Wonderful, clean, hotel-like experience in a nice, quiet, modern building. Great location near everything Denver has to offer and parking is included. Very easy and convenient check-in, as well!

My husband and I stayed at this property on our way back from our Colorado vacation. This property was immaculate and very comfortable. It is a short walk to downtown attractions and restaurants. I would highly recommend this property.

This stay can best be described is mehhh- nothing great, nothing horrible. The place itself is cute and in a great location. However, it lacked anything special. Pots and pans were dirty from the last stay, we ran out of shampoo, and there is no blanket in the entire house so sitting on the uncomfortable futon, cold without a blanket wasn't great. On top of that, it lacked any of the kitchen basics. No oil to cook with, no salt and pepper, no spices, nothing. It's not reasonable to have to buy these for a few night stay, but then it makes using the kitchen impossible. I'm sure other guests have left these items behind but nothing was left or provided for others to use. The last airbnb I stayed at had all of this and more so it was a bit disappointing to have a kitchen but feel like I had to spend an extra $50 on large kitchen basics that I wouldn't be able to take with me when I left. Again, overall just mehhhh. Unless there wasn't anything else available, I wouldn't stay again for the price.

The apartment was perfect for me and my newborn for size of the space and location. Super clean and convenient with the elevator, coffee on each floor and parking garage. There is also plenty of street parking. We brought our own bassinet and changing pad for the baby as well as our own laundry detergent which isnt provided. Lots of good restaurants near by and walking distance to Union Station and whole foods.

We stayed for 5 nights in the apartment and loved the location. We were 10 minutes walk from Union Station, 10 minutes walk from a King Soopers (grocery) or Trader Joes, 7 minute walk to the light rail station, and 10 minutes or less to lots of great restaurants. We had a car for part of our visit, so the parking space was extremely important too - and there was very easy access to the highway from the apartment area. Checkin was easy. The apartment was clean and spacious. Everything we needed was provided (with the very nit-picky exception that they did not provide salt and pepper, which I think should always be provided when there's a kitchen), including tea and coffee. The bed was very comfortable. The pool is very small, but it was nice to have a pool at all. It would be helpful if instructions were left in the unit about where the trash should go. Also, I had some back and forth with Kasa in the beginning when I first reserved the apartment because they wanted a security deposit that was not mentioned in the VRBO ad. We discussed it a couple times, and they ended up dropping their request when I pointed out that the security deposit was not mentioned. It concerned me a little bit before arriving, but it was all fine once we got there. All in all, a great stay. I would stay there again.

Clean, beautiful apartment to come home to after exploring the city all day. We loved it.

Great apartment with a fun, modern feel. The location is perfect for exploring and we were able to walk across the park and bridge to join our son and daughter in law to explore Denver! Management team was accessible and accommodating! The workout room is impressive and we felt safe because everyone wore masks and sanitizing products were available. Can’t wait to come back when Covid allows more freedom. Thank you for a comfortable stay!
