Nice and clean room. Great breakfast - the bread was a bit boring but everything else was fine. We only stayed there for a short period and didnt ude the room during the day.

The location close to DTU is excellent, the personnel was very friendly, the rooms neat, and the breakfast filling. It was also convenient that I could easily borrow a clothing iron from the reception.

The ventilation in our room was extremely poor for two occupants. Meanwhile, the room was right next to the highway, so the noise was overwhelming when opening the window for air.

Very expensive and not value for money. They block your card for the booking and ask you to pay again at the checkin time. Then also charges you the booking on your card. Which means that we had to pay twice. It’s been a month i’m trying to get a refund from them to no avail. Till date, i haven’t been refunded the double payment effected.

The hotel name reveals what it is for; sleep. So no extra fuss but just a room with a large bed, a tiny desk and a good shower. Do not expect anything more, it’s the bare necessities.

I really thought a coffeemaker or a kettle wouldn’t be a luxury to have in the room. There were pots of coffee and hot water in the lobby but that’s quite a hassle.

The location is very good and close to the Technical University of Denmark. The self-service checkin works great and fast, saves a lot of time.

The soundproof of the rooms need to be improved. I could hear people in my next room talking very loud and clear.

On the whole, definitely a good location and very comfy stay. Although slightly away from the city center, locality seems quite calm and laid back. Loved looking over the Maseratis and Ferraris :) made for a nice view

Front desk staff messed up and confused us a bit on the payments/refunds. And the wait time for response to get some details before and during check out was are also quite long. Better front desk management would make the place better.

The staff was helpful and the breakfast was great. The location is nice if you visit the University. Otherwise I wouldn't pick it.

The room has no ventilation and no control of temperature. No air conditioning only heating. With that said the noise cancellation windows- which you need because the hotel is directly next to a highway- is useless. I didn't sleep because the room got stuffed with bad air during the night and got super hot because of lack of ventilation. There was a small fan which was useless because it was extremely noisy. Only option left was to open the window, which made it so noisy that I ended up using my headphones to sleep. Facit: Never Again! The staff was friendly and provided another room. Anyways, the room was cooler but ventilation was still bad.

Really nice hotel if you need to stay in Lyngy area, where the DTU is. The self check in was really easy. The room was nice, comfortable and with enough space. The bathroom was really good too

No ventilation in the bathroom. Opening the windows is not an option due to the highway 50m from the hotel. So the room gets a bit umcomfortable after taking a shower.

Location is very convenient for those who need to go to DTU in Lyngby. Transport the centre of Copenhagen is also quite easy and quick. The room was comfortable and very bright during the day.

The kitchen could be more equipped. The room did not get cleaned throughout the stay, and since there isn’t any washing up liquid nor sponge, we couldn’t wash our used cutlery and mugs. I got the room with a kitchenette on purpose thinking that I would be able to cook but unfortunately I ended up using it only for coffee.

Watercooker and it's holder was dirty, and so was several pieces of cutlery, plates and utensils. The breadbasket was covered in dust, likewise the shelf it stood on. Lamps and panels were dusty, there was hair on the drain cover, and shower heads were full of caulk. The dirty plates, cutlery and so, could be explained with the fact the dishwashsoap is something you need to ask for. An improvement suggestion, if this is due to theft, is either a holder for the dishwashsoap, like the ones for bodyshower, or at least a note on the dishwasher brush, telling you that you need to go to the reception to get soap. When I, at check out, told the receptionist, about the dirt and dust, her respond were "I will let them know". (Who are they?) I admit I did expect an apology on behalf of the hotel. But maybe this is the normal standard for the hotel? Furthermore; the refrigerator was very noisy when cooling, which was very often. This makes me think the energy classification isn't all that good... in spite of the "we care about the environment, do you?" Stickers in the bathroom.... All in all the price didn't match the experience. One last thing: when booking the hotel via Booking.com it seemed that some of the rooms had bathtubs. They do not.
