Beautiful pool and hot tub. Great backyard. Just a wonderful home for a family get together. Close to town and restaurants, grocery store.

We stayed at Villa Araby for mid-winter break in February and the property exceeded our expectations. We traveled with two families (4 adults and 4 kids/teens) and there was plenty of room in the house for sleeping, hanging out and dining - both inside and outside. Every room in the house was beautifully decorated, everything was clean and in excellent condition. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals and the garage had outdoor games and yoga mats which we made use of. We spent lots of time in the heated pool and hottub - the grounds and pool/spa were all well taken care of. When we had questions, the property manager and house representative were very prompt in replying to text messages. There is nothing I would have changed about our stay and we look forward to visiting again! I highly recommend Villa Araby if it's on your list of consideration.

Exceptional property and location; perfect for family retreat
Our three generational bi-coastal family of ten enjoyed a relaxed and reinvigorating week at this beautiful, exceptionally well-maintained property nestled in the foothills adjacent to the Santa Rosa and San Jacinto Mountains National Monument and featuring spectacular views of the foothills, San Gorgonio Mountain, and Palm Springs. Comfortable furnishings indoors and outdoors, large grassy area for children to play; terrific kitchen with top-notch appliances; sunny breakfast room and spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas. House designed to facilitate privacy as well as all-family gatherings. Easy access to hiking trails and to central PS. Owner and property manager incredibly attentive to pool and spa heating hiccups. Did not see any big horn sheep--perhaps next time?

Great Getaway
We needed a close get away from SoCal during Christmas break, and Palm Springs was a ideal choice. Unfortunately we hit some harsh weather, but a lovely place to stay made up for it. Araby was well equipped with all necessities; the kitchen even had an air fryer. There were ample towels. The heated pool and spa (although the jets did not work) were wonderful.
The entire home had interesting eclectic decor. There were special accents for the Holidays as well. The bedrooms were well furnished with cozy bedding. There was even a fresh cut long stem rose arrangement.
It made for a wonderful get-away. Thank you!

Perfect Trip!
We loved this house! Carlos and Justin made the check in experience seamless - the house was fully stocked with everything we needed and the layout was perfect for our group of four couples. Highly recommend!

Family Getaway
Our stay at Villa Araby was really nice. The attention to detail in the home was top notch from the extra toiletries, pool toys and even extra dog beds/toys. The whole house was beautifully decorated and had a very comfortable, relaxing vibe. The layout of the house was perfect for us all to have our own space and still spend some quality time together whenever we wanted. The only slight downfalls were the plumbing (the shower in the master bedroom was draining very slowly and one of the toilets downstairs was very finicky) as well as the man who serviced the pool. We were told the pool was serviced on Tuesday’s but the man showed up unannounced on Monday and then again on Wednesday with a second man. Overall the good parts of our stay greatly outweighed the small negatives and we are so grateful we were able to spend our vacation at Villa Araby.

Desert Getaway
We absolutely loved staying at this property! The house was well appointed, great privacy, and the staff was very friendly! The interior in this house was perfect and it feels like home as soon as you enter. The exterior was just as nice, with a park like setting. We will definitely be back to stay here again!

Spring Break at Villa Araby
We recently stayed at Villa Araby and shared the home with friends/neighbors. We comfortably stayed with 6 adults and 5 children. The home is just as beautiful as it in the pictures! The views are incredible and the home has an amazing outdoor oasis- heated pool & hot tub, grassy area & a beautiful covered patio. You are only about 5-10 minutes from town and you can walk to a great hiking trail from the home. We look forward to our next stay here!

Fantastic, relaxing and peaceful weekend
From the minute we walked in, we felt like we were home. The house is comfortable, impeccably clean, and beautiful. From throw blankets to water toys, to pet accessories, the owner has the guest's comfort and enjoyment in mind the whole time. The home is fully stocked with whatever you might need (except shampoo and conditioner) The beds are all very comfortable and soft, and everyone had more than enough space to spread out and relax. The pool was warm and clean, and the views of the mountains and city were out of a painting. What a wonderful place to relax and let all the worries of life just melt away. Would definitely come back!

Great House to Escape
Because of SIP we wanted a place for our three girls to enjoy the winter break. The pool and hot tub, along with the view made for a memorable week. Also the hiking that is right out the door is a nice plus.

Wonderful few days!
Highest of praise for the house, setting, property manager (Kristin) and owner, Thomas. My three teenage kids, two dogs and I stayed at this wonderful house for three days and had a great time. House is fully stocked with anything you might need and feels like home as soon as you arrive. Neighborhood is quite cool and sitting in the pool/jacuzzi during the day, sunset and at night is simply magical. We loved our few days in this oasis in the desert. Thank you, thank you, thank you. And I hope you are okay if we invade again!

The property gave us a feeling of "being at home" luxurious, well appointed but extremely cosy & comfortable. Amazing views of the mountains and Palm Springs day and night. Great kitchen to prepare and enjoy family meals together with plenty of space to enjoy quiet times as couples. Villa Araby you did not disappoint

A total oasis!!
Every member of our family fell in love with this beautiful house and property. The setting and the view is breathtaking. From the moment we arrived we were able to relax and enjoy a house clearly designed for entertaining and relaxing. This property is a true oasis. Everyone was incredibly responsive. We could not have asked for a more lovely host or family getaway!
