Nice clean hotel. Always got a parking spot. Host was very responsive to our needs. Good kitchen so we could prepare meals for the two of us when we didn't go out for dinner.All in all worked out great for our 5 day stay.

Such a beautiful property, very safe, great for families. So many amenities within walking distance and a perfect kitchen to cook when littles are hungry! Every question was answered immediately and the owners were so friendly and helpful! A perfect vacation spot that feels like home!

Marie was an amazing host. She responded quickly to messages. The view was beautiful. The location was awesome. The was so much amazing food in the area. Plenty of things to do in walking distance. If we are ever in miami again we are definitely staying here.

Excellent view/location
First time to Miami and had no clue where to stay! I stumbled upon this VRBO and it was perfect. The room was clean, nice kitchen area and wonderful bathroom! The view was absolutely stunning. Louis and Marie reached out to make sure checkin went smoothly and if I had any questions. Definitely would recommend to my family and friends!

Great for a second honeymoon
We really like this location. The host was super helpful with all details. Make sure you plan a trip to the store for the basics, but overall the view was our favorite.

Perfect in so many ways!
The hosts are great - very communicative throughout the entire process. The balcony view is fantastic - it really is an expansive view of the area - whether it is clear or stormy. We were able to see both versions of the weather from the 19th floor and it was a treat.
The studio is as described - there were no surprises! The bed is quite comfortable! We cooked every day, mixing eating out with eating in. There are shops and restaurants to walk to easily, and the neighborhood seems to know each other casually and say good morning and hello wherever you go.
We used the studio as a center point for a week of activity and it proved to be the right choice for us. We will use this condo again if it fits our plans!

This room was everything! The view was amazing and the bed was very comfortable. The only issue we had was the shower curtain had some mold on it, which can be replaced. Other than that, we'd still stay here again. Definitely a memorable experience for my husband and I.

Great location
We enjoyed the beautiful bay/marina view from our balcony and loved the various restaurants, cafes and shops that were within walking distance. The Arya is a nice lodging option from which to enjoy all that Coconut Grove has to offer.

Great Balcony Views
I loved the location, balcony and the views from this property! (So nice to hear some jazz across the street from Glass & Vine one night sitting out here with a glass of wine!) Access to the pool and free parking were also great. And bellhop can help with your luggage. Plus the Gym has great views. The bed was very comfortable. Host was so upbeat and responsive it started the stay on such a positive note! Kitchen was pretty basic and worked for breakfast but so many nice restaurants to explore for other meals. Big fridge for drinks etc. Limited cable stations.

Exactly what we wanted
Everything, from the hotel itself - convenient to Coconut Grove and beyond (20,000 steps and more - a day!! Yas, just what I wanted to go there for!!) - to the room itself (balcony overlooking the pool, jazz music drifting on the wind Wednesday night from the outside restaurant in the trees below, to the stunning water views) was more than we could have expected! Unforgettable end to 2020 and beginning 2021 with fireworks - dozens along the coast and on the horizon, plus, friendly neighbors on adjacent balconies, wishing everyone a Happy New Year! Miami is just the perfect spot this time of year and having such comfortable and convenient accommodations did NOT disappoint. And if I could, I would give MORE STARS for the hosts who were eager to please, incredibly kind and so responsive. Thanks SO much!

Beautiful view and local to everything.
My only disappointment was Individuals smoking pot It was hard to keep the balcony over because the smell of pot was overwhelming. Spoke to the front desk on two separate times but it had no affect. Everything else was nice and comfortable.

Great studio with an amazing view
Condo was great, view was amazing, price was very good and bed was comfortable. The carpet was a bit ole and probably needs a bit of TLC but check in was super easy, parking was very convenient and the view was great!! Perfect for a couple or so.. No complaints at all.

Great resort
The place was nice and clean. This is my second time staying at this resort the first time I rented directly with the resort and payed double what I did this time and even payed extra for parking. Parking was free this time and I will continue to rent with u through vrbo.

Clean room and Wonderful location
This room was perfect for what we needed. We had the necessary things in the kitchen to cook all our meals, the parking garage was safe and secure, there was a wonderful view of the water and nearby park. The pool and gym were clean and easily accessible. Fresh Market was super close by to get groceries, and there are resturants all around the surrounding area if you wanted to go out. The owners were kind and responsive to our questions. I would totally book this room again.

Great room for a few days in Coconut Grove
Check in was seamless and the staff at the building are excellent. The hosts responded to any inquiries very quickly. The room is small, but well equipped and has everything you need, including kitchen. Patio is amazing.

Great location in Coconut Grive
The unit was nice but could use the cleaned or replaced. Some hooks would be nice since there is only one towel bar. Bed was comfortable and kitchen was good. (Could use some paper towels). Great view from balcony and very nice pool area.

Great view close to everything
An excellent well maintained studio apartment at the edge of Coconut Grove with fabulous views of the bay. Situated in a great location within
5-10 minutes walking distance from all the major attractions of the Grove. I was there on business in Coral Gables which is a few minutes away by car which made my stay very pleasant and trouble free also a parking space in the hotel building is included in the rental. The small kitchen is very efficient with everything one needs including an electric kettle which for an Englishman is an essential prerequisite. A very splendid place to lay ones head for a few days be it business or pleasure.

Needs cleaning and updating.
Owners were great, location was great, checking in was great however the suite was not clean and very run down and dated. Needs upgrading and a good clean !! Example: The back of the shower curtain had mold on it. Picture looks way better than it is.

Enjoyed our stay
The unit was very nice, clean and had everything we needed for a week's stay. The view was spectacular. We made use of the pool and fitness center. Restaurants and shopping were within walking distance which was terrific. Took a day to do a sunset sail cruise out of the Marina. Definitely would stay here again.
