A lovely condo. Not elaborately decorated, but it has everything we needed. Great location and we loved the view from our balcony: the beautiful beach and tide coming in and out. Plus picturesque sunrises. Only suggestion: have instruction available of appliances and particularly the TV!

The room was newly renovated. Clean and comfortable. Walking distance to the pier and many restaurants. View of the ocean was great. The best feature was the roof top deck. We often dances under the stars after dinner! Would definitely return

The property was exactly as described. The cleaning crew were amazing. Absolutely spotless when we arrived. Communication was wonderful. They responded quickly and were extremely helpful and nice. I can't wait to go back! The location is perfect, the area is just beautiful. The rooftop is the perfect place to watch launches from! We did get to enjoy that while we were there too! This condo was exactly what was advertised and couldn’t have been more perfect for our stay. The condo was clean, convenient to the beach and local stores. The beach literally was less than a 5min walk and you passed the pool on your way. The pool was nice to cool off and we were able to watch the kids from the balcony. The beach amenities chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, and carrying bag were in great condition and we used them all. Two full bathrooms and washer and dryer were definitely a plus. Zareh was so pleasant, responsive, and accommodating both for check in and check out. The rooftop balcony couldn’t have been a better place to watch a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral! We would definitely stay again!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Château by the sea. Our condo was extremely clean inside and had up-to-date appliances and wonderful, comfy furniture. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool and the beach access right out the front door. The rooftop area is amazing! We were able to witness a rocket launch from the rooftop. Would highly recommend! Management is extremely wonderful to work with, and helped our family out with rescheduling after our flight was canceled. Definitely hope to stay here again in the future!

Our stay at Chateau by the Sea was wonderful. The location was perfect for easy walking to the pier and many restaurants within walking distance. In the five day stay we only drove the car twice, once to Port Canaveral for an afternoon touring the Observation Tower and eating seafood at the local restaurants. The Chateau is very well maintained and clean. The pool is large and very accommodating for people of all ages. The unit was well equipped for an easy stay. The evenings were quite and fun to sit on the balcony overlooking the ocean and pier activities. We were surprised with a rocket launch one afternoon so we were able to go up on the rooftop to watch the launch. Amazing sight. Highly recommend. We will go again for sure.

This place was perfect for our family of five. We enjoyed the early sunrise from the balcony, used the kitchen for breakfast, easy walk to the beach, and accessibility to The Pier. Pool was immaculate and nice to have late in the afternoon. The chairs, umbrella, cooler, and body boards were an appreciated extra. Establishment is safe and very clean. Not to mention the roof top patio for launches!! Kelsey and the family are AWESOME! Reserving and communication was effortless. WE HAVE FOUND OUR SPOT FOR OUR ANNUAL COCOA BEACH TRIP!!!!

I really wish I could go higher on the rating but it only allows 5 stars. Kelsy and the team are so easy to work with, the condos are always well maintained, we have not had a single issue. This was our third time staying at chateau by the sea and it won't be our last. We make such great memories with my mother. My sister booked at the same time to to have a family reunion. Great time had by all and we can not wait to book again

The unit was spotless pool was clean and the u it was fully equipped with everything you would need. The beach is less than a minute walk. I am looking forward to booking again here.

If you want to surf this location cannot be beat. You can watch the surfing from the balcony, rocket launches from the roof and you can step out to the beach to surf or play beach volleyball. This condo could be improved by the addition of cotton sheets (rather than polyester) and some simple games/puzzles or books/magazine for rainy day activities.

Condo was exceptionally clean and well stocked. Beds very comfortable. Beach during the day and could walk to restaurants and bars at night. One of the nicest condos we have stayed in over the last 20yrs of coming to Cocoa Beach area. Definitely will be back!

I’m a local—born and raised in Brevard County. My husband and I and our two dogs (Dachshund-mix, Jack Russell-mix) had to vacate our home for significant demo and renovation. (Not complaining, but even “good stress” is stressful.) I found Chateau by the Sea through VRBO. The Stay In Cocoa Beach property management team was wonderful and the unit was perfect for our needs. 407 was clean, cute, and had a great ocean and pool view. We people-watched the action around the Cocoa Beach Pier from our balcony, watched the cruise ships come and go, and even had a couple days of entertainment when an acrobatic airplane did barrel rolls and loops in front of our unit. If you’re looking for a professionally-managed, pet-friendly, quiet property, this is your place. Stocked with the basics—if you want to seriously cook you’ll need to supplement—but most folks on vacation aren’t there to cook big, complex, meals. Smart TV with ability to stream all of your subscriptions; also has local cable and all three major networks. Comfortable mattresses and linens. Beach towels, beach chairs, and cooler provided. Luggage carts and shopping carts (!) are provided and help greatly with getting provisions upstairs! Located near lots of restaurants and Port Canaveral and the Space Center; easy drive to Orlando. A great value and more convenient than a hotel, especially with two pets. Two thumbs up for Chateau by the Sea and Unit 407. :-)

Loved the view, Cocoa Beach pier, and people watching. One downside: fitted king sheets would not stay in place. Very annoying .

Well appointed and clean oceanfront facility with restaurants and activities nearby. Easy to check in and out with on site parking. A great family vacation spot.

This is an extremely clean and tastefully decorated condo. It is located next to the pier where there is no fishing- just surfers. We loved the condo and the location- would highly recommend!!!

Me, my husband and 3 boys stayed here for a week and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Great location, right by pier and a few restaurant choices. Boys took surf lessons right on the beach. Was a little small for our family of 5. 2nd bedroom is definitely for smaller kids. My 15 year would never fit in the twin beds but it was perfect for my 8 and 11 Yr old. My oldest said the pullout wasn’t the most comfortable to sleep in. I do wish kitchen had more amenities such as a bigger variety of tools for cooking, scissors etc. it was VERY minimally stocked but I made it work. Overall a great value and location. Lots of places to see and fun things to do for the kids nearby. Next time we come we will definitely try to stay here. The view was awesome from the balcony

Great location, building has been remodeled, fabulous views of the ocean and pier , relaxing roof top area. The pool was amazing and private beach entrance. Family had an awesome vacation. I have three suggestions for an even better experience at this location. Pool area should stay open until midnight and we'll lit if possible, ventilation fans for the elevators, and a game room with a pool table would have been nice.

Check in was easy. Very clean and refreshing rooms. Not noisy during the nights we were there.

This property was clean, provided all amenities to enjoy the beach and had a great view of the beach front and ocean! Communication was wonderful. I completely knew what to expect, how to access everything and all the rules of the property. I will definitely come back in the near future!

We enjoyed our stay at Chateau by the Sea. Since we flew in from out of state we appreciated that the condo had everything we needed-linens, beach chairs/umbrella/ cooler, paper products. The place was extremely clean as well!! We will definitey be back!!

We love this area, lots to do and see. We enjoyed the view tremendously! Easy access to the beach. We even got to watch a rocket launch! Plenty of restaurant options, many within walking distance.

Everyone was so accommodating, from Kelsy’s quick responses, to the maintenance man securing the twin beds so they would not slip off their bases. This was a great first part of our stay… Now we are moved upstairs in 507 for the remainder of our stay!

This was the most relaxing Vacay ever!!! I titled the review relaxing not only because we were in a perfect location in Cocoa Beach conveniently located to tons of delicious restaurants, but when you don’t have to think about the all the details because it has already been done for you, that’s relaxing!! The property location was perfect and the unit provided everything! 3 TVs, 2 bathrooms, new kitchen, in unit washer & dryer and a balcony that offered the perfect oceanfront view! We listened to the waves each evening!! Linens for bed, bath & kitchen were all included. No detailed overlooked all the way down to charging outlets on the nightstands! Definitely recommend! On second thought maybe we don’t want to let this out and keep it all to ourselves!! Thank you again! We will be returning!!
