Everything was just perfect! The house was sparkling clean, nothing was missing. Clear check in and usage communications. Great location, just minutes from main Street and all the highways.

This place was fantastic! The home was well-equipped with everything we needed. The beds and furniture were extremely comfortable. The location and the rooftop cannot be beat, either. Additionally, the owner had great communication and was extremely helpful.

I'm from the east coast. All I wanted for my bachelor party was to snowboard in CO with my best friends. This place made the experience a 10/10. Absolutely gorgeous home. Zero complaints about anything. The hot tub was very clutch after a long day on the slopes. The night life on main st. was very fun and was a short walk from this house. No ride shares needed. The bed in the downstairs master suite is a temperpedic. It's the most comfortable bed i've ever slept on in my life!! If you're from out of state, grab an epic pass and book this home for an unforgettable Colorado ski trip!

My family of 10 had a great stay! The house was extremely nice and very spacious! The kitchen was well stocked for meal prep and the gas fireplace was a cozy place to watch the snow fall. We weren’t able to use the hot tub due to high winds but we did take in the amazing views from the rooftop deck! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and will definitely check availability on our next trip!

beautiful large home. great views from the roof top with hot tub and fireplace. Really well equipped and furnished. Excellent location, walk to Main St. We would highly recommend this house. We were three couples and we each had an ensuite bathroom. Just a terrific place.

hot tub on roof required filter to run 24/7. Mechanix came out and said it was on last legs and could not do anything to stop noise and vibration. could be heard down to the basement. impossible to sleep on 2nd floor bedrooms. 2 people moved to basement bunks just to get some sleep.. nice place clean well appointed but lack of good nites sleep put a damper on vacation.

Lots of space for our extended family of 9 to stay and use as a home base for our ski trip. Plenty of dishes and rooms. The beds were softer than expected, but manageable.

Perfect starting point for any Summit County vacation! The home is very well kept and spacious. The kitchen has everything you need; just bring the food. Downtown Frisco has several great food options within walking distance. Communication was beyond easy and we were very well taken care of. We had a fantastic stay and would recommend this property to anyone looking for a fun family adventure in Summit County!

Terrible property management
Really nice house and would stay again if the upkeep of the property was five star. The hot tub was unusable, towel racks falling of the walls, toilets that wouldn't flush. Not acceptable. When I asked the management for a refund they told me to talk to the owner.

Super location in the heart of the less developed area of Frisco. Nice house, with tons of room. Beds were a little soft for my taste - but that is my own personal gripe. Overall it was a great rental and we enjoyed our stay. Hot tub on the roof is awesome!

Girls' Getaway
Perfect property for a group of five friends who travelled from several states to meet for a few days. Frisco is a great Colorado town and the condo is just a couple of blocks from the main street. Hiking trails are close by and Frisco is an easy drive to Breckenridge. The condo is on several levels so those with mobility issues should be aware. There is also demolition going on right next door where an older property is being torn down for a new build so there were some noise issues during the day.

Great location and loved Frisco
We had a wonderful month in Frisco at this property. It is a very short walk into town, close to hiking and biking, and a well equipped home. We loved eating outside on Main Street, biking to Copper Mountain, and hiking the nearby trails. The house was very clean and comfortable with plenty of room for guests. We would stay there again!

Great location in Frisco with awesome rooftop.
Had a great stay in late July. House got a bit warm during the day as there is no AC. But, many ceiling fans and other fans to help with cooling down. By night time all was fine with opening some of the windows to let the cool mountain air in.
Spent a lot of time on the rooftop in the evenings just enjoying the views.
The kitchen was stocked with cookware to
make a few meals simple meals.
Hope to come back during ski season!

Wonderful summer vacay to Frisco, CO
We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Frisco. Property was perfect for two families, eight people total. Property was an easy walk to town and hiking trails. Views from rooftop were amazing on all sides. House was very clean and exactly as described. Awesome vacation home!

Beautiful home!
There is so much room here! With two master bedrooms, it could easily and comfortably accommodate two family’s….plenty of extra space in the basement too! And another full bath down there too! That’s 4 full baths and 1 half bath off the kitchen. Beds were comfortable, the master on the first floor was a memory foam so if you don’t like that, I think the upstairs master bedroom wasn’t memory foam but my son said it was super comfortable. It was only my husband and I and our 15 year old son so way too much space but we just loved the idea of the hot tub on the roof!
I strongly recommend Hacienda Real if you like Mexican food, and sunshine cafe in Silverthorne for an amazing breakfast!

Wonderful mountain escape
This was one of our best vacations! The home was gorgeous, and the roofdeck hot tub was an unbelievable hit with my children! The owner was so inviting and made sure we had everything we needed. Tons of space in the home for us to all spread out. Wonderful experience!

Perfect Place in Frisco
This place is everything as advertised and more. The location is perfect and the views from the hot tub are stunning! Kari was proactive with reaching out to us to make sure we had everything we needed ahead of our arrival and was super responsive with getting back to my one inquiry. This is perfectly located between Main St and all the shopping and the Frisco/Breck/Copper bike path as well as hiking and biking trails all within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!

Property went way beyond our expectations! Very clean, plenty of towels, well equipped kitchen, and the roof top deck was better than expected! Had a fantastic vacation! Hiking trails everywhere and a quick walk to town! We will defiantly rent this property again! Highly recommend!

Frisco get away!
This home was absolutely perfect!!! Extremely clean and beautiful. The management helped with anything we needed.
We loved walking into town every night for dinner. Then headed back home to the rooftop For hot tub and fireplace. The Views were spectacular.
The kitchen was well stocked.
We loved this home and little town. We are planning our trip to stay here next summer!!!

Gem
The place was very clean and tidy. The home contained nicely appointed modern decor. It had all of the accoutrements to of home. The kitchen was stocked with dishes and pots to cook; there is a w/d and grill. The place is spacious and easily accommodates a large group of 10. The rooftop deck was lovely with a hotub. The property manager was responsive.
The only thing I would change is to add a screen door to the door that leads to the outside deck. In August, it is warm during the day/early evening. Being able to open the door at night to establish a cross breeze would have been nice. There are fans but the upper bedroom are warm even with the windows open, That said, we would stay again.

Amazing summer getaway
We stayed at this property for two weeks. It is an amazing place in the mountains. We went hiking/biking every day. The town is the perfect size to enjoy the outdoors and at the same time be close to groceries, restaurants, etc.
The house is great. It gave us all our space and everything was provided for. Any questions we had were promptly answered.
We would love to come back here.
