The condo shown for rental had a fireplace and a deck with sliding doors going out to it and a sitting area. The condo we got had a rear entrance, was downstairs and our view was either a drain pipe at street level, or looking out at the underside of the stairs leading up to someone else’s deck. It was very dark as no natural sunlight and the Christmas decorations were still up....in August. There was a TV and numerous remotes but none of them worked for that television. I did call the 800 number and spoke to an agent who said they would have a local rep get back to us. No one called.... The entrance door is rotting and it was difficult to get the door to open and then to close and lock it. We were only there for 3 nights so spending time on the phone daily to try to get issues resolves didn’t fit into our long weekend plans. Very disappointing experience with Vacasa.
