room for rinsing swimsuits! We loved having the grill on the balcony and used it for several meals! We hardly left our condo all week! Highly recommend this condo, Turquoise Place and Alabama Getaway Vacation Rentals.

First of the condo overall was immaculate and beautiful with great views and extremely easy access from the elevators. There were several little things that needed attention like loose chair, TP holder and such and we were told someone would be coming but never did. It was not a big deal and we were there during extremely high volume so we understood. The big pain was parking. There is 1 assigned place per condo and when a large group is coming that was an irritation after traveling all day . Also then had to move several times so they could replace pipes in the parking garage when there were no other places to park. That is our main suggestion is to revamp the parking garage plan. The communication is very nice by Text from the company representatives and helped with several issues. All in all we had a great time and would consider renting this property in the future.

Nicest place we’ve ever stayed.

This was our 3rd stay at Turquoise Place and we love the condo but the main reason we stay are for the amenities. Who doesn’t love having their own private hot tub overlooking the ocean? Prior to our stay we were informed indoor hot tubs sauna and steam room were not available because of COVID. Disappointed but understood Still have our own hot tub indoor pools and outdoor pools right? Nope. Our hot tub was broken they couldn’t get anyone out to fix it in the 4 days we stayed. One of the outdoor pools had a leak and they were repairing it and decided to drain and clean the other one. So no outdoor pool until our last day after 1:00. There was also a water leak in the unit with small amounts water coming up from the tile. Agent responded quickly to our concerns but the fact that nothing was done was very disappointing. I know things happen sometimes out of our control but this was a little too much and again VERY disappointed

We loved starting each morning on the balcony!

We live a fairly modest lifestyle, so we splurged on this luxury condo for our first family vacation out of state. We were very excited about it after looking at the photos online, but the photos did not do the property justice. This place is palatial! We laughed many times about getting our steps in just walking from one end of the condo to the other. The condo itself is perfection. Super clean. The beds and the couch and chairs were all gloriously comfortable. The amenities (which were MOSTLY open during our stay) were bar none. We loved that there was music playing throughout the property - it made things like the lazy river and indoor pool that much more delightful. The signage leaves something to be desired, as does the upfront communication about all you need to know, as we found ourselves a bit clueless a few times (how to get to the various amenities, how to get groceries delivered, how to turn the bathroom jacuzzi tub off), but texts to the office were returned quickly and the people around the property were very helpful. I would suggest bringing a few throw blankets for the evening, and a pair of binoculars as the dolphin sightings were frequent and awesome! Everything else you need (food aside) should be all ready and set for you! What an OUTSTANDING stay. We only wish we could visit again in the future (we got a great deal due to the rebuilding and there's no way we could afford this at future rates.) HIGHLY recommend!!!!
