Very nice

Another wonderful week at Seascape! Our "older" family of 5--60s to 80s--took full advantage what Seascape has to offer and we had blast. Looking forward to "almost" Same Time Next Year!

Great property and terrific view! The unit was nicely furnished and well stocked. We stay at SeaScape frequently and really like this location at the north end of the property. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable and comfortable!

This is a wonderful condo in a beautiful oceanfront resort. The location is very easy to find, and the checkin/checkout process couldn't be simpler. Everything is just as good or better than pictured in the listing. Our family of five loved our stay here, and the condo worked perfectly for our needs. The location is situated directly in between some great destinations. We flew into San Francisco, spent a night there, and then drove to Big Basin and Henry Cowell State Parks on the way. We drove to Monterey 3 different days for the aquarium, Cannery Row, and a whale watching tour out of Fisherman's Wharf. The condo is only 20-30 minutes south of some beautiful Redwoods at Henry Cowell, and about 40 minutes or so north of everything Monterey has to offer. This specific condo is very private, and the grounds are well kept and secure, with visible security guards in the nights/evenings. We travel to a lot of different destinations, but if we returned to this area we would definitely stay here again.

Nice and clean condo. The kids loved the heated pool and it was just a short walk to the beach. Would stay there again.

Aptos is one of our favorite getaways. The property facilitated a relaxing weekend. Despite the storm we enjoyed ourselves. Great communications with the owner. Easy check in/out processes

The condo was immaculate on arrival. The owner puts a lot of TLC in to the maintenance. All appliances, bathrooms and interior fixtures worked flawlessly. The location as advertised provides a stunning ocean view from exterior balcony off the living room. Great for morning coffee and quiet time. My family loved this place.We found the tennis courts in great shape. Played Seascape Golf Club nearby. In terrific condition. Everyone wants to come back next year.

Great location, wonderful view from the balconies. Wonderful walk right down to the beach. Had a great time, kitchen fully stocked, made dinner twice. Only suggestion is bring an HDMI cord and your computer for streaming options.

I liked the North side. It was quiet and had many deer. Nice condo. It hadn’t been cleaned when we arrived. I called and it was done quickly and with customer service in mind - I appreciated that.

We spent the weekend at Seascape with friends from our neighborhood and family members- we all booked at the resort and met up at the beach and on the lawns for evening sunsets! It was beautiful weather and such a great location. Beach games and BBQs and lots of smiles.

We had a lovely time at Sea Scape. This condo is beautifully decorated with extremely comfortable beds. We enjoyed catching up with family and friends living in the Aptos area.

Our family of 4 enjoyed this spot, nice, safe, queit place with grocery, liquor store and several restaurants on property. Owner made it easy and it was nice and clean.

Great location with ocean views, so close to the pool, spa, and beach trail. I loved the blackout curtains in the bedrooms and the living room, made it easy for everyone to get enough sleep. If I had one complaint, it would be that the king sized bed was really uncomfortable & hard. Other than that, great stay.

we had a great stay. the home was clean, safe for our 1 year olds, and close to restaurants and beach access. The pool was also right across the way so convenient with two small children. would love to stay at the seascape resort again!!

Nice place quiet

This was a beautiful property and very comfortable for my family to stay in. Everything was very clean and in good working order. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of clean linens and towels. The owners were communicative and made the check-in process very easy. We did have trouble with the pool key not working, however it sounds like other families were having the same problem so it was likely an issue with the pool gate. I highly recommend this property for a comfortable stay with beautiful ocean views! I will definitely stay here again in the future.

This place is great. Right on the edge of the property with lots of trees swaying in the distance. Furniture is super comfy and everything is well stocked. I would def stay here again.

It was good. We have stayed at Seascape and switched because of a massive price increase. We were happy to save money, but it made us yearn for our regular accommodations. The written materials in the room were OFTEN WRONG! Need to be updated. Fireplace did not work. Toilet paper holder in downstairs bath was broken off. No tissues in any bathrooms.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this property and the host. It was exactly as pictured, the location is beautiful.

The appartment is situated on a lovely resort at a very quiet spot. We were able to sleep with the balcony door open so we could hear the sea! All windows and doors are equipped with mosquito nets so no bugs inside. Very spacious living and bedrooms. Everything worked perfectly and was spotless. Very nice touch was the provided coffee and condiments. Location is between Santa Cruz (30 minutes) and Monterey (55 min). We'll be back!

What a joy to stay in this welcoming lovely home with all the amenities to make a week-long family reunion the best. Lots of meals, hot tubs, swimming, walking, schmoozing in one of our favorite places in California.

We could see the ocean from the primary bedroom and the living room and there was a path right down to the water. It was a lovely surprise. We will 100% be coming back here. Very minor ask: The one thing we wished it had was Netflix for our kiddo, but we had our iPad.

This is a great place for a relaxed vacation and this condo was really quite nice. Mostly positives, and few items that need fixing. First - the resort itself if not really a resort, so know that you are renting a place and manage your expectations accordingly. The pool nearest to the unit is nice, but they don't keep it very clean - the surface of the water is always covered with bugs. But the pool area is lovely and has an ocean view. The rest of the property is very nice - but is definitely more of a condo situation, not a hotel like situation. The main pool is not really open and the onsite restaurant is often closed. The trip to and from the beach is a long path with many many many steps, not ideal, but doable as long as you are not in poor health. There is not resort presence on the beach, so plan to be on your own and bring what you need. It's a hike! The condo unit itself. Very clean which I really like. Nicely decorated and in good shape. The kitchen has most of what you might need, but do bring anything you want - only the very basics are provided. There are many towels provided - they are very hotel looking and some of them are old and need replacing. The beds are very comfortable - the pillows however are few and flat - next time I would bring my own. The bathrooms - mostly updated except for the showers which are really old and likely the originals from when the place was first built - definitely in need of some serious updating. One issue - if Air Conditioning is important to you - know that the AC barely works and does not really cool the place. We found that in the afternoons, when the sun is shining in - it can get really really hot. The night cools the place down - but I would prefer that the place had AC to cool us down. Thankfully, we brought a fan which was helpful for sleeping. The views from the unit are really gorgeous. Because the unit is on the edge of the property, it does feel quite private - and watching the deer every day made this extra special. Parking was right in front of the door and so easy. As for the surrounding area - the shops across the street are only open on certain days, grocery is soooo expensive, and chinese and mexican restaurants are closed on Mon, Tues, and often Wed. Local restaurant we loved - The Hideout in Aptos - Amazing! Overall - we had a really lovely time and we would definitely return. Loren was quick to respond and a very good host.
