Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I loved this place. I tried to get it for another month but it was booked. It’s only 4 minutes into Carmel Valley Village for places to eat and other supplies. For me it was a bit far from Pacific Grove where I had other family but the drive is beautiful and I would stay there again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was overall clean and the customer service was great. It does need to be serviced more often or before a guest checks in, for example, the hot tub was not working for the first two days and we had to call in to have it fixed. The service on the phone was great and a tech came out right away which was great but this should have been done before we arrived. We also called about a spider problem, again great service and taken care of quickly but should be done on a regular basis. There were ALOT of spiders to the point where we had to hose down the patio furniture due to all the webs and spiders on them we ended up not using any of it the entire time. We had one person who got bit by a poisonous spider while sleeping, they had bad symptoms and it had to be taken care of by medical staff. We killed at least 20 inside the house. Would recommend having an exterminator treat the property more often. If these issues were resolved we would recommend the property to friends.

Renting the property was hassle free. Property was presented accurately to me. After staying there, I feel it was overpriced. I would still recommend the property with this one caveat.
