Booked this property while in town for a friend’s wedding. While we did end up getting a heat wave and the unit had no AC, the manager, Bre was exceptional at helping us out - the fans on the property did the trick and all was well! Extremely comfortable beds, cozy “lived-in” and welcoming atmosphere and TONS of household/kitchen/dining items. Looking forward to coming back during a cooler season!!

We could not have been more pleased with this great two-bed, two-bath condo. The owners were very quick to respond to any question and truly ensured we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Suncadia is a gem of a location. We highly recommend this property and Suncadia.

This property is hosted by the most engaging and helpful individual. Helped when I had copied incorrectly the entry code and within minutes we were all settled in! Highest quality kitchen appliances, pans, dishes coffee maker and an array of spices in the cupboards! Spotless home with cozy beds and super soft luxuriant towels. A perfect place to gather with adult family and to bring children another time. The dusk brought soft full voiced calls of an owl setting into sleep. Just a wonderful place to be for a little summer holiday! Thank you!

The unit was amazing and clean. Everything was functional and well stocked for cooking and other amenities like WiFi, tv and a nice balcony to enjoy morning coffee. Host was great to work with and very responsive. Would stay again and recommend highly.

Easy check in & great 1st impression walking in. We had everything we needed and loved the 2 master bedrooms upstairs and the gas fireplace on the main floor. Appreciated the 11am checkout- didn’t feel rushed after enjoying a wedding at the winery the night before.

We came over for a quick two night stay. This home was perfect for the two of us, but would have been plenty roomy for our family of four. We loved the location as we were able to walk to the lodge for coffee in the morning and enjoyed walking across the street for a drink and live music at the Inn. The bed and linens were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for a dinner in. I highly recommend staying here.

Very nice and clean townhome. Well stocked with everything we needed. Great central location. Fun for several families to rent in the same complex and gather for games on the lawn.
Breanna, the host, was extremely accommodating regarding early check-in and providing clear arrival and departure instructions. Very responsive to the few questions we had. Will stay there again!

From the moment you walk in till you leave it is so inviting and comfortable. Everything is there for a perfect stay.

Comfy townhome located in easy walking distance to the Lodge and Glade Spa. Well appointed kitchen with good knives, 2 coffeemakers with a generous supply of K cups and tea. We grilled steaks on the nice Weber. Grill in good working order and easy to use. My friend and I each had a king bedroom with ensuite bath. View is a bit overstated in the description but didn't matter to us. Small deck feels private and secluded. Fans help keep home cool but A/C would be a nice addition to the property for hot weather.

First time to Suncadia Resort, but will not be our last. The area has been well developed to enjoy nature and recreation while also having comfort and amenities. This property is ideally located within walking distance of the resort's amenities. The host provided excellent communication throughout our stay.

Our family loved our stay. It is just a minute from the golf course and we loved going out at night to look at the stars.

We went to Suncadia for a girls trip. The hostess was incredibly responsive, the home was immaculate, with every amenity you could imagine. The location of the home was ideal; walking distance to virtually everything. The beds were SUPER comfy!! We loved sipping our coffee on the balcony in the morning, and enjoying the views. We can't wait to come back next year!

We had a great stay at the house - quiet, super clean, very comfortable and perfect for what we were looking for. It was so convenient to be right on the Suncadia property with a nice walking trail nearby. The host was also very responsive to our questions. We loved this place and would definitely recommend!

My only suggestion would be to place luggage stands in the bedroom closets for guest use. The condo is perfect and the amenities within are great. Will suggest to others and will stay again. Thank you!

Great location. Very clean and homey feeling. Kitchen is well stocked with all the cooking utensils you might need for a fancy meal. More than enough space for 3 of us. Just being your own coffee and cooking oil. Would stay again 10/10.

Amazing! Check in was a breeze, communication was top notch and the price made it something I can do more often. The home was clean, cozy and had everything we needed. I will definitely book there again…..such a better deal than staying at the lodge if your ok without pool etc. I give it an A+

Great location. Right above Hole 10, and close by to the club, resort, and swim center. Wish we could have paid for access to the pool. Did not ruin the trip, but just something to consider if you have kids. The condo is fully loaded and stocked with everything you need. All items needed for cooking, and hanging out. Two masters were nice.

Perfect place for my wife and her parents to stay for a wedding in Suncadia. The owner graciously allowed early check-in based on our arrival time and the place was clean, well maintained, and happy to find some kitchen basics that most rentals lack. Not a huge place, but spacious enough and perfect for what we needed being out & about for most of our stay.

Close to everything
Townhouse was clean, quiet and close to everything. Beds were comfortable and amenities were nice. Roslyn is a town close and Sunday 10-2 there is a market and it is worth going to. Real cute western town.

Lovely Girls Weekend
We enjoyed are stay, lots of things to see and do in the area. We did some cooking and found the kitchen well stocked except not enough wine glasses. The beds were comfortable. Could use some chairs in the living room instead of the love sac bean bag chairs but overall a lovely setting.
