Location, Value for money

Parking area is tight. Could be more towels and linen available in the room.

The place was very clean , the staff was friendly and helpful. We are definitely coming back.

One of the ladies opened the door for room service because we did not respond on time.

It hard to get in to the parking if you driving a big car. Stuff could be a bit more friendly. Have plates in the rooms.

The staff would not open the gate on time. I had to get off my car and remind them to open the gate. That's not good service. On arrival I gave the receptionist my confirmation number she did not know what to do. We had to start the whole booking process again manually. This is totally unprofessional. Did not like the notice of the bedsheet. It states if you stain the bedsheet you have to pay for it. There is no hotel that states that. When couples have intimacy it is bound to get stained❓

It is in a great location close to nice food spots, lovely rooms with wifi and a great aircon, affordable.

It was advertised as a room with a view, but the view was the road... The room wasn't ready at check-in and I had a tight schedule, and the showers were cold in the mornings.

The gentleman at reception was very helpful. The location was also very convenient for my stay.

The parking is terrible. You really struggle to move in and out of the premises. You get woken up by the noise from the staff early in the morning and there was even some loud music. Can't even begin to comment about noises from neighboring room. Linen definitely needs an upgrade. Seems old and tired.

There is no restaurant we had to buy food from outside.
