The property was perfect. Everything we needed was in the unit and the view was breathtaking. Being on the water we enjoyed watching the fish jump and ducks and birds passing by.

Felt like we were floating on the lake. Great views. Nice little private beach. Comfortable accommodations and lots of space. Would definitely rent again

Lovely property, right on the water. Walking distance to everything and enjoy the beach right outside your door. Lots to do in the area and Mirror Lake is beautiful. We rented for a couple of days some paddle boards but there are free kayaks available. It's hotel ready, so bring everything else (not even salt or garbage bags included) Very highly recommended.

The renting process was easy, convenient, very straight forward. We had been to Lake Placid and Mirror Lake multiple times but this was our first opportunity to go for vacation-only (no hockey or lacrosse tournaments involved)! The perfect location and vibe for our active family of 6. We probably could have easily stayed in the upper unit but with no one else on property at the time; it was perfect. I say all of this in that dealing with Ray the property manager made it so easy. The front desk gal at Crowne Plaza could use some training on working with customers of the property. Just a few minor service adjustments would make it a 10. She was the only major negative in an otherwise perfect stay enjoying golf at Whiteface, dinner and drinks at Players, Jimmy’s, Zig Zags, Lake Placid Brewing Co, Lisa G’s, the Upstairs, 46 Sandwich’s, Dancing Bear, spa and dinner at Mirror Lake Inn, renting a boat with Captain Marney, going on the Lake Placid boat tour, and much more!! We will be back! Hopefully sooner than later!! ♥️

The apartment is all newly renovated. Clean and spacious. But the best part is the location. Right on Mirror lake with amazing views. Located away from the hustle of the downtown. We had a great time and would love to come back!

The rental use to be a restaurant I believe and it was bought by a hotel on the other side of the Lake and converted to rentals. Everything is brand new and hotel quality comfy beds and pillows. All appliances are brand new. The view can't be beat as you are literally sitting at lake level. One side has a porch and the other has a little patio and sand/beach area. The parking is a large parking lot directly across the street which is extremely easy and convenient. You can walk around the lake to the town or drive into town and park at the city lots. We loved having so many bathrooms and privacy. This is a great rental and I would stay again!

Fun location on Mirror Lake. We stayed during the winter and was able to see all the fun things going on the frozen lake. Clean with lots of space.

This property is amazing! It far exceeded our expectations - extremely spacious, clean and a perfect location and beautiful views! We will definitely be beack - it was perfect for a family gathering spanning 3 generations.

Beautiful! Can't wait to go back. Only downside was that our trip plans unfortunately had changed due to circumstances out of our control. Though I did ask for a refund, but rather a credit to go a different time. Felt that there was no sympathy or flexibility with this request, forcing only half of the original group to go, a little disappointed about that . during these times, I think we all need to be a little more conscious and flexible

Spectacular property which was extremely clean with a gorgeous view of Mirror Lake.

This property was impeccable— clean, perfectly appointed, and ideally located. We had a family reunion with my siblings and our 90+ year old parents, and I will never forget drinking coffee with them overlooking Mirror Lake. It made for irreplaceable memories. Thank you.

Everything was wonderful. Only had 1 issue. The upstairs condo was very noisy until 1 am on the first evening. Spoke with the manager and he took care of it immediately. Perfect location and beautiful setting. We'll be back.

We had a greet time The location was perfect .5 miles walk to town. Also walk or a short drive to countless trail heads for hiking. Very clean and a great large space for family or friends to enjoy the beauty of the area

Wow, this place is beautiful!! It was just perfect for our family and friend's family. We all could have our own room. The view of mirror lake was incredible. So beautiful and extremely relaxing as we had no neighbors the time of our visit.

Excellent location; property! This was our 2nd time staying and we found it as clean as first stay this past spring. Proximity to town; access to Mirror Lake and Crown plaza Beach make it the perfect location for a long weekend getaway.

This property is perfect for a family reunion. Our party of eight adults enjoyed the beautiful location right on Mirror Lake. It was relaxing to sit on the covered deck or living room and look out the large picture windows at the water. The rental has five bedrooms and four bathrooms and was recently updated, and everything was spotless. The kitchen is open to the living room area with a table that sits eight. There is a view of the lake from every bedroom. It is located opposite the village in a quiet neighborhood but within walking distance of many restaurants, pubs, and stores. From the rental one may walk a 2.7 mile loop around the lake through the village. The sunsets are spectacular and after dark the lights from across the lake are reflected on the water.

We would return to this rental. Very clean and amazing views. right on the lake is an understatement.

The boathouse had so much to offer. It had the perfect view of Mirror Lake. It was close enough to Main Street but still far enough from the crowds. The boathouse was spotless. Every room in residence had an amazing view. You can enjoy the water in so many different ways - on the porch, inside the house, on the dock, or in the private beach area. Sitting inside the house on a rainy day was still enjoyable. There are lots of space in all the bedrooms. The unit itself was very spacious. All the beds were comfortable. The only downside to our stay was that the people who rented the other unit did not follow the rules specified on the rental agreement/book. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 9 am, and parties are not allowed. They definitely were having a party, and at 11 pm, were still playing loud music. They appeared to have guests over since we heard people constantly walking around with their shoes on way past midnight. Having said that, we will still definitely come back. Hopefully, the next time we stay at the boathouse, the people staying in the other units will follow the rules and be more considerate.

Lots of spiders and black flies once you step out on the deck, but it is the Adirondacks, unsure if anything could be done to alleviate that.Unrelated to the condo itself, but OMG the construction on main street is really bad (other side of the lake). It's as if they decided to dig the entire town up at once. Check before you go!

Renovated property with all basic amenities, wonderful view and an easy access to the town.

We had an awesome time in Lake Placid and this property was wonderful. Such a beautiful spot. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Our stay was perfect. The facility was so clean and well kept and the views from the living room made the trip!

Ideal location right on the lake, we were able to walk across the lake in winter for extra quick access to town. Property is like new and linens were very nice as this listing is associated with hotel. We were able to use the hotel amenities. Kitchen utensils are pretty well stocked for a hotel airbnb. This is the lower level of the boathouse and you can hear some noise from guests in the units above, but location really cannot be beat.

We enjoyed our stay. Very roomy for 2 families. Kids ice skated right from deck. The view was spectacular.
