Relatively minor complaints: no in-room directions for wi-fi, coffee maker or how to contact front desk. Bathtub drain was very slow; operating bar on shower door was missing a nut that holds it in place; several wall hangings were hung at crooked angle. It would be nice to have some kind of convenience store close by.

The location is great. Easily accessible to restaurants and shopping which is awesome.

Did not have breakfast. Housekeeping was unacceptable in that at 8:15 in the morning they were yelling and screaming outside the door and Essence to wake us up so that they can clean the room ahead of time. Check out is clearly stated at 11:00 a.m.. also at 10:00 a.m. another housekeeping person came and knocked on the door. The purpose of our stay was due to construction in our home which is located 20 minutes away from the hotel. The point was to catch up on some long-needed rest and relax and we were not able to. Additionally the air conditioning thermostat was not calibrated in that I had said it at 70° and the room became stifling

Super helpful and friendly staff, very smooth check in and check out. GREAT to have free parking, very reasonable rate for this area and location was easy and convenient for my travel to both Miami and Homestead during my stay. Very clean and stylish room, comfortable bed and the general appearance of the hotel was very attractive.I wasn't able to use any of the additional facilities due to a busy schedule, but they all seemed very nice. I would definitely stay here again when visiting the Miami area.

Just tiny things to note...Having to go 9 floors down to get ice was tiresome after a long travel day, but not a big deal. The mini kitchen space with microwave, fridge and coffee maker was very convenient, but it might have been helpful to have a couple of plates as well as coffee cups to go with the provided silverware because I purchased small groceries at the supermarket nearby intending to eat in and didn't have anything to put my food on, just had to improvise, haha. Otherwise, some minor noise issues with a lot of echo in the hallway but that was mainly the guest next door who went in and out of their room constantly and let the door keep slamming, ugh. Not the hotels fault!

had to wait an hour (5pm) for the room to be ready; there was some daily construction noise at times that interrupted sleep; had to ask a few times to have housekeeping service the room

I asked for room service. No service was provided. I asked for a change of towels and a replacement of coffee and it was not provided until the next day. Also, the towel provided was a face towel, nothing else. After I left the hotel, I contacted the hotel for assistance in locating my laptop charger which I left in the room. I did not receive a response.

Location, free parking, views, balcony, cleanliness, comfortable bed, kitchenette.

There were holes in the curtains, needs better ventilation in the bathroom, closet door was off the track and wouldn’t close. We were not aware that the bar and restaurant were closed due to renovations when we booked the room.

The elevators. Only two were operating and there was often a long wait to get to and from our room.

The property was very clean upon arrival. Staff there was very nice and when i had an issue they were on top of it which i liked a lot! Area is great and a lot of good walking distance locations.

Nothing to serious i just didn’t really like how They do room cleaning every other day.

everything was perfect the pool, the gym, the sauna, the rooms, the bed, the patio, the view

they were only two elevators working out at four so you had to wait a while sometimes, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker everything else made up for it

O pessoal da recepção é fantástico, todos atenciosos e dispostos a atender. A localização é ótima, próxima a vários restaurantes, parques e a Marina. A academia também é muito boa, assim como a piscina. A garagem é super fácil de estacionar e já está incluída na tarifa, o que foi excelente.

A limpeza poderia ser melhor; mas eles trocam as toalhas sempre que é solicitado.

Close to shopping, restaurants, and within walking distance. Short distance from downtown and Miami Beach.

Getting in and out of the hotel. Tight space and not enough space at front to get in and out. Finding a parking space can be a challenge as you are limited to 4th, 5th, and 6th floor only and only spaces that are not reserved. Weekday parking is not too bad. The balcony area is dirty and old looking. It can use a good cleaning to get rid of the mold.

Location , the hotel was clean updated and relaxing .
