Houses were great. Location is an easy walk to town. We enjoyed our stay. Our only issue was with the management company. They were slow to address an issue we had with no hot water in one unit and the need for towels.

These cottages have had much attention to detail and delight your eyes to see them. Each wall and pillow has something unique. It is extremely comfortable and every need is anticipated and provided for. I especially love the hallway with all the make up mirrors
The 3 cottages gave us togetherness and yet also gave quiet and privacy for sleeping
I highly recommend this for enjoying the quant and friendly town of Fredricksburg

We just returned from my 40th birthday trip! It was our first time to stay this close to Main st, but with a group of 17, it is DEFINITELY the way to go! I can’t say enough about the property and the staff! They have customers for life with us! The property was BEAUTIFUL! We had one little mishap when we arrived, but it was immediately remedied. 10/10 recommend!

Perfect for large groups
We loved our stay! The location is walking distance to Main Street. It’s perfect for large groups and the hot tub and outdoor area was great! I would recommend staying here!

Review
We loved the house and location. Our issue was when we arrived the house had not been cleaned. The rental company did send over a cleaning team to handle the issue promptly. It was just inconvenient coming from 7 hours away and having to get ready for dinner reservations on time with a cleaning team present. Communication with the company throughout booking was great.

Nice property for a large group
Property was clean and well decorated. Nice outside area and located only a few blocks from the main strip in Fredericksburg. We had a group of 14 and everyone fit comfortably.

We had a blast staying at this beautiful home!! It was perfect for our big group of family and friends celebrating our bride to be. Y’all were great thank you so much!

Bachelorette Party
This property was PERFECT for our needs, adorably decorated and Russel was incredibly accommodating. We accidentally locked the keys in one of the houses and Russel was there within an hour with the spare keys. I would highly recommend renting this property!

Gorgeous Property
We absolutely loved our stay. There are not many updated homes in FBG than can accommodate 7 married couples comfortably. This “compound” knocked it out of the park! We loved the common areas and the ability to retreat to our own quiet areas as well. This will not be our last visit!!

Don't miss this!
We've stayed in many VRBOs (at least a few each year) and this was one of our very favorites. Three separate and equally adorable houses. Great for two families (we let the teens stay in the middle house). The location was terrific! Walking distance to everything. Decor is fab. Bathrooms and kitchens are all stunning. Super well appointed. Bring coffee and firewood and that's it! If it's every open again, we'll definitely be back!
