Paradise Island rental is exactly as pictured in the ad. It is spotless and stocked with everything you will need to spend a few days in Key West. We did not use the pool but it did look sparkling clean and inviting. There were two other vehicles parked in the dedicated parking area while we were there and it was easy to jockey positions when leaving with the other guests. We never left our parking spot (nor did the other two vehicles) during our 4-day stay. The rental property is located in a great area and we walked to everything. Except one day we used the Key West Trolley. Our stop for pick up and drop off was right around the corner. It was a great way to see the whole island. We would recommend the Paradise Island rental if you are looking to stay in Old Key West.

This one is definitely my favorite so far because of location and amenities. It is walking distance to Fausto’s where you can pick up some groceries including meat and produce. One block off Duval. Walking distance to Mallory Square and many other attractions. Close to Willie T’s and Sloppy Joe’s. Back to Paradise Island Suite. It is on the bottom floor with usage of the front porch. It had everything we look for in a place to stay. A kitchen, 2 separate bedrooms that are not close together, 1 bathroom, and a spacious living area. It is an old house but my sister and I love the old charm. It was clean and well maintained. We had a problem with the entryway door. After a call to the Property Management, someone arrived in about 10 minutes and fixed the door.The pool area is small, and has an uneven walk to it. There are lots of tree roots to step around. Small pool which I didn’t use this time but would have if I had time. Just don’t expect a large pool with tons of lounge chairs. This is only used by 4 units. I never saw anyone there.I am already planning to stay here next year.

This place is in a great location. It is walkable to everything! Nice backyard with a heated pool. Tropical.

Our group had a wonderful stay! The space was perfect and the bedrooms were a good size. The extra space in the livingroom/kitchen gave us more than enough room. The pool was also a great area to hangout and relax.

Awesome location, steps away from Duvall, super laid back property, the pool area was great, plenty chairs, swim up bar, could stayed in there all day..lol. We rented a scooter to see all of KW, one the best decisions, so much there that you never see. Will def stay here again, one couple there had stayed 5 times, so that says something for the property..

The location was hard to beat - walking distance to everything on the main street. My only complaint is that a 4pm check in and 10am check out seems excessive and was there wasn't much wiggle room - consider shifting to 3pm and 11am.

It needs some minor TLC though (tub faucet loose, bathroom door rubs on floor (left marks), smoke detectors fell from people above us, AC units needs to be cleaned) but like I mentioned, we had a wonderful stay and I'd stay there again!!

Great place to stay. Close to everything on Duval St. Rental was clean with everything you need. We also enjoyed the backyard pool and patio seating.

The location is one block from Duvall St. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed staying in the Paradise Island Suite.

The location of the property was great -- very close walking distance to all of the bars, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Very easy process checking in and out through the website provided and text messages. Would definitely recommend for a small group of adults.

Not able to relax - the worst part was that there was no heating system provided in the unit, and when we inquired about it, nobody returned our call we had to wear coats to bed, which is ridiculous for the amount of money that you were charging I would like a refund. Checking out the maintenance guy said that there’s nowhere to buy heaters but our place in Marathon has them there’s a Home Depot right there

This was a wonderful property. Historic building only one block away from Duval Street.

We could walk everywhere and we enjoyed sitting on the porch every morning. Unit was very clean. It has a great pool if you want some down time. Would highly recommend this property.
