Very clean, great pool for kids, great breakfast!

The parking garage is very difficult for larger vehicles and is full most of the time!

We came for graduation at Boise State. Convenient access especially with the local Bronco Bus that picks people up a block away for free. Breakfast had a lot of variety, the waffle bar was amazing. The hardboiled eggs were really good. But the pre-made food (breakfast sandwhiches, etc) were not very edible. Me and the kids both ended up throwing most of it away. The gym was nice. The nearby downtown restaurants were very good. (The Fork and the Steakhouse up the street)

The two biggest cons for me was (1) Beds were super uncomfortable and (2) Parking was expensive and when I arrived they threatened my EV charging if I left it for more than a certain time I would get a ticket. I understand not to have your vehicle hog a charger, but anybody that knows how long it takes to charge in the cold knows that it is variable. They said they have no control over the ticketing because someone else owns the parking lot....frustrating. Also, wish there was a hot tub, mostly just a kid-friendly pool.

The breakfast was fine. Could use some sausages or bacon.

Home2 Suites by Hilton was the perfect location. The onsite parking, although chargeable was a bonus. Its proximity to the downtown area only one block away for lots of great bars and restaurants and the area felt very safe. We arrived quite early after a long drive and my husband was feeling slightly unwell, so Madi on reception gave us some water and as soon as a room was available she checked us in. The rooms are so big and clean and comfortable and although well equipped we didn't use the kitchette facilities but we did take advantage of the complimentary laundry. Great breakfast too with a choice of hot or cold and the breakfast area was well supplied and very clean. Overall the best stay of our trip

Location and room size

Was too challenging to get housekeeping, we notified them at 8am but were told it had to be requested the day before ? At check in we were told as long as it was before 10 am they could do it, if check out is at 11 then wouldn’t they still be out and available to clean rooms ?

Breakfast is always great. We love to stay at this hotel. Specially with the inside pool warm water. Has a little kids area. They love to stay there. It’s amazing!

We eat a plant-based diet and did not participate in your breakfast offerings, other than an English muffin w/peanut butter and honey. My husband reported that the kids were enjoying making their own waffles and/or pancakes. We have stayed at this property at least 4 times, and have never been disappointed. We will be back, as we periodically have business in Boise. Great staff!!! :-)

No fan in the room or bathroom.

It was ok. I only had a bagel and an apple because I had to get on the road. The other food look ok, had the processed food look.

It would have been better if it opened at 5:30 instead of 6 so I could have tried more sit down types of food.

Would have been nice to have a bar/food options on site other than breakfast. Breakfast was average to above average, staff there was friendly. Room was much bigger than expected or needed. I don't remember asking for the kitchenette. Maybe all rooms have it. Very spacious overall room. Shower was a little odd to have all the ADA accommodations. The bench over the tub would have been nice to be able to remove or lift it out of the way. Didn't bother us, didn't need it, but happy they offer it for those that do need it. Hope we didn't take that room from someone with ADA needs.

Clean and very nice staff. Close to many restaurants and shops. Definitely a place to bring your kids.

No hot tub. The pool is made for kids, and that’s great. However, after a long drive I was looking forward to sitting in a hot tub while my child played in the pool.
