Great location, Home is a home away from home, comfortable! Short kayak trip to Rogers Park and down to the spring. Our second time staying in this home and we will return in ‘24!

Great vacation home.

Nice property on the canal. Quiet neighborhood.

We like this house, the view, the area. The inside is clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the outdoor amenities have deteriorated. The hot tub which we had enjoyed is no longer operational; the host said it is no longer in the description but knowing where it is , it is visible in photos and, based on our experience, we expected it. The kayaks are not as pictured and are not in good repair. Most paddles lack functional rings. Instructions were provided for the fire ring (the ignition is broken but a lighter was provided) but the propane tank was disconnected and was empty. A call did solve this but this should have been checked before we arrived. We have family in the area and are sorry to have to find a new place to stay.

Very clean, well decorated and well furnished home on the canal. We enjoyed kayaking out to the gulf and river. A king in the master, queen in the 2nd room upstairs and downstairs bunk room has a twin over queen, 2 day beds, a trundle and bathroom.

This beautiful home is located in the PERFECT spot for paddle boarders or kayakers. We had a group of 11 with 11 paddleboards, the space and river access were perfect. The home accommodated all of us perfectly with comfy beds for all. The perfect spot for morning walks and plant gazing. But wait there's more, the owner, Amy is amazing. Communicating with her was so easy, I felt like I've known her for ever. She was very accessible & helpful, even when we accidentally locked ourselves out. I feel like I made a friend, Thanks Amy! You'll love your stay here! Our only sad moment was when we saw the hot tub empty, you would have thought someone took out pacifiers, lol. The docks however, when under water at high tide made up for that though!! You'll enjoy this piece of Weeki Wachee!!

We enjoyed our boat parking and hot tub. Inside was clean and comfortable. And having a local property manager was great he was super helpful. Screen in area down stairs was great . Hose reached to boat. Outside shower. But Bring your own ice.

We have stayed at 2 other rental properties it this area this one is by far the best one yet. They quickly answered all my questions and were extremely kind. I plan on booking with them in the future. Thank you for providing such a nice place to stay.

Had a wonderful week stay on the river. Property manager was great! A couple of things were missing (propane tanks & life jackets) and it was made right within 30 min. Great stay and great service.

Property was very clean and furnished beautifully. Kitchen was well stocked. Kids and adults loved fishing off the dock and kayaking everyday. Neighborhood was quiet and other than a fee trips for bait or groceries we never left unless it was to kayak. Bottom floor room is grear for multiple adults or kids ..thoroughly enjoyed and will definitely come back!

Just had a bachelorette party here! There was 6 of us and the house met almost every one of our needs. The bunk room downstairs was comfortable and there was a completely covered outdoor stairway to get down. The hot tub was perfect. The backyard and River was everything we could ask for. The listing did say there was 6 kayaks but there was only 5 when we got to the property, there are multiple rental places minutes away though. We had a great time and we would definitely come back to the area, depending on the group we may not stay on this property because one of the neighbors was rather rude.

Loved exploring a new part of Florida. Fun to have the kayaks to explore the waterways!

We had the best stay in Weeki Wachee! The downstairs was perfect for the kiddos! We enjoyed hanging on the dock watching manatees and catching a ton of fish. Location was perfect and really appreciated having all of the kayaks available instead of transporting ours! We will be back

We really enjoyed our stay at this property which had all the amenities we needed. John, the manager, was very accommodating & responded quickly to any needs. The easy water access made for fun peaceful paddling through the beautiful canals. We saw lots of manatees and even a few that swam right past the dock. The hot tub was a nice bonus after long paddling trips. Just as someone else previously mentioned, the downstairs bunk room was great for older kids but would not be ideal for younger children since it is not connected to the rest of the home & near the canal. Overall we had a very fun and relaxing time. Highly recommend!

My wife and I and another couple thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Lots of space inside and wonderful sunrooms and decks to enjoy the outdoors.The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare nice meals and we also enjoyed dining at the Upper Deck on a few occasions. Rogers park and hospital hole were just a short paddle away and we also highly recommend paddling down from the state park to Rogers park. Tim was extremely easy to communicate with and we highly recommend this little slice of paradise!

Love the hot tub and kayaks. Floating dock makes using kayaks easier. Saw variety of shorebirds. Downstairs bunk room (with bathroom and fridge) is separate. Appreciate upgrades including dock, fire pit and Keurig.

Space had plenty of amenities, beds, utensils, etc. The amenities (kayaks, grill, fireplace, outdoor shower, floating dock, smart tvs), kitchen utensils (fridges, toaster, blender, etc), and bedding were great. Location has a grocery store about 10 mins away, riverfront park about 3 min walk, and the canal out to the ocean is about 8-10mins too. The only hiccup was the water heater sometimes working. We didn't get to use the spa but it was clean when we opened the lid. We had such a great time, thank you!

The home was beautiful. Communication was excellent.

The house was beautiful and clean. 6 kayaks were provided. Nice deck and outdoor areas. We put our kayaks in at the dock and paddled up and back on the river. We even walked to Rogers park with inflatables and rode the outgoing ride back to the dock, like a lazy river. If we could have changes anything, we would have loved to have had access to things like buckets, nets, beach chairs, umbrellas etc. Also a few more mixing bowls and serving bowls would have been helpful. The cookware was nice and plenty of it. We would definitely rent this house again.

First time in Weeki Wachee and we couldn’t be happier. House was immaculate and John and Kelly were great. Needed a 6th kayak and it was delivered within 30 minutes. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Can’t wait to book again

Two girlfriends and I decided to bring our kids for a last minute trip to see manatees. The property owner was easy to deal with and very accommodating. The house was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed- the kayaks were a great perk. We paddled up the river from the house and found a hole where all the manatees were hanging out. It was so magical. The setting was gorgeous. The only thing I would mention that was not in the description is that the bunk room downstairs is nice for the kids- they have their own area- BUT- there is no indoor access from the downstairs bedroom to the upstairs. You have to go outside and walk up the outdoor stairs- so keep that in mind if you have young children -especially with a canal right out the door. The only compliant was the hot tub was not heating properly and we were really hoping they would get it fixed while we were there so we could enjoy it- but that didn't happen. Other than that, a gem of a house in a great , low key location.

This was my first time ever using VRBO. And our overall experience was nothing short of fantastic! My family of 4 (5y & 9y), plus my parents, plus my cousin and her family all had a great time! Awesome location!!! When hanging at the house you feel miles away from the world, but actually within a mile or so there’s marina rentals for boats, restaurants to eat, gas and food market, and all packaged into a BEAUTIFUL home that is so tastefully decorated! The location on the canal was easy access to Rogers Park and Weeki Watchi River. The view was beautiful. The back room was our favorite to just hang out, have coffee or wine and play games. The property management was spot on with everything and truly take pride in what they do. Warm and friendly people and we look forward to staying at more VRBO with them! My 40th birthday was truly a great and memorable 4 days!

Property was amazing, close to shopping, dining, Gulf fishing, and most importantly Crystal Clear waters of the Weeki Wachee River for Loads of fun Kayaking, Swimming, Fishing, and just relaxing! John and Kelly (The Property Managers) were very accommodating and offer many lovely properties in the area. When we called to ask if the rental unit came with a blender John's response was that he would check but if not that they would have one there by the time we got there. We are definitely coming back! Thanks John and Kelly for the amazing Family time we had at your rental home!

This newly renovated property was exactly what our family needed. The separate suite downstairs for our pre-teen and teen kids ended up being perfect. With the comfy upstairs bedrooms and smart TVs in everyone room, the adults were super relaxed. The open kitchen, living room, air conditioned porch and grill were perfect for our large family group. Of course, the best feature was the outdoor patio on the canal. Having access to 5 kayaks, a private boat dock and hot tub kept both the kids and adults entertained and relaxed. We were able to simply chill in the canal on the inflatables we brought with us, rent a motorized boat from the nearby marina for a day and kayak out to both Gulf and up the Weeki Wachee River every day. We saw over 20 manatees on one trip up the Weeki Wachee river. The property managers were also incredibly friendly and took care of anything we needed immediately. We would definitely recommend this property and will book again on our next trip to the area. Thanks for a great vacation!
