Seriously, if you’re coming to Indy, look no further! Book this place! My college girlfriends and I do an annual getaway and happened to stumble on this place and booked it based on good reviews. We had no idea we were walking into a place that literally thought of everything! The house was absolutely gorgeous! The creative elements throughout were so well thought out. The design and layout was so perfect. We had plenty of room. The hot tub hangout area was beautiful. There were extras of everything in case you forgot. Shampoo, paper towels, lotions, so many little details that made the experience next level. The host was so incredibly kind and responsive. She even left us the most delicious pastries in the fridge, offered suggestions of where to eat and was available for any questions. I’ve stayed at a lot of VRBO’s and they’ve never been bad experiences, this was just top tier. If ever in Indy again, we will definitely book this place! Thanks, Beth!

My friend and I wanted a place to meet part way between Wisconsin and Ohio. This home was the perfect place to meet up, hang out , relax and plan some fun events in town. Our property host was gracious and quick to reply to questions. She even got us a couple of delicious pastry’s from a French bakery. Perfect weekend in a beautifully decorated and cozy home. This home is absolutely beautiful with super glamorous decorations and a modern vibe. I stayed overnight with one of my best friends and we felt very fancy with our white robes and an evening of soaking in the hot tub. I want to add that the beds have luxurious linens and the mattresses are superb! Best night sleep ever! Will definitely stay here again. The owner is a quick responder and obviously knows how to host her guests.

The place itself was great. Host was very involved with our stay and helpful when I had questions. There are many rules of the house so it was a little overwhelming. The neighborhood is not a place to walk around so I would recommend to google the address and look at the street view. It was a short ride with Uber to get downtown for dinner. Personally it was overpriced for being in the house less than 24 hours (check in 4p and needing ti be out BY 10am) when we couldn’t really leave the house to walk anywhere.

Enjoyed the stay. Nice and tidy. Decor was well done. The information board was very helpful. We only had two small issues and the hostess was very responsive.

Very clean property, awesome outdoor rooftop patio. It is next to a railroad track but, no overnight trains but a couple trains per day. There was also a tree that had white flowers blowing all over the place. Kind of limited the ability to eat outside but, not that big of a deal maybe it’s just seasonal thing though. Property owner was very responsive and able to answer questions quickly and easy to work with. Would recommend booking this property!!

We came for the Mecum car auction and to celebrate our wedding anniversary, Mother’s Day and our daughter in law’s birthday! The house was amazing the host was equally amazing and even left us a lil surprise for our Anniversary! Thank you! We would definitely come back!

My wife and I brought my nephew and his wife to Indy for Monday night football. Wanted something close to downtown. This house was perfect. Very clean and the host was always answering any questions very quickly for us. Would stay here again with no questions asked.

There was not a detail missed in this property and the communication was perfect! We felt at home and treated as special guests. Highly recommend!!

My husband and I celebrated our 20 yr anniversary. The house was amazing but the neighborhood was a little trashy. Everything was very clean and decorated so well. The house was stocked with everything that you would need. Hot tub was great and rooftop patio was great for hanging out! Bed was so comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved everything about this property! We were in the area just overnight for the Indiana State Fair and had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful property. It was beautifully decorated and very close to downtown. The owner was great with communication and thought of absolutely everything that we might possibly need! We can't wait to visit the area again so that we can enjoy the property again!

This was such a cool place to stay for a weekend. The decor is amazing and excites the senses. The rooftop porch is great for relaxation with a view of the city. This townhome is also very clean and is very close to downtown. It only took me like 7 min to get to the Whole Foods downtown for groceries which was lovely. I would recommend bringing body soap to this location because it wasn't provided but there was shampoo.

We loved everything about it! IMMACULATE! Perfect for our weekend getaway! We enjoyed the hot tub and the roof top - weather was wonderful!! Beth has thought out everything! Plenty of towels, kitchen supplies - we took complete advantage of the K-cups for the coffee maker! The bed was super comfortable as well! Bathrooms were perfect and had extra supplies in case you forgot something. The place was spotless and the neighborhood is super quiet. We enjoyed Broad Ripple, the canal walk, and the art center; got pizza at King dough and ice cream at sub zero nitrogen - very fun! Thanks again for the great weekend!!

The house was beautiful and exactly as pictured. The hot tub was nice for relaxing when the sun went down. We were a little disappointed to learn that the fire pit on the rooftop wasn’t available for use because it wasn’t mentioned in the description of the property. However, she did add it to the property description after we asked her about it. Beth was also very easy to communicate with and gave us complete privacy. We definitely would stay here again in the future! :)
