property photos are accurate but do not do justice to the AMAZING bay view. appliances are in terrific working order and easy to use, with very comfortable mattresses. the community is quiet and friendly. pool was lovely and the whole property was so close to everything! Brian is reachable and very helpful! A wonderful family get away, building wonderful memories!

We enjoyed our stay at Harbour Island. Very clean with an awesome pool! Condo had the best views of the bay and boats. Location was close to everything. Condo was clean and updated. Beds were super comfortable. Host responded quickly. Unfortunately, there is only one parking spot. Since it was White Marlin Tournament while we were there it made it very difficult to find street parking…just something to keep in mind, but would not keep us from returning. Minor suggestions would be to have small trash cans in bathrooms and possibly some knives for cutting. Would definitely recommend staying here.

After a terrible start to 2022 (my husband was hospitalized in January and passed away on Feb 3rd), this was the first week my kids and I experienced true joy this entire year. Brian's rental property was a true showplace! Immaculate, tastefully decorated, and close to everything Ocean City has to offer. Brian was also very kind to accommodate my SIL and niece coming to stay after I signed the initial rental agreement. Coincidentally, our stay fell on what would've been my and my husband's 24th wedding anniversary (8/1/22) and the 6 month anniversary of his death (8/3/22), so having my SIL there to hang out with was an added bonus ('cause teenagers don't want to hang out with Mom). If you're on the fence about booking this property for your next vacation getaway, just do it. You won't regret it!

This is wonderful condo, newly renovated and well appointed throughout with a great view from the balcony overlooking the OC sound. Enjoy a peaceful retreat in a well located community with spectacular sunsets over the water. Brian is a gracious and helpful host. This was a great vacation experience for our family.

This was our first time staying in Harbour Island and it did not disappoint. Brian’s condo was beautiful and very clean! From the flooring, to the newly renovated kitchen, to the master bathroom! Room sizes were great and I loved the walk-in closets. The beds were very comfortable; king size in master and 2 queens in the 2nd. Kitchen was stunning with new appliances and an additional beverage fridge! Furniture was comfy and in great shape. The balcony was bayside. We enjoyed watching the boats on the water not to mention the gorgeous sunsets. I loved how the Reel Inn restaurant was steps away from the condo and that you could order food/drinks at the pool! My son enjoyed playing on the playground and taking strolls around the community. One thing we appreciated was how there was security at the entrance. Brian was very responsive with questions. We had the best vacation! Highly recommend!!

First, the community is kept so clean and beautiful. The Reel Inn is fun, great drinks and good food. The pool was so enjoyable with drink and food service available. My teens loved it. Second., the condo was spectacular! Modern, clean and gorgeous with awesome balcony views of the bay. Made morning coffee so peaceful. By far the nicest place we've stayed. The hosts were on top of communication!! Will visit again for sure. Can't say enough how clean and beautiful the condo and area were maintained!! Thank you from our family

Our family had a great time staying at this condo. It is a great location away from the busier areas but still close enough to do everything. We didn’t receive any instructions to check in but Brian was on top of it to get us all the info we needed, and had zero issues at all with our stay.

My family and I stayed in this unit for the week of white marlin open. The condo was very clean. We had other friends staying in another condo that was not so clean. The owner was very easy to get in touch with if we had questions. Definitely will stay again if we fish the tournament next year.

Me and a few guys stayed at the property for a short weekend and didn’t want to leave. The place has an amazing view of the bay! It was fun checking out all the boats and talking to other fishermen for the White Marlin Open. The place was very clean and had plenty of room for the 6 of us. One of my buddies forgot to grab a couple shirts he left there and Brian sent them back to him with no problem. If you’re looking for a place to stay with just you and your spouse or for a small group, this place is perfect!

Frustrated that we were not told we needed bed linen, towels, and paper products until AFTER we arrived. We also had to call the owner to get the key code. Once we got passed that, we loved it. Great location, very nice condo and property, away from boardwalk noise but easy walk. Would gladly go back!

You can’t beat the view. The bay inspires relaxation. The restaurant food was very good and the staff excellent. The pool was an everyday stop for us and is adjacent to the Reel Inn . You can walk or ride a bike to everything local.

We really enjoyed our stay, and look forward to returning. The unit was clean and bright, and has all the kitchenware we needed. It also has washer and dryer, and upgraded heating and air system. It was like home away from home, with an amazing view of the water and sunset. Our young children really enjoyed hanging out by the property pool, which is adjacent to the property restaurant, making it convenient to order and enjoy lunch poolside. The unit is across from tennis court and playground as well. It is also a short walk from the beach and boardwalk, making for a nice early morning or early evening walk. Brian was very helpful, and shared some restaurant recommendations in our arrival sheet that came in handy. We were very happy with our choice of accommodation for the trip.

Condo was extremely clean and well-appointed. The owner is very responsive and quick to respond to our questions about the area. The location of the condo was perfect for our family - far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the ocean-side boardwalk and beaches, yet close enough to walk to them. It was nice to come home to a clean, safe, and quiet neighborhood. When we were not at the beach/boardwalk, our family enjoyed fishing on the pier at the Condo and the other residents were friendly and helpful with fishing tips- even sharing some of their bait with our kids. We all loved watching the boats and fishing charters fishing virtually right outside our deck in the bay. We saw dolphins and Stingrays as well. When we come back to Ocean City again, this would be our primary choice for accomodations.

This condo is wonderful. Very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The view is amazing. The owner was great. Communicated with us to be sure we had everything we needed. This home was immaculate. Can't wait to return.

Easy check in, very clean, awesome location!

The balcony provided spectacular views throughout the day. It was quiet, clean and spacious - with an easy walk to the boardwalk and local restaurants. All of the "beachy" decor reinforced the vacation vibe. Kitchen well equipped, great master shower and comfortable furniture. It was a perfect getaway.

Beautiful, stunning views, comfortable, relaxing, great location, stocked wonderfully - exactly what we were looking for - description and photos are accurate - past impressions from other vacationers are on point. Owner is great and responsive. We were able to have a relaxing week away from home and maintain physical distance. Take out places were good and the grocery store we also felt safe with everyone there using masks. Thank you Brian for letting us stay in your home.

This was one of the most memorable family Vacations we've ever had. It is nice being in a gated marina community away from traffic and the beach crowds. The property has stunning landscaping and the swimming pool was clean and inviting. Everyone wore masks to enter and the tables and chairs are in small groups staged 6 feet apart. There is a restaurant adjacent to the pool that serves food and refreshments to guests around the pool and has carry-out for dinners at home. We rented bicycles for the week and found we could bike everywhere since the streets have bike lanes. The beach is just a short walk and we usually visited in late afternoon when the temps cooled down. The sunsets directly from the condo deck are exceptional and enjoyed our happy hours sitting on the back deck. Most neighbors are owners and everyone was very friendly even though the pandemic is still lingering. We also went on the Tipsy Tiki's for a Sunset cruise around the Bay. The owner was always accessible and was easy to contact for local information. We have also scheduled our return for next spring and can't wait to return.

The owner is awesome and so accomodating! What a Wonderful week at a beautiful place! The unit is gorgeous, with spectacular views. And the amenities at Harbor Island will make you never want to leave! Love, love, love!!!!!

We had such a great time. The view was amazing and the condo was beautiful. The beds were so comfortable, master bathroom shower was awesome. Loved the underground parking and the elevator made it easy to get all of our stuff upstairs. The owner was available for any questions/concerns we may have had. We would definitely stay there again.

The place was very clean and the owner very attentive to your needs. The view makes you not want to leave the place. The sunsets every night are spectacular.
