Property was just as listed…very comfy and nice! Plenty of space for all… Our only issue was cleaning crew did not arrive prior to our visit but Jamie took care of us. Beautiful spot!

House was in an outstanding location, quiet yet close enough to everything Ozarks. It was a bummer that the coffee maker didn’t work and the house could have been a little cleaner. Owner was outstanding and got back to us immediately with any concerns.

The house was very clean and well maintained. Plenty of room for our group (7 adults). Great location as it was off the main channel, so not too busy. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is the mattresses in the “bunk room” weren’t terribly comfortable, and the metal frames squeaked with any movement. Though I would stay there again

Overall it was a great place to stay. Not too far away from things to do or see. Nice being right in the water.

Nice house to rent

This was the perfect spot for our 2 families, with ages ranging from 4 years to 65+ years. The property was clean & appeared to have been recently painted & have new carpet. The layout was spacious enough & the dining room table easily sat all 10 of us. We could easily spread out on the dock too & still have a connected feeling. The dock was nice & everything in working order - enjoyed walking on the dock with NO splinters! Additionally, it offered us peace of mind being able to see the entire dock from the house. As we needed 'pet-friendly' this property suited just fine. Even with the Ozarks being hilly & steep, we still had sufficient room for our dog to 'roam' for potty breaks. Only suggestion or wish they had more of were kitchen & bathroom towels/washcloths. Overall perfect for us!

Property was just what we needed for a calm weekend at the Lake. Utilized the dock to swim one evening and the upstairs lounge area was perfect. Great spot!

Great home to stay at. Kids loved the property and the docks. Only problem we had was getting ahold of the property owner for questions and water toy codes after Verbo payment was placed. Overall good experience! Look forward to renting again next year

Great lakefront location and double dock. We rented a boat and spent the week on the lake. The bedrooms have great separation giving everyone their own space. Be sure to get the onion rings at Jolly Rogers and grab a meal at Lake Burger.

The property was very clean. It worked well for a friends trip. We had great communication when we had questions.

Nice home, newly remodeled, good stay but had to spray the inside and outside for spiders. There were spider webs all over outside deck and patio. Had to sweep off and wash down deck and patio to use. A bag of trash was left on the dock. Wet towels were left in the dryer. No adult life jackets to wear to use the kayaks. We had a good stay, but just a few things that could’ve been better.

We enjoyed our stay. Updated decor and we really liked the location. Would stay there again.

We had our son's 21'st Birthday Party with family and friends. It was a very nice house. The upstairs is where him and his friends stayed. The old adults stayed downstairs. It was nice to have the kitchen and grill so close together. We enjoyed fishing off of the boat ramp. We also enjoyed renting a pontoon for the day.

We loved our stay, the property was very clean the location was awesome and the neighbors were very friendly. Highly recommend.

Such a fun house for our friend trip!

The house was very clean and modern. Everything was updated and new. It was located on the west side of Ozark lake, so not as crowded and busy. We had a great time fishing of the boat dock. It was very peaceful and relaxing. Definitely will rent the place again. The owner was very quick responding to inquiries.

Good place to stay if you want to fish

Our plans were cancelled by a KY tornado, so last minute plans to the Lake. Property was clean and comfortable. Loved the big dining table!

We stayed here with our three teenage sons while visiting family over the holidays. House was in a great location and easy to get to. We were able to bring our dog and there was adequate space to let them out. Kitchen had all necessary items for us to be able to cook breakfast. Would stay here again.

Jamie’s property was great. The house was clean and in a great location, short drive to Coconuts and Lake Burger. We loved hanging out on the dock and using the kayaks and water toys at the property. Jamie was quick to respond to all of our questions.

Excellent place on the water. Dock was enjoyable, the house was clean and had everything we needed. Fit 10 people comfortably.

When my sisters, our mother and I arrived around 3:30 the cleaning gal was there and told us that check in was not until 4. I knew she was wrong but when she told us to wait outside on the deck I felt like we had little choice if we wanted the place clean. At 4:55-after 90 minutes-she left and we were finally able to get in, put our groceries away and start to relax after our 3 hour drive. I did alert the owner about what happened but I don't think they fully understood how impactful it was for us to begin our short, long-awaited weekend away this way. Anyway, here's some info that I hope will help you: 1) The home appears to have been recently remodeled and is very clean on the inside. 2) There is only one working shower. I was notified of this before our arrival but too late for me to find another place to stay. The rate has not been adjusted for that. There is no soap or body wash in the bathrooms. 3) The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. 4)The kitchen is on the lower level. If you drive a full size car, pickup or SUV you will not be able to use the driveway (it's steep, curves and has a rock wall) to unload your bags of groceries into the kitchen. Instead you will be carrying them down the stairs and back up again when you leave. 5) There are 19 very steep steps down to the lake. This meant my 75YO mother could not go down to the water. I share this in case you are traveling with someone who has mobility issues. I wish I had known this or had thought to ask prior to scheduling because she really missed out. 6) Previous renters have left behind some typical spices like Itallian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper, etc. so you don't have to bring those things. 7) Allow enough time on your day of departure to run the dishwasher, put away all dishes once clean and take all the trash up the stairs and out to the dumpster. 8) The G2M grocery store in Laurie is just 15 minutes or so away. Woods Supermarket has a far better selection. It is another 10-15 minutes down Highway 5 but it's worth it if you're looking for good prepared meals including excellent catfish, fried chicken, sandwiches and salads. 9)American Elm is a beautiful home decor store that was well worth visiting. Right across the road from that is a thrift store that benefits the local animal shelter.

The location was perfect! Our stay was wonderful and the property owner got back to me quickly with any questions or concerns.

Very clean & beautiful view of the lake!

Great place on the lake, so close to many places to eat even if you don’t have a boat! House was clean and very nice, plenty of room! AC wasn’t really much of an issue, as I’ve seen in reviews before. Dock could use some improvement but what dock doesn’t when it’s not in a no wake cove. The dock has plenty of space though! We didn’t rent any of the extra stuff but it’s nice if someone doesn’t already have kayaks, lily pad, etc. Owners had great communication! I would recommend this place to anyone!
