I love this place! I definitely will stay here if I ever am in Portsmouth again. Portsmouth is a very walkable city, with expensive parking…..so this apartment is perfect for enjoying your vacation. You can leave your car behind the apartment house, and in 10 minutes, you can walk downtown to Market Square. There are many restaurants and coffee shops to choose from. I recommend taking the walking tour from the Historical Society. Also check out whatever is playing at The Music Hall—there are speakers, entertainers, and movies. Some of the nice amenities in the apartment are the electric kettle (there is a coffee pot, but I am not a coffee drinker), the washer/dryer, and a well-furnished kitchen. My favorite amenity was the keyless entry….just punch in a code and you can lock or unlock the door. The apartment is on the first floor. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. It was perfect for me (a single older woman). Thanks for providing such nice accommodations!

Stayed here two weeks, this is my second year vacationing here: love the location: close enough to walk into town: about 1 mile walk to my favorite coffee spot downtown and most restaurants. Fairly quiet, though lots of traffic on the road in front. Comfortable, clean, recently renovated one bedroom apartment. Hope I can stay again next year!

It was a mystery to us what we were paying for with the cleaning and service fees! I knew beforehand from the pics that the table and chairs were night top, but I challenge anyone to say that they belong in this unit. The AC was poor and very noisy.

This was a great place for my wife and I to stay for 2 weeks and enjoy downtown Portsmouth. Plenty of room for the two of us and we loved being in downtown Portsmouth, walk to everything and still have ease of parking the car in the parking lot. Owner was great to work with and we would definitely stay here again!!! Bill & Cathy

Nicely located near downtown Portsmouth on a tidal inlet, the one-bedroom apartment is neat, clean and efficient. The walk from the property to the center of town is purposeful after a nice meal at one of the many fine restaurants, as the beginning of a walking tour of the small city, or to stoke an appetite for one of those nice meals. The entire downtown is reachable and walkable, from port to bridges and is a perfect way to see all of the city close-up. I would consider this property again on my next visit.

Very comfortable space, great location (easy walk day or night to middle of Portsmouth), very helpful and accommodating hosts!

I really enjoyed this property. The bed was absolutely the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! It is very close to downtown Portsmouth which is a favorite place of mine. The place is small but very functional. I recommend it.

Apartment was newly redone and immaculate. Excellent location, a quick walk to all the shops and restaurants in downtown Portsmouth as well as a few minute drive into Maine and a short drive to MA. We enjoyed the many local bike paths and hiking trails. Property Manager was quick to respond to any questions.
