La pulizia estrema, l'ordine, la cura e la disponibilità della signora al telefono, non incontrata, ma con guida passo passo. Casa e stanza esteticamente carina, con letto singolo, dotata di armadio, aria condizionata e tv

Posizione comoda alla stazione, ma tragitto pessimo da fare al buio, secondo piano senza ascensore e bagno privato esterno con doccia con acqua solo fredda. Parecchio rumore dalla strada. Prezzo alto per il tipo di stanza, cui si aggiungono poi 2 euro di tassa di soggiorno (per 1 notte)

- This accomodation is actualy an appartment with 5 rented rooms - this is not specified anywhere. - The rooms are located at the 2nd floor in a very old building with no lift. - Old wood windows that will not close properly - could hear all the noise from outside as they did not exist. - Very thin walls - could hear all the neighbors from other rooms. - The bed was old with an uncomfortable broken-springs mattress and squicking on every movement. - Old plumbing in the bathroom, at every 10 seconds or so you would hear a loud water draining sound. - The old Italian lady owner does not speek english. - On some days when people cooked in the shared kitchen you would get "nice" smells in to the room. - No mosquito nets, as in the summer days they are a big problem in this area. - Extra: before leaving we got a message from the owner on the Booking chat platform, where they asked not to put any negative comments to "harm" the property on booking website but to send them to the property via whatsapp. - Extra2: the owner keeps the keys on locket boxes with 4 digit cifre on the outdoor, and asks not to change the default combination to access the apartment keys, the combination is 0000 for all appartments.

The location and cleanliness is perfect. Speed of the internet is also good. AC works very well. In general everything was ok

The comfort of the bed was terrible. Beds should be changed immediately. The owner doesn't speak any words of English. This might be a problem for people. For us, it wasn't a huge problem.

Loved everything. The room was cozy. It was a clean, decent room. The staff was nice, although it would have been more helpful if they replied sooner to the messages.

It is one of the cleanest place I have ever stayed. Super clean and cosy. Also the propietor sent me a video with the instructions to access to the property. It was super helpful.

We had a very cute room at Maison Floria. Everything was clean and spacious. We were also warmly welcomed by Floria upon arrival (past 9pm). Grazie Floria :)
